NinjaOne serves internal IT teams and MSPs alike, from lean IT departments to mid-market and large enterprise organizations managing distributed, multi-site environments. Common uses include consolidating IT tooling, automating patching for security and compliance, managing distributed and hybrid workforces, improving endpoint visibility, and strengthening backup and ransomware readiness. ## NinjaOne Reviews
 ### 1. NinjaOne: The best RMM I've ever used

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt P. | System Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne works and has the core features I would expect. I get the ability to remote into all the devices in my fleet, robust scripting, and plenty of built-in automations to get off the ground fast. I really enjoy all the charts, diagrams, and information I get from endpoints. It makes it faster to diagnose problems and spot issues.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I would say that my dislikes are exclusively missing features. I would like to be able to orchestrate automations on endpoints, like scheduled integration runs, but I would like to be able to target one of a pool of machines to perform the automation on. Currently my options are task scheduler on a machine, or I can use Azure functions.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne is helping us solve RMM-related issues, such as being able to support devices all over the US, being able to provide support anywhere. Additionally, it helps us solve fleet management issues, such as bulk automation, patching, software updates, etc.

 ### 2. Central administration, strong permission management, and monitoring from a single source

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jörg D. | Inhaber, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

For me, a central administration, a clean authorization management, and reliable monitoring are crucial. Likewise, the integration of cyber security and remote support is very, very important to me, so that everything works from a single source and I can keep an overview.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There is only a poor option to integrate mobile devices. That should actually be standard! Also improved monitoring: Firewall, Router, NAS. Therefore, a cosmos expansion is urgently desired.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote support, ticket system, and monitoring. Additionally, it enables an automatic rollout of updates.

 ### 3. Easy to Use, Great Client Device Access Sharing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel D. | Senior Technology Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Ease of use, the ability to share access for a client to their own devices.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I wish I was able to restrict access inside an org. Meaning, Allow a technician access to the main office but have a subset group for executives for higher profile users that may need a more robust technician to help them.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne makes it easy to to manage all of my customers devices easily.

 ### 4. Easy Deployment with Powerful Customization and Automation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rafael M. | Architecture and Service Design manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Thanks to Ninja we have successfully implemented endpoint patch and 3rd party software management at last. It’s easy to deploy, offers extensive customization, and comes with strong automation capabilities. The core engine is excellent and highly flexible, making it easier to accommodate a wide range of user needs.
API is capable of most tasks, providing ease of integration with other tools.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Some parts of the product feel like they’re managed by different development teams, and as a result they don’t deliver a consistent, seamless user experience when switching from one area to other.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

O.S. patch management to fulfill security requirements. Users have no way to delay or postpone indeterminately patch installation as it happened with previous solution.

 ### 5. Easy Device Monitoring with Convenient One-Click Remote Access

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like the most about NinjaOne is that we can easily monitor our devices and take action when something is wrong. I also find the built‑in Remote tool extremely convenient, with just one click, a session request is sent to the laptop and we can immediately take a look remotely.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

What I dislike about NinjaOne is that when a new Microsoft security update is released and pushed through NinjaOne, the update often fails to install on the devices. As a result, the device health summary shows many devices as unhealthy.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When something unexpected happens on a device, I can easily review the activity logs to see exactly what occurred.

 ### 6. Clean UI, Powerful Automation, and Fast Remote Access

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Syed A. | Customer Support Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like most about NinjaOne is its clean, easy-to-use interface combined with powerful automation that saves a ton of manual work.
It also stands out for fast, reliable remote access and genuinely responsive customer support.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Pricing can be on the higher side, especially for smaller teams.
Initial setup and full implementation may take time.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automates routine tasks, saving time and reducing manual effort.
Improves efficiency, allowing support for more users with less overhead.

 ### 7. Excellent usability, excellent features related to patching and device management, efficient support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stefano S.

