Nearly 40,000 customers across 140+ countries use NinjaOne to replace fragmented point tools with one platform built to scale. Teams monitor and control Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile, and virtual devices in one place, automate routine work with policy-based automation and human-centered AI, and cut the cost and risk that come from running many disconnected tools. NinjaOne serves internal IT teams and MSPs alike, from lean IT departments to mid-market and large enterprise organizations managing distributed, multi-site environments. Common uses include consolidating IT tooling, automating patching for security and compliance, managing distributed and hybrid workforces, improving endpoint visibility, and strengthening backup and ransomware readiness. NinjaOne has maintained a 98 percent customer satisfaction score for more than five years, backed by free unlimited onboarding and 24/7 support in seven languages. Organizations that move to NinjaOne report replacing four or more separate tools with the single platform. NinjaOne is FedRAMP Moderate Authorized and SOC 2 Type II and Type III compliant, and supports audit-ready compliance evidence across frameworks including CMMC, ISO 27001, and HIPAA. ## NinjaOne Reviews
  ### 1. Easy to Use, PSA Integration, and Helpful Onboarding

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam W. | Senior Technical Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like most is how easy it is to use. It also integrates with our PSA, so any device alerts can be triaged immediately by our technicians. The support and onboarding have been helpful in getting us up and running as quickly as possible, including migrating from our previous RMM solution.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

We’re fairly new to NinjaOne and haven’t come across anything we particularly dislike so far. The biggest issue I’ve found is having to manually implement a feature to move devices to locations based on their public IP address.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne is helping our technicians support our customers more quickly, since Ninja alerts us more reliably than our previous RMM. The patching feature is also greatly improved compared with what we had before.

  ### 2. Great RMM solution for our small shop!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kurt W. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2020

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

They continue to innovate and update the product but it remains easy for my one-person shop to maintain. Documentation is good and the rare times I've contacted support they have been very helpful

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Limited options with the version of Splashtop provided

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing clients networks and providing remote support and remote access for clients remote workers. It allows me to manage many clients but only see the essential alerts, other packages I have tried required too much routine interaction.

  ### 3. Reliable, Intuitive Endpoint Management That Saves Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martin C. | Sales Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne is a very reliable and easy-to-use platform for endpoint management. It offers clear visibility over devices, efficient patch management, and powerful automation features. The interface is intuitive and saves a lot of time in daily IT operations. Support is responsive and helpful, which makes NinjaOne a great solution for managed IT services.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There is nothing major to dislike about NinjaOne. Occasional minor improvements could be made, but overall the platform is reliable, easy to use, and works very well for daily IT management tasks.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps simplify endpoint management and gives clear visibility into installed software and licenses. This helps us keep software usage under control, avoid licensing issues, and manage devices more efficiently from one place.

  ### 4. Centralized Multi-Client Device Monitoring with a Useful End-User Portal

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alejandro S. | Systems Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

It allows me to provide services to multiple clients through Organizations, each with their own devices and tickets. I really like how centralized and detailed the device monitoring is, and it makes it easy to stay on top of everything. The end-user portal is also very useful.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Sometimes we need to implement visualization dashboards so we can get a clear, concise view of every device for specific organizations. Right now we’re looking at ways to do this with external software, since NinjaOne doesn’t offer that capability, and we’d really benefit from having something native.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne allows us to monitor every detail of devices across multiple clients, so we can act proactively. Its ticketing system is also quite complete and very useful.

  ### 5. Simple Remote Management with Powerful PowerShell Scripting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Greg S. | Senior Network Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne makes management of remote workstations extremely simple. With native Powershell integration, creating scripts to run remotely without the need to harass and end user is extremely useful. In addition, remote tools are very handy when it comes to hands-on support. The monitoring of endpoints is very straightforward and simple, with accurate readings.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

It’s more of an inconvenience than anything else, but having to use 2FA all the time can be troublesome. It’s not a deal breaker by any means.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Management of external users is a difficult task. While we use MECM, it is not a useful management tool for a user wo rarely connects to the network. NinjaOne simplifies management of these users.

  ### 6. Quick and easy conversion

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Textiles | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Simple and extremely fast deployment of the RMM. Started intuitively without having received much training.

The interface looks modern and it's enjoyable to work with.

Conclusion after a year:
In the meantime, we have already set up some automations, which are quite easy to integrate through PowerShell scripts, etc. Device onboarding has now become a small self-runner.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Sometimes it's a bit poorly managed to "just" install software on exactly one device. This software is available in the library via Winget, but it cannot be installed without a policy. This should be revised.

Conclusion after a year:
The solution for software installations is still not the best. The Winget database is available to Ninja, but I always have to upload my own MSIs for automations, etc. A solution via Winget would be desirable here.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboarding for devices: Through automation, we only need to install the client and the rest is set up automatically (device renaming, domain joining, installation of various software packages, etc.).

  ### 7. Good product, lot of place for improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas N. | IT Support Technician, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

general management of the devices, easy implementation, easy UI, great after sales support,

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Missing key features from other RRM's, a bit slow in adding them. need more options and features, in many things, dashboard, reporting, automation, intergration, accessing multiple cmd/powershell in devices.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

remote access to the device is easy, jumping from ticketing, to devices, to applications is easy, and fast. multiple device management, run scripts/applications, patch management, systray options and the whole branding options that are available is really good.