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I like the simplicity of using NinjaOne and the fact that they listen to users for improvements to introduce. It allows immediate execution of support operations for users, and when new useful features are requested in the business context, the requests are taken into consideration and often implemented. Moreover, the automation functionality works very well and allows operations on devices that would be very time-consuming without Ninja.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The reporting functionality could be improved even though it is quite usable in its current state.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne solves centralized and facilitated control of company devices and provides remote support to users. It facilitates 365 backup and asset management, and allows for quick user support. Ease of use and listening to users for improvements are valuable. The patching functionality is precise and timely.

 ### 8. Great feature set with great competitive pricing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I like that NinjaOnes RMM provides a very good feature set with a competitive price. The remote support software works very well and I like that macOS and Linux are supported (even tho it's more limited than Windows ofc).
I've also wanted to mention that the Agent that has to be installed on the devices never had an issue and also doesnt eat up the RAM & CPU of the devices, in that sense it moves quite like a Ninja. :)

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Not really a 'disklike', however they could have some more built-in automations for at least Windows.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company needed a RMM software (we also considered MDM solutions, which NinjaOne also provides, however it's not what we need) in which we could monitor our devices and do some 'basic' stuff (encryption, scripts, alerts (e.g. unwanted software installed, looking @ oracles software and their ****** licenses for example)). NinjaOnes RMM suits our needs at the moment, if we do more MacOS & Mobile stuff we are also considering enabling MDM for these devices. I also like NinjaOnes Patching, which is easy to configure and use.

 ### 9. Best RMM on the market

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin Q. | Senior IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne now has Billing, this has been a feature I have been looking forward to as having a single pane of glass for all things IT services in one place makes this so much easier.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Continue to add on features and apps to provide a complete comprehensive PSA and service desk.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne makes managing several organizations a breeze. It allows us to confidently remotely manage computers, policies, and support our end users.

 ### 10. Easy-to-Use Interface with a Great GUI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew C. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Ease of use and GUI - the product is great

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

two factor log in can be a lot at times but it works

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing us to remote into client machines fast

 ### 11. Powerful Automation and Scripting That Streamlines Our IT Work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher C. | Support Engineer I, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The ability to automate and create scripts to assist with our IT work.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Some UI/UX elementals are unnecessary or over built. Some filters could be adjusted to be simpler for a quick view vs. showing all details (i.e. IP of a machine. It will show every single IP of all adapters, even ones not in us, vs just provide a quick IP of a machine.)

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Deployment and cleanup of software and systems.

 ### 12. Clear and fast RMM with strong remote maintenance

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne offers a very simple, fast, and clear user interface. The implementation can also be carried out quickly and easily thanks to the various options for agent distribution.

The available tools support me very well in everyday IT tasks: from automatic update distribution to automated problem solving via scripts, all the way to the integrated remote maintenance tool.

The support is also great. You can tell that the provider values close and reliable customer support. We wanted

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There is little that bothers me about NinjaOne.

I would still describe the ticket system as having room for improvement. It already offers a comprehensive range of functions, but it cannot yet compete with a fully-fledged ticket system. For example, I miss the ability to send emails to people who are not listed as ticket requesters, such as when external people are brought in for clarification.

Additionally, I would like to see improvements in the BitDefender Gravity Zone integration. More details or more direct functions in the event of an alert from NinjaOne would be useful here. It would also be desirable for the corresponding agent in the Gravity Zone console to be automatically removed when the NinjaOne agent is removed.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne solves the problem of lack of overview and centralized management of IT systems for us. With NinjaRMM, we finally have clear transparency about which systems are in use and how they are managed. In combination with remote access, automated patch management, ticket integration, and script distribution, support and maintenance tasks can be implemented much more efficiently and in a more structured manner.

 ### 13. All-in-one platform, easy to use and very efficient for managing the technology park

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alejandro C. | Vicepresidente, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne stands out particularly for its ease of use, combined with a very broad functional scope, making it a highly efficient platform for comprehensive management of the technology infrastructure.

The solution brings together key capabilities such as remote management, monitoring, patching, backups, and ticketing in a single panel. This significantly reduces tool dispersion and simplifies daily operations. This "all-in-one" approach allows for centralized system management, with a direct impact on time savings and improved productivity of the technical team.

Additionally, NinjaOne offers strong integrations with third-party solutions, such as SentinelOne or CrowdStrike, which facilitates its fit within more advanced security architectures and existing environments, without the need to replace critical components.

Finally, the customization layer and the ability to enrich both the panel and operations are especially important, as they allow the platform to be adapted to day-to-day needs.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

As a point of improvement, the multi-tenant management and permission model could evolve towards a more granular and flexible approach. In certain scenarios, maintaining adequate segmentation between tenants or clients can be complex, especially when different levels of access or operational responsibilities are required.

Additionally, although the integration with EDR solutions like SentinelOne is correct, it would be desirable to have greater direct operation capability from the central NinjaOne panel, avoiding the need to switch between consoles for certain advanced actions on the EDR. This would further reinforce the unified platform philosophy and improve operational efficiency in managed security environments.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne allows me to manage the entire technology infrastructure in a centralized and simple way, integrating key functions such as monitoring, remote access, patching, backups, and ticketing into a single platform, which significantly reduces operational load and the time spent on repetitive tasks. In my use case, this translates into greater visibility and control of the systems, a faster response to incidents, and the ability to scale the management of multiple environments without proportionally increasing the team's effort, while also maintaining integration with advanced security solutions like SentinelOne or CrowdStrike without compromising a mature security approach.

 ### 14. Makes Keeping Things Updated a Breeze

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Games | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Ninja One has continued to make keeping our machines secure an absolute breeze, especially as things start to pick up elsewhere. Being able to rely on it to push the most important updates, and not having to continuously check makes me a lot more productive with my time both in and out of Ninja One. The ease of adjusting the scanning updated for both windows updates & software has been vital in making sure our team members don't get blocked, or of course, get that popup requesting a restart.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I would love more robust information regarding windows updates, and potentially a direct link to Ninja One's review/reliability of each KB? I often find myself looking up each KB individually in the KB-catalogue

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne is solving our biggest problem of Patch management. With it, we can push and prevent typical Windows updates as needed.

 ### 15. Intuitive, Fast Endpoint Management with Powerful Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amit K. | Audit Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne stands out thanks to its user-friendly interface, strong automation, and dependable remote access. It makes endpoint management simpler and cuts down on manual effort, and its reporting tools help me keep better oversight and efficiency in day-to-day IT operations.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne is a strong product overall, but I wish the advanced customization and reporting were more flexible. The initial setup can take some time, and the pricing may feel a bit high for smaller teams.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne makes endpoint management easier by bringing key operations into one centralized place and automating routine tasks such as patching and monitoring. As a result, there’s less manual work, downtime is kept to a minimum, and overall efficiency and productivity improve.

 ### 16. Ninja is one of the best tools ive used

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James H. | Service Delivery team lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Simple, Easy, Effective with littlwe noise.
very user friendly with waith great performancevery modern and all in one display really happy i also like how in intergrates with our system and other apps

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Nothing comapired to our last app we used I really like it nothing bad to say

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

its helped our service desk to deal with the noise our last app was contact and patching is now a breeze

 ### 17. Intuitive, Easy-to-Navigate Admin Page for Everyday Endpoint Management UPDATE

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mason W. | Information Technician, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Recently using the automation feature has been extremely helpful in setting up new machines as well as getting current machines up to date with software. With the frequency of software updates this has saved time and simplified our endpoint management efforts.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The ability for console admins to locally remove the agent would be helpful as sometimes it conflicts with other security software and when this happens I am not able to remove it from the console. I believe there was a script that allowed local removal but I have had mixed results.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne assists with the endpoint management as well as software maintenance and distribution across multiple offices.