  ### 8. Fast, Easy, and Responsive—NinjaOne Is the Best RMM I’ve Used

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bryan H. | Senior System Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I find that Ninja is the fastest, easiest, and most responsive RMM out there. Having utilized LabTech, then Kaseya, NinjaOne is by far the best RMM I have ever used.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

While it is tough to come up with negatives about NinjaOne, I do tend to become frustrated by the lack of ability to disable certain types of activity feed items such as "network adapter added". Additionally, I find that NinjaOnce price comes at a premium. At this time, I cannot think of other negatives.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne is allowing me to be less eyes and hands on with my organizations machines as it is maintaining policy, patching, third party software, and asset management.

  ### 9. Powerful Automation at Scale, Backed by an Amazing Dojo Community & Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Colin L. | Tier 2 Systems Support, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like most is how many creative ways there are to automate tasks across huge numbers of devices. Plus, the Dojo community, outstanding support team, and constant flow of new features make it stand out. I want to mention another thing about the Support team. NinjaOne Support has been absolutely outstanding. Any time I’ve run into an issue, they’re quick to respond, clearly understand the platform, and stick with the problem until it’s resolved. They have the fastest response time of any vendor I've worked with.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Occasionally, the agent has communication issues that require an uninstall and reinstall, which can be tricky if NinjaOne is the only remote access tool available. There are a few minor bugs, but Ninja’s responsive and helpful support team more than makes up for them. Overall, any issues I’ve encountered have been very minor.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It consolidates monitoring, patching, scripting, and remote access into a single platform, so we can proactively fix issues and roll out changes at scale instead of touching machines one by one.

  ### 10. NinjaOne RMM: Fast Remote Support, Smooth Updates, and Reliable Backups

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne RMM helps us every day in supporting our customers. With the remote tool, we can quickly connect to PCs remotely and take actions on specific devices.

We also use NinjaOne RMM for our monthly updates, and for quick updates when needed, to keep our servers and clients safe each month. The daily backup system works well too; it’s easy to restore an entire machine or quickly download deleted files from the backup.

The integration with the 365 backup also helps us keep mailboxes and SharePoint/Teams sites safe.

From the main dashboard, it’s easy and fast to see whether certain devices need updates or if backups have failed.

Also the customer support from NinjaOne is fast and throurough. Most issues that we had were quickly resolved, or at least looked into.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Even though the dashboard is nice, it also lacks the option of customization. There are certain views that are not important and i'd like to have the ability to change or remove those, and add different ones.

In regards to the backups, sometimes the error message's are vague and hard to fix by yourself.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems that are solved with NinjaOne are:
Daily backups
Patch managent
Remote management
Standard configurations for devices/customers

  ### 11. NinjaOne: Smooth Onboarding, Intuitive Portal, and Faultless Remote Control

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simon S. | IT Infrastructure and Telecoms Support, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

From deployment through to training, the team at NinjaOne have been supportive and responsive from day one. The onboarding process was smooth, well organised, and made it easy for us to get value from the platform quickly.

The portal itself is intuitive and very easy to use, representing a huge improvement over our previous RMM solution. Navigation is straightforward, information is presented clearly, and day-to-day management tasks take far less effort than before.

We make extensive use of the remote control functionality and it has been completely faultless. Connections are fast, stable, and allow our technicians to resolve issues efficiently without disrupting end users.

Beyond remote access, the strength of the automation, patch management, monitoring, and alerting capabilities has helped us standardise our processes and be more proactive. The platform gives us excellent visibility of our estate and helps ensure devices remain secure and compliant.

Overall, NinjaOne has made a real difference to our operational efficiency and service delivery, and we would happily recommend it.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There is nothing i dislike about Ninja, it is a great product

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne has helped us shift from reactive support to a far more proactive approach. With its monitoring and alerting, we often identify and fix issues before users even notice them.

Patch management is much more efficient, giving us clear visibility of compliance and confidence that devices stay up to date with minimal manual effort.

The remote access tools allow our technicians to connect quickly and reliably, reducing resolution times and avoiding unnecessary site visits. Automation has also reduced repetitive tasks, freeing the team to focus on more strategic work.

Overall, NinjaOne has improved efficiency, faster response times, and better visibility across our environment.

  ### 12. Easy to Use from Day One with Responsive Support and Growing MDM Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

It is fairly easy to use right from the start with no training. There are a lot of prewritten scripts for anything more advanced that needs to be done. Support has been very helpful and responsive when I've had to reach out.

I like how they added support for MDM over the last couple years. Makes having everything in a single pane great. MDM has continued to mature quickly and offer more functionality that you would expect out of most mature MDM's out there. There is still some room for additional improvement. Pricing could be a bit better as far as off additional pricing tiers so it can help the small/medium sized business a bit better on affordability. But overall cost has been good.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The MDM for both android and apple need to mature at a faster pace so they can get a higher adoption rate from those that have previously used SOTI MobiControl, JAMF, Intune, etc.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They initially solved my RMM issue and being able to push deployments from a large scale. When I started at this company there was nothing in place.

  ### 13. Powerful, Easy-to-Use MDM with Strong Tool Integrations. Every tool and MSP needs.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** csweet@sweettech.cloud S. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I like the MDM, integration of tools (S1, etc.), and ease of use. Powerful policy management.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Ticket system is a bit cumbersome and needs more flexibility in templates.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest is inventory as well as warranty management. Also, the notifications of issues with a device whether it is a patch, or resources that is in trouble. I can proactively notify clients of an issue before it impacts them. Customer service is much better.