 ### 18. All-in-One Patching, Monitoring, and Remote Access in a Clean Dashboard

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Naveen S. | Customer Support Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

patching, monitoring, and remote access all in one clean dashboard, so IT teams can manage everything quickly without juggling multiple tools.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Some users find pricing can be high as you scale up devices.
A few customers say advanced automation could be more intuitive.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tool overload — replaces multiple point tools for patching, monitoring, and remote access.
Visibility gaps — gives a central view of device health and issues across endpoints.

 ### 19. Daily use of NinjaOne in the MSP space

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne offers excellent features, such as NinjaOne Remote and Splashtop, so we are never unable to access an endpoint. The Active Directory tool has been a time-saver for password changes. We no longer have to remote into the server. We can change the password from the NinjaOne dashboard.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

It would be nice to have better navigation on the dashboard to go to client by name on the side then to find the device.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

That we do not have to go on-site to view what is happening on end-user PCs. NinjaOne also has a streamlined patch application. NinjaOne has allowed us to automate checking PCs are always up to date with latest patching.

 ### 20. NinjaOne 2026 Update

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sterling L. | Help Desk Technician, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne has robust amount features and continually fixing bugs. It has made my job more efficient. I would recommend NinjaOne for RMM.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The learning curve is a little steep. Other than that it has been great to use. They do provide training and webinars.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Uninstall applications and install application on the backend. It easy to remote user computers. I was able create custom fields that made easy to track monitors.

 ### 21. Easy PC Lookup and Powerful Custom Automations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Environmental Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I love that the computer a user reports their ticket on can be easily looked up, and that it provides the necessary PC data to help understand what the issue might be. The ability to set up automation is also very useful, and being able to add your own automations is awesome, too.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I’d like the ability to easily remove a user from an assigned computer, or to edit user details when they submit tickets. It’s frustrating when a user enters their email incorrectly just once, and then I can’t edit it or delete it because they end up with two accounts—yet the other account won’t show up.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love having everything on one platform. I used to rely on one website for tickets and another to manage my PC, so having it all in one place has been a real blessing.

 ### 22. Excellent Customer Service and Growing Reporting Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

We've had great success with Ninja One replacing our prior endpoint and patch management solution. Ninja One is a breeze to use, simple, and easy to get up and going.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The reporting features aren’t quite as flexible as we’d like, and the vulnerability management feature set also feels limited. We were told they’re working on improvements, but we don’t have a timeline.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a solution to help patch management as we don't have the staff necessary to take that on as a full-time job. This has replaced another solution we used which was subpar once we dove in. NinjaOne so far has been many notches above our previous solution.

 ### 23. Taking our support offering to the next level.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark B. | Technical Services Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The interface is really quick and easy to use - as a management user, who isn't in the application daily, I find it quick and easy to find my way around - definitely saving time & money

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I'm struggling to find many issues - I see regular activity, but don't always know which technician has actioned something - maybe a technician activity dashboard would be useful.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously had a very labour intensive device management process - reporting was impossible, however with Ninja, this is now far more controlled and we have visibility of issues and can be extremely responsive with clients.

 ### 24. Ninja Covers All Key SME IT Processes with Very Good Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Wholesale | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Ninja covers all the business processes and topics needed for day-to-day work in the IT department of SMEs. The support is also very good, and I usually get feedback within a few hours.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The Cyber Security features and the integration with other MS products should be better, although Ninja One is working on improving the integration with Intune.

The integration with Azure AD Sync for end-user SSO isn’t very good, and the user data is not being synchronized correctly.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We now have more time to focus on creating value instead of getting stuck on repetitive tasks, and we’re also saving money. Previously, we used other providers for this.

 ### 25. Lean, Reliable, and Well-Supported Patch Management with Easy Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anupam K. | Customer Support Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

lean interface, strong patch management, built-in remote access, and easy automation. It’s simple to use, reliable, and well-supported

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Some advanced features are less mature than bigger competitors.