  ### 14. Easy Scripting, Excellent Alerts, and Reliable Performance with Great Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike W. | Head of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

It’s really easy to add new scripts into Ninja, which makes tasks like deploying software straightforward. The device alerting is excellent, keeping us informed about vulnerabilities as well as issues like degraded RAID on servers. Overall, the product has been reliable for us, and the support has been great.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

If you like using Remote Desktop to connect to servers that have a monitor connected—so local users/clients can’t see what you’re doing or take over—it can be a bit of a problem in Ninja. Remote Desktop isn’t enabled by default, and to get it working you need to disable NLA. You also have to enable the local clipboard each time you set up a new session, otherwise you can’t copy and paste between your machine and the remote session.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to Ninja we were using DattoRMM. The number 1 problem it solves is not having to deal with Kaseya! But seriously, the patching & scripting elements are a real improvement on Datto. The Ninja team are regularly adding new features and improving things, so it's real breath of fresh air seeing a product in active development instead of one going stale with no love put into it. Using compound conditions to ensure every time a new device is added to a client, all the correct software is automatically deployed is fantastic. And then the integration into Halo really helps with the billing side of things, keeping the number of devices and licenses accurate!

  ### 15. Reliable, intuitive, and top support – Ninjaone convinces across the board

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Ninjaone is a very reliable and flexible tool not only for patch management. Working with it is intuitive and easy to understand. Assistance for colleagues and remote services is brilliant. I also find it great that the software is continuously developed. This way, new features keep emerging. Really great and at a fair price. If you ever have questions, the support responds incredibly quickly. For questions that cannot be answered immediately, you always receive updates on the status. This way, you don't feel left alone. At regular intervals, you are informed about new features or discuss wishes that Ninjaone might implement. The integration was and is a breeze. Although Ninjaone is always running in the background, I enjoy being on the portal and keeping myself informed about the current status.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I can think of only a few disadvantages. The SNMP queries could be improved, for example with functions like a query to check if SSL is still active.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One problem is that our devices need to be quickly provided with patches for critical and severe security vulnerabilities, i.e., with a CVSS score of 8 or higher. Ninjaone automatically takes on this task.

  ### 16. Efficient, Hassle-Free IT: Seamless Deployment, Patching, and Monitoring

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

It’s simple, clean, and easy to use. Both deployment and day-to-day management are straightforward, and patching just works without extra hassle. What really sets it apart is how well it integrates with our existing toolkit, making our entire workflow much more seamless. Support has also been great whenever I’ve needed help.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Reporting and customization could be a bit better. There are times I want more flexibility without having to use workarounds, and the administration area could be easier to customize for a more tailored workflow. I’d also love to see deeper AI/Intelligence integration, specifically native MCP support to connect AI agents directly to our environment for better automation. Overall, though, it’s still a solid tool.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me manage devices, automate patching, and keep an eye on systems without extra hassle. This has provided a massive Return on Investment (ROI) by saving us roughly 10–15 hours of manual work every week. It makes IT way less stressful day-to-day and allowed us to get fully set up in just a few days rather than months.

  ### 17. Does Exactly What I Need—Effective and Reliable

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

This tool does exactly what I need it to do, and it does it effectively.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Removing TeamViewer was a massive blow to how useful this service is for me, and the replacement remote tool is simply worse. I understand the remote tool is still being updated, and I hope those improvements come sooner rather than later.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne allows me to monitor and support 8 rooftops remotely. Hundreds of devices are accessible to me in a relatively simple interface. It's what I was saying in the first question about how this service does what it needs to do and is effective, because frankly Im sure there are more features we have access to that we might not be using, but the tools we need and use daily work great. Really the remote tool is the weakest link for me, if you can partner with TeamViewer again or provide a robust remote tool of your own than I'd be perfectly satisfied.

  ### 18. Flexible Patch Management with Policies, Scheduling, and Script Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

It is quite helpful to have different policies with different schedules for OS Patching. We mostly are using NinjaOne for a Patch Management solution, but the ability to run scripts along with patch management makes the tool much more flexible, which is needed for our chaotic environment.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The reporting capabilities have been less than ideal, especially for update approvals. The "Reporting" section seems to focus only on devices, with no way to have a report for the updates themselves. There is the Dashboard which gives me most of the information I would want in my Update Approvals report, but that is only live data, and not in a report format. What I would really love is the ability to have a report that says "Here are all of the updates that have been approved in the past 30 days for this Organization/Location", but we are needing to resort to other 3rd party software to compile those reports.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us have a smoother overall process for managing updates across all our devices from a singular platform. Before we were managing workstations from Intune, and Servers with a mix of WSUS and SolarWinds patch manager for 3rd party patching. Our old process was becoming increasingly painful every month to roll out patches, and with WSUS being deprecated, we decided it was time to switch. After speaking with several other patch management solutions, we decided that NinjaOne provides the best value for the price, and is also reputable enough to do business with.

  ### 19. Single Pane of Glass for MSPs: Reliable Automation, Patching & Remote Access

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Greg V. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne gives us a true single pane of glass across our entire managed client base. As an MSP supporting multiple industries, we rely heavily on automation, scripting, patch management, and remote access — and NinjaOne makes all of that straightforward and reliable.

The scripting engine is one of the biggest strengths. We regularly deploy PowerShell scripts for registry updates, DUO proxy upgrades, service restarts, patch validation, and configuration changes across hundreds of endpoints with consistency. The custom fields and policy structure make it easy to standardize across clients while still handling exceptions.

Patching is clean and predictable, remote tools are fast, and the platform is intuitive for both senior engineers and junior techs. Implementation was smooth, and ongoing feature releases show they’re investing heavily in MSP workflows.

Overall, it has improved efficiency, reduced manual touch time, and helped us scale without increasing headcount at the same rate.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Reporting could still be more flexible and executive-friendly out of the box. While the data is there, building polished client-ready reports sometimes requires additional effort.

Occasionally, when deploying complex scripted upgrades (like security proxies or services that require credential context), troubleshooting can take time — especially if service accounts or elevation requirements are involved.

That said, none of these are deal breakers. The platform continues to improve, and support has been responsive when needed.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne solves three major operational challenges for us:

1. Standardization across clients – We manage diverse environments (government, property management, manufacturing, etc.). NinjaOne allows us to apply consistent patching, monitoring, AV integrations, and automation policies across all tenants while maintaining separation.

2. Automation at scale – Routine tasks like registry edits, DUO upgrades, patch enforcement, service remediation, and compliance checks can be automated instead of manually handled. This reduces technician labor and human error.

3. Visibility & Proactive Support – Real-time alerts, health monitoring, and remote access allow us to resolve issues before users even call. That improves SLA performance and client satisfaction.

The result is higher operational efficiency, improved security posture, faster response times, and the ability to grow our MSP without adding proportional overhead.

  ### 20. NinjaOne Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Hardware | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The most helpful thing about ninja is that you can see a task manager and come up with a troubleshooting plan for the issue that the user may be experiencing. I also like the automation aspect of it. Instead of remoting in and disturbing the user's work flow, we can run it in the background and then make sure with the user if it's okay to restart (if needed). The automation is easy to use and very user friendly. I find myself using the automation frequently. We have implemented this to all of our company's computers and have not looked back since. Integrating this with Intune was easy and now with any new device that is set up in my environment, we can remote into it with no issue

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There is nothing that I do not like about Ninja, customer service and replies are within a timely manner and very descriptive when in need of help.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ninja is helping us solve for the time-saving aspect. As our department can be busy, we can just send the command to install a program or run a certain script in the background and then check in with the user to see if it successfully installed.

  ### 21. Great for Workstations, Falls Short for Servers

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Practice | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne shines when it comes to managing workstations. The remote management, patching, and automation tools are straightforward and save a ton of time. For an enterprise environment with lots of endpoints, it makes keeping systems up-to-date and secure far less of a headache. The lightweight agent and intuitive dashboard are also nice touches, making it easy to roll out changes or troubleshoot user issues quickly.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

When it comes to server administration, NinjaOne doesn’t quite measure up. The feature set feels shallow. Basic monitoring works, but anything beyond that is clunky or missing. Scripting and automation doesn't integrate as smoothly on servers, and I find myself falling back on other tools for server management tasks. If you need deep visibility, advanced alerting, or serious configuration management on servers, you’ll likely be disappointed.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne takes a lot of the grunt work out of workstation management. It centralizes patching, updates, and remote access so I don’t have to spend time chasing down individual machines. End users get faster support because I can quickly jump in, diagnose, and fix issues without disrupting their work. Automation also helps ensure systems stay compliant without constant manual oversight.

That said, the real benefit is on the workstation side — it’s made endpoint maintenance predictable and less time-consuming. For servers, though, I don’t see the same gains. The tool doesn’t provide the depth of monitoring or automation I’d expect, so I still rely on other platforms for critical server tasks.

NinjaOne RMM feels like a seamless, well put-together product. Other RMMs I’ve tried in the past have felt clunky and not nearly as user-friendly, so this has been a noticeably smoother experience overall.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I’ve noticed very few minor issues since using NinjaOne. One thing I’ve run into is that remote connections don’t work if the target machine’s date and time are incorrect when the agent is installed. It’s a small bug I’ve found, and I believe NinjaOne will likely fix it soon.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne solves the patching problem for me. I’ve had issues with other patching tools in the past, and NinjaOne has been much easier to work with, with fewer problems overall.

  ### 24. Streamlined, Automated IT Management with Fast, Reliable Remote Access

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like most about NinjaOne is how streamlined and efficient it makes day-to-day IT management, especially in a small MSP or internal IT environment. The platform has a clean, intuitive interface that lets me monitor all endpoints at a glance, without having to dig through multiple menus.

Its automation capabilities are a major time saver. I regularly rely on scripting and automated policies for patching, software deployment, and routine maintenance, which cuts down on manual work and helps standardize processes across all devices. The remote access tools are also fast and reliable, making it easy to troubleshoot quickly without disrupting end users.

Another standout for me is the visibility it provides into system performance and overall health. Alerts are timely and customizable, so I can address issues proactively before they turn into bigger problems. Integration with ticketing workflows also helps keep everything organized and connected to specific devices or incidents.

Overall, NinjaOne boosts efficiency, reduces response time, and makes managing multiple systems more centralized and predictable, which has had a direct, positive impact on productivity.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

At this time, I don’t have many complaints about NinjaOne, as it has been very reliable and effective overall. The one limitation I’ve noticed is with NinjaOne Remote when working with endpoints that have multiple monitors. Currently, it is not possible to view multiple screens simultaneously within a single session, which can slow down troubleshooting and require extra steps to switch between displays.
In environments where users rely heavily on multi-monitor setups, this can impact efficiency, especially during more complex support sessions. Having the ability to view all monitors at once or tile them within the same session would significantly improve the remote support experience.
Aside from this, the platform has been very solid in terms of performance, usability, and features.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using NinjaOne, we struggled to manage endpoints across multiple systems and didn’t have a centralized way to monitor device health, apply patches, or support users remotely in an efficient way. That often caused delays in responding to issues, inconsistent patching, and extra manual effort for routine tasks.

With NinjaOne, we now use a single platform to monitor, manage, and support all endpoints in real time. Automated patch management and scripting have significantly reduced the need for manual intervention, and proactive alerting helps us catch and address issues before they affect users. Remote access is also fast and reliable, so we can resolve problems quickly without needing to be on-site.

As a result, we’ve improved response times, reduced downtime, and streamlined our overall IT operations. The platform has also helped us standardize processes, making it easier to manage environments consistently and scale without adding significant overhead.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

One of the newer things that stands out about NinjaOne is how they’re evolving beyond traditional RMM into more proactive risk management. Their vulnerability management capabilities are a big step in that direction—giving better visibility into software weaknesses and helping prioritise remediation before issues become incidents.

On top of that, the introduction of Ninja AI is particularly interesting. The potential to use AI to flag patch compatibility risks before deployment could be a real differentiator. Instead of just automating patching, it moves toward intelligent patching—where the system can anticipate conflicts, reduce failed updates, and minimise downtimeThat combination—proactive vulnerability insight plus AI-assisted patch decisioning—feels like a meaningful shift from reactive IT management to something much more predictive.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

We use SSO with Entra ID and doesn't automatically sign us in, we have to enter our email address each time.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to control patch management and assist users remotely via ninja remote.

  ### 28. Fast, Easy Device Actions with Clear Progress Tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew F. | Systems Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

It’s easy to use and does what it promises, quickly. Other solutions take longer to process actions on devices, but with NinjaOne I can see the progress of each action and apply changes right away.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Honestly, there isn’t anything I dislike about NinjaOne. It’s helped our medium-sized business manage tasks much more easily and quickly than before, and overall it’s made our day-to-day work feel smoother and more secure.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne has helped us automate deployments for new devices and resolve endpoint issues using its remote desktop, PowerShell, and file access features. It has also made Windows updates and third-party patches easy to deploy and track. Overall, it feels more efficient than some Microsoft tools and support methods we’ve used.

  ### 29. Centralized Management Made Easy for Small Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne has been an excellent solution for us, giving us a single pane of glass for visibility into all the devices in our environment and enabling truly centralized management. As a very small team responsible for a few hundred devices across numerous locations, we rely heavily on the remote management tools it provides.

The steady addition of tools and features has also been a positive. I spoke with some of the reps at Fal.Con in September and came away encouraged by the changes on the roadmap. We’ve been using NinjaOne for three years, and it’s clear they’re growing tremendously.

Overall, it’s an incredible value. As they continue adding features and moving toward platforming, it’s been a net positive for small teams like ours from both a learning and budget standpoint.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Nothing in particular to point out—we’re happy with the product overall.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows a very small, centralized team to support a dispersed fleet of devices, making automation and remote support much easier.

  ### 30. Flawless Remote Sessions with Ninja’s Background Connect

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mai L. | IT Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I’ve used a different RMM before, and since switching to Ninja, we haven’t run into any issues with our remote sessions. I also really like the Connect in background feature, because it lets us remote into a computer and access the basic interface without disrupting the user or interrupting what they’re doing.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I think the main issue is the not-so-user-friendly interface when it comes to managing alerts. It’s hard to tell exactly what you’re allowing, and the threshold settings aren’t easy to set. For example, I’d like to receive an alert only when an endpoint goes offline, and then only get another alert when it comes back online. Right now, the default seems to keep spamming email notifications every 2–4 minutes (I think).

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the first issues Ninja has solved for the team is having the ability for multiple technicians to remote in. This way, if we need to escalate, we can have a T2 support tech demo the fix to a teammate.

  ### 31. Helpdesk Technician NinjaOne Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like best about NinjaOne is the amount of detail provided in the RMM system. I can get a lot of info at a glance, which is a great advantage in our hybrid workplace. The NinjaOne Remote feature is also great for these situations. The features within it allow me to do anything I need even without physical access to the machine. The ticketing system is also easy to use and navigate. It helps a lot with keeping tasks streamlined. The status feature on each ticket is especially helpful for organization.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I'd like to see the ability to start integrating some AI into the ticketing system. I thing there is some great opportunity for automation there. We currently use Copilot, and I think it would boost the ROI for both NinjaOne and Copilot.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne solves the problem of tracking support requests and maintaining all of our devices. Having all of this information in one place speeds up our processes and allows us to provide better support to our users. We don't need to spend time keeping track of multiple streams of information, because it is all in one place.

  ### 32. User-Friendly UI and Automation That Elevate IT Asset Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard L. | Senior System Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

User-friendly UI makes it easier to navigate and manage IT assets, as well as all common components, comparing with our old RMM tool.
Built-in automation library and easy-to-setup custom scripts/apps improve our work efficiency to next level.
New client onboarding is standardized by NinjaOne default modules, while we can conveniently make custom changes.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Certain features could be added or tweaked to provide better overall experience, such as allowing customization to 'Activity Notification' alerts, sending advanced partner notice for upcoming new release of NinjaOne Remote app that demands user end update.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Removes complexity in RMM tool that we used to run, offers adequate flexibility to various common components.
Overall improvement on team operations is much witnessed.

  ### 33. Ninja One is a great tool to use with a simple UI layout and new features constantly added

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kimmon M. | Technical Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I really like NinjaOne because it’s clean, fast, and just easy to work with. Everything is in one place, the UI actually makes sense, and routine tasks don’t feel like a chore. It saves time, cuts down on headaches, and does what it promises without a ton of extra complexity. Solid tool that just works. I also like the integration of remote access to Linux machines.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I don’t really like the initial dashboard experience in NinjaOne. The organizations list can’t be alphabetized, which makes it frustrating to find what I’m looking for. Also, when I’m in the device management view, I can’t just come back to where I was — I have to go through the whole navigation process again. It breaks the flow and makes simple tasks take longer than they should. I also wish NinjaOne would incorporate more backup and AV/EDR agents, since broader built-in or integrated options would make the platform even more useful. On top of that, we still haven’t found an RMM that lets us fully deploy an agent on remote Macs without having to manually go into Privacy & Security settings to grant permissions, which remains a pain point.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne has been a solid alternative for us, especially since we were relying on just one RMM before. It helps cover a lot of the shortcomings we run into with the other RMM agent we use. The policies and automations are much easier to set up and manage, which ends up saving a lot of time. Overall, it feels more efficient and flexible for day-to-day work.

  ### 34. Powerful, Reliable RMM Agent with Deep Endpoint Visibility and Control

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peyton B. | Services Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like most about NinjaOne is how powerful and reliable the RMM agent is. The agent gives us deep visibility and control over endpoints, allowing us to monitor device health, deploy scripts, manage patches, and remotely troubleshoot issues without user disruption. The built-in automation and remote access tools significantly reduce response times and help us proactively address issues before they impact end users.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There really isn’t anything I actively dislike about NinjaOne. If I had to point out an area for improvement, it would be continuing to expand integrations and advanced reporting options, but overall the platform has been very reliable and easy to work with.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne solves the challenge of securely managing devices throughout their entire lifecycle. Remote wipe allows us to quickly and confidently remove company data from lost, stolen, or decommissioned devices, reducing security risk and compliance concerns. Device provisioning streamlines new device setup, allowing us to deploy configurations, policies, and software consistently, which saves time, reduces manual errors, and ensures devices are ready for users much faster.

  ### 35. Many functions combined clearly in one dashboard

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

It is positive that relatively many functions are available in a single dashboard, for example, remote management, patch management, EPP, etc.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I find it unfortunate that there is still no Swiss data center available for the backup solution. Additionally, the patch management is sometimes very unreliable. There are recurring update problems, especially in connection with Winget. To improve this, we have written our own Winget integration. However, this is a feature I expect from NinjaOne as a highly reliable standard function. Additionally, it would be desirable if more applications came directly from the Ninja repository, rather than just through the finished catalog. In my view, this would overall enhance the quality standard. The AI could be much more integrated, so that, for example, certain analyses could be done purely textually. I could also imagine creating certain scripts directly in Ninja using AI, instead of creating and testing them in external AI.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The effective management of multiple devices is massively simplified by the use of NinjaOne.

  ### 36. Quick, easy, and workflow powerful: NinjaOne impresses with Remote, Patching & Alerting

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Philipp K. | Systemadministrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne Remote:
Once deployed, it is significantly faster and easier than manually connecting via RDP or with comparable products like TeamViewer.

NinjaOne Vulnerability Management:
Very easy to handle. Systems with vulnerabilities are quickly identified and can then be patched without complications.

Alerting:
Alerts can be sent relatively easily through automations, e.g., to MS Teams. This has become an integral part of my daily workflow.

Documentation:
The NinjaOne Dojo is comprehensive and easy to understand.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

If several systems have been identified through vulnerability management that need to be patched, it would be practical to be able to carry this out as a collective action.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Access to the integrated systems is faster and more reliable than before with other products.

  ### 37. Flexible, Ever-Improving Platform with Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yassine E. | Managing Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Flexibility and continuous improvements… Ninjaone’s pricing allows us to scale and reduce the number of endpoints or backup storage without the inconvenience of long term commitment. Additionally, Ninjaone constantly improves its product offering. Sooner or later, Ninjaone will be our one-stop shop for everything: PSA, RMM, EDR, etc.
Last, their support team and account managers are great. Kudos to my account manager, Ali Ibrahim.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The ticketing system is not good yet. We look forward to its improvement so that we can replace our PSA.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ninjaone allows us to keep an eye on and back up our endpoints and Microsoft mailboxes. This helps us in terms potential disasters, to mitigate problems, and to remain compliant.

  ### 38. Clean, Fast UI and Reliable Remote Access That Keeps Our Distributed Team Moving

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The UI is the standout for me. It's clean, fast, and organized in a way that actually matches how you think about managing endpoints — device groups, policies, and scripting are all a click or two away without digging through nested menus. New techs on my team get productive quickly, which matters when you're running IT for a distributed construction workforce where field supervisors don't have time to wait on tickets.

The remote access is genuinely fast. Even when I’m connecting to a device on a job site with marginal connectivity, it still works reliably, and that alone has saved me hours each week.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Reporting is the weak spot for me. The built-in reports cover the basics, but they consistently don’t surface the level of detail I actually want—whether that’s deeper hardware inventory fields, more granular patch history, or simply the ability to pull exactly the columns I need without having to wrestle with filters. As a result, I end up exporting data and massaging it elsewhere more often than I should. Custom report building exists, but it still isn’t as flexible as I’d expect from a platform that feels this polished in other areas.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne brings together three things we used to manage separately: ticketing, patch management, and our knowledge base. Having everything in one pane of glass means my team isn’t constantly context-switching between tools just to resolve an issue. When a ticket comes in, we can immediately see the endpoint’s patch status and pull up the relevant KB article without ever leaving the console.

Patch management on its own has been a major win for us. Automated deployment across our fleet keeps systems current without anyone manually chasing down machines, which matters a lot when a good portion of our endpoints are out on job sites instead of sitting in an office.

Because ticketing is integrated with the RMM side, techs get device context right inside the ticket. There’s no digging around for asset details or jumping between remote session tools, and it’s noticeably reduced our resolution time.

Keeping the knowledge base in the same platform also means documentation actually gets used. When the KB is a click away from the ticket, techs reference it instead of reinventing the solution every time.

  ### 39. NinjaOne has been a great tool for us as an MSP to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

We use most of the capabilities of the platform. RMM, windows and software patching, sentinelone integration, ticketing. We've used multiple rmm tools from other companies and there's always a learning curve to how to configure and run each. Ninja was super easy to learn. Their documentation and videos make a big difference. Its also easy to book their engineers and get some 1:1 training and best practices on implementation. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Ninja. MSP is a new arm to our business and ninja is making it super easy to scale and be successful.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I wish they had internal use right licenses, other RMM companies do provide this. Compared to the other companies i've had experiences with, I can't say there's anything else I dislike.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an MSP, it allows us to easily manage devices without having to touch each one all the time. It allows us to easily scale in the amount of endpoints we are managing. Automation is big and ninja's platform is a big help in allowing us to do that.

  ### 40. Can't Recommend NinjaOne Enough!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin N. | Information Technology Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I've been using NinjaOne for almost three years now, and I couldn't be happier with the platform. The ease of use is unparalleled, making it simple to manage all of my IT services from one central interface. With features like OS/3rd Party Patching, Endpoint Cloud Backups, SaaS Backups, Vulnerability Management and SentinelOne integrated seamlessly, NinjaOne truly lives up to its promise of providing a comprehensive IT management solution under one pane of glass.

A special shoutout to my account manager, Joey, who was exceptional in helping me get started, but has also continued to support my business. He is responses are prompt, friendly and accurate every time.

Overall, NinjaOne has significantly streamlined my IT operations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a robust, user-friendly IT management platform.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Higher minimum RMM endpoint requirement, which makes it more costly for smaller MSPs to switchover due to cost.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne RMM is solving the problem of consolodating all of my IT services into one pane of glass. This makes my day more efficient without having to switch between multiple systems to complete simple tasks.

  ### 41. Easy to Use and Highly Customizable

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

There is a lot of customizable options and is easy to use

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I do not like how long it takes for searches, or that it you don't get a list of devices you can click on, then click on another. You have to start a new search every time.

It would also be helpful to have similar functions to Screen Connect, like the link to phone/CW View, where you could connect to a user's mobile phone camera to look at things on site with them. Or to improve the function of being able to connect to a new computer by having them go to a website, we give a code, and then we connect to them with Admin capabilities. That's often needed but the Admin part does not work for ours. We can only seem to connect as a regular user.

Although I am not familiar w/ the pricing end, it seems like a good value relative to programs with similar functionality.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped with our printer deployment management and to be able to organize our clients so that we could use scripts or install apps to specific clients as they prefer.

The alerting system is a nice added functionality as well.

  ### 42. Practical RMM solution with clear strengths!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne offers a central portal that significantly simplifies the management of all customers and devices, reduces complexity, and saves working time. Tasks such as patch management, software updates, and system monitoring can be automated, thereby reducing manual effort and minimizing potential sources of error. By bundling all functions into one dashboard, our technicians receive a clearly structured overview of endpoints, infrastructure, and support resources, which noticeably eases the daily work routine.

The onboarding of new customers is uncomplicated and requires little effort thanks to the agent-based installation. NinjaOne's customer support also responds reliably and provides timely assistance with questions or problems.

Particularly helpful in daily operations are the integrated remote tools like Ninja Remote as well as PowerShell and CMD connections in the background, which our technicians regularly use to efficiently handle customer issues.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Currently, it is not optimal that the new Winget patching in NinjaOne is still quite error-prone and therefore does not always work reliably. Additionally, the management of policies with inheritance is not particularly clear with a large number of customers, making it overall harder to understand. Devices with issues that are offline remain marked with an alarm on the dashboard.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By using NinjaOne, we were able to replace our previous isolated solutions for each customer and significantly standardize management. This gives us a complete overview of all customer environments and allows us to analyze technical problems much faster, more precisely, and more efficiently.

NinjaOne helps us with the following challenges, among others: centralized device management for Windows and servers on a single platform, automated patch management as well as regular maintenance tasks, and fast, integrated remote access without the need to provide additional tools.

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like most about NinjaOne is that the platform centralizes monitoring, patch management, remote access, and automation in a single console and the scripting and automation features help reduce repetitive manual tasks.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Some advanced features could benefit from deeper customization options. Reporting and dashboard customization could be more flexible, and certain integrations or advanced security controls may require additional tools or workarounds depending on the environment.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps solve the challenge of managing and securing multiple endpoints efficiently, especially in distributed or remote environments. Its biggest value comes from automated and reliable patch management, which ensures operating systems and third-party applications remain up to date with minimal manual effort.

  ### 44. Good Tool for MSP and internal IT

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

We chose NinjaOne because of its rapid, steady development and its modern look and feel, which makes it very easy to use.

We started a few years back and have been happy with the continuous development and the delivery of new and improved features.

The growing community is very welcoming. Webinars and other events help us enable new features when needed, and if required, support is available and helps us resolve issues quickly.

NinjaOne also offers a rich set of integrations that fit our portfolio. The remote tools help our technicians resolve tickets quickly and efficiently, and automations help us achieve on- and offboardings in a fast, standardized way.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Our greates dislike is the missing long term data retention, but this is already scheduled on the roadmap, so we are looking forward to that.

More options to manage alerts would also improve NinjaOne for our needs.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We came to NinjaOne when we where looking for a RMM Tool to use in our SMB-MSP Business.

We compared multiple solutions and decided to use NinjaOne based on our requirements. We had no remorse with that decission.

Compared with other solutions NinjaOne felt easy to use with a welcoming UI and UX.

  ### 45. Intuitive MSP dashboard with a strong team and top value for money

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manuel H. | Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The use of a dashboard for all daily activities of an MSP. We have integrated various systems, including M365, into NinjaOne. Simple and clear design as well as the price/performance ratio fits perfectly. Behind NinjaOne is a great team that is almost always available and supports you.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Contrary to the initial statements many years ago, all features remain "free" and included. However, this keeps changing. It is only important that they do not lose their focus and expertise due to the increasing size.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We solve all aspects of our end customers with NinjaOne: monitoring of servers, PCs & infrastructure, update management, and much more. Solutions like backup (whether M365 SaaS or workstation backup) are added on top.

  ### 46. Great device visibility, but remote sessions and stay-signed-in need work

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I mainly use the Devices view which gives me an overview of all our devices. Being able to see the uptime is incredibly useful when performing a quick audit. Being able to customize names for each device helps keep us organized and efficient. Clicking into a certain device also provides an extensive description of the specifications including the helpful Activities sections.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The “stay signed in” feature never works for me. I’m constantly having to use SMS to authenticate again the next day. Remote sessions are also inconsistent: sometimes it says I don’t have the program installed, and other times it just never connects. Even when it does work, it often takes multiple auto-reconnect attempts.

The remote session experience itself could use improvement. Not being able to have the remote screens take up all of my usable monitors means I have to manually switch to each screen, which is inefficient. The NinjaOne academy also feels over-complicated, and the content can be outdated at times.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps us deploy scripts, manage devices, and even consolidate ticket management in one place. It saves us time and resources, which lets us focus more on supporting other projects.

  ### 47. NinjaOne Is a Game-Changer: Fast, Intuitive RMM with Powerful Patching

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

We’ve worked with a number of RMM platforms over the years, and I can confidently say that NinjaOne has been a complete game changer for both our internal operations and the level of service we provide to our clients. We have been with them for over 6 years and will not leave!

In the beginning the supported us completely - total hand holding with onboarding ourselves and clients. They integrate with Bitdefender and other AV but we like Bitdefender the most.

From an RMM standpoint, the platform is incredibly fast, intuitive, and reliable. Device visibility is near real-time, automation is powerful yet easy to deploy, and the overall interface allows our team to operate efficiently without wasting time digging through cluttered dashboards like we’ve experienced with other tools.

Patching has been one of the biggest wins for us. We manage a large number of endpoints across multiple environments, and NinjaOne has allowed us to standardize patch management in a way that is both consistent and hands-off. We’ve significantly reduced vulnerabilities across client networks, and compliance reporting has become something we can actually trust.

On the MDM side, NinjaOne gives us centralized control that simplifies device management across different environments. Whether it's enforcing policies, deploying updates, or monitoring device health, everything is streamlined and scalable.

** and i have to add NinjaOne’s Patch Intelligence AI is amazing! **

Where NinjaOne really stands out is in cybersecurity impact. Patching and etc.

To say i am completely happy, satisified, and confident in Ninjaone is an understand.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There is nothing i dislike with NinjaOne - it truly checks all the boxes for what an MSP needs.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its solving patch management and script deployment. I use it daily.

  ### 48. Great onboarding team, fast response to any questions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew Y. | Senior Solutions Architect, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2020

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

It’s easy to use, with a fast interface, simple settings customization, and a reliable agent. The detailed view and excellent remote capabilities make it easy to work on endpoints without interrupting users. I also love the reporting and the level of customization available.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There’s no dedicated deployment tool and no support for Linux, although they’ve advised that Linux support is planned for a future release. The third-party tool they include for pushing out software is adequate, but it doesn’t support installation for several core products, such as MS Office.

**Recommendations to others considering NinjaOne:**

Spend some time on a trial of Ninja, talk with the sales people and account reps, talk a look at Reddit reviews and comments.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having different patching policies for different clients and devices makes this a very flexible solution, and it’s so much better than WSUS.

The TeamViewer integration is also good.

The dashboard is easy to use, and even when managing multiple customers and sites it’s straightforward to see which clients don’t require any remediation and which ones are still waiting for patches, reboots, and other follow-up actions.

  ### 49. NinjaOne: Reliable Remote Management with Powerful Scripting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Farming | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne allows me to reliably remote into & manage our corporate-owned assets throughout several of our companies. I can always count on NinjaOne for onboarding, offboarding and software inventory needs. Bulk running scripts or scheduling scripts to run has also proven to be super helpful. My most common use cases are the integration with Splashtop for Remote Access & running elevated powershell instances. Love it!

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Honestly, for what we use it for regularly and for the "one offs" we've thrown at NinjaOne, I can't say there is anything I really dislike about the software. It has yet to let me down!

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote Access & Elevated Powershell instances. We are spread out across the US & it has been amazing for allowing me to feel as though I'm right in front of the machine. The Splashtop connections are smooth, reliable and high quality. It's kept my team from having to make emergency trips to our facilities to get "hands on".

  ### 50. Easy-to-Use, Powerful Remote Management with Reliable Performance

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like most about NinjaOne is its ease of use combined with powerful functionality. The interface is clean and intuitive, making it simple to manage devices, automate tasks, and monitor systems without a steep learning curve. It saves time through efficient remote management and reliable performance, which is essential for day-to-day IT operations.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

One area for improvement in NinjaOne is that some advanced features and reporting options could offer a bit more flexibility and customization. While it covers most day-to-day needs very well, having more depth in these areas would make it even more powerful for complex environments.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps centralize IT management by allowing us to monitor, manage, and support all endpoints from a single platform. It reduces the need for multiple tools and manual work, which saves time and increases efficiency. This means issues can be identified and resolved faster, leading to less downtime and a smoother experience for both IT and end users.