Reporting and dashboards aren’t as customizable as some would like.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralizes device management across Windows, macOS, and Linux.

Automates patching and maintenance so systems stay secure and up-to-date.

Provides fast remote access and support without extra tools.

Reduces repetitive tasks with scripting and automation.

 ### 26. Intuitive to use, simplifies hardware monitoring, and impresses with fast support.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I like the simple and intuitive operation of the tool and the resulting simplification of hardware monitoring (computers and servers). Thus, the tool is one of the basic tools for my daily work. Support is quickly accessible for errors and questions about usage, and the responses are timely and specific. The pricing (billing modality and price) is completely reasonable for this scope.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

In the software management, the level of detail is overwhelming. A system like under Control Panel/Programs would be more helpful to me.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monitoring of disk usage and control of updates from Microsoft and other providers. Through centralized display and maintenance of updates, on-site maintenance is no longer necessary.

 ### 27. Effortless Management and Productivity Boost for Our Helpdesk

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael M. | IT Manager, Manufacturing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The ease of use. It is designed well to make it simple to use, even though it is a robust system. It collects a lot of data on all the devices it is installed on, and we are able to use the info to make sure they stay up to date. The automation library is extensive and has options for almost everything. It has made our helpdesk, all 3 of us, more productive since we don't have to manually update every computer. And we can now remote into our endpoints even when they are offsite, like all of our remote workers are.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I haven't run into a downside. It was quick to set up and deploy, support has been great when we did have any issues, and we use it all the time.
The one time we had any issue was when one of my team members was attempting to remote into a computer, she was denied with a message saying there were too many users already using the remote services. But we were never able to replicate this issue and never ran into it again.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are adding our documentation into NinjaOne, this is making a central repository for all IT knowledge instead of it being spread across several file servers and computers. This makes finding the right information and keeping it updated much easier.

 ### 28. NinjaOne: easy to use, saves time, and centralizes monitoring with great support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Víctor A. | CTSI, Computer Hardware, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like most about NinjaOne is that it is very easy to use and saves a lot of time. It allows you to manage and monitor devices from a single place, with clear alerts and automation that reduces manual work. Additionally, the support is fast and reliable, which makes the experience even better.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

What I like least about NinjaOne is that some advanced features take time to set up and make the most of. It would also be helpful to have more customization options in certain reports.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps solve IT problems such as equipment monitoring, remote access, task automation, and rapid fault detection, which saves time and prevents interruptions.

 ### 29. Game-Changing RMM Solution for Modern IT Operations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrea P. | RMM Solution Architect, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

We've been using NinjaOne for a while now, and it's genuinely made our daily work easier. The interface is straightforward, which my team appreciates.
The patching system is what stands out most. The new AI Patch Intelligence feature has saved us countless hours—we don't have to manually research every patch anymore. When it automatically flags potentially problematic updates and shows CVE/CVSS scores right there, we can actually trust the automation. Our compliance reporting is much simpler now too.
The Compound Conditions feature was a game-changer for our workflows. Before, our policies were cluttered and hard to manage. Now we can create precise rules for specific device groups. It's made our automations much cleaner and easier to maintain. Small things like Warranty Tracking (which I didn't expect to use much) have helped us ditch our messy spreadsheets. The scriptable Device Tags are brilliant—a server shows one tag when patching starts, another when it's done. You can see device states instantly without digging through logs.
Having integrated backup built right in has also been huge. We deployed endpoint backups with cloud storage directly from the console and finally got rid of several single-purpose third-party tools.
But honestly? The custom scripting with centralized results is what makes it irreplaceable for us. Running scripts is one thing, but having all the outputs collected and visible in one place has completely changed how we operate. It gives us both flexibility and visibility that we didn't have before.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The role-based access control (RBAC) needs improvement. As an MSP, especially when we co-manage with clients' internal IT teams, the current permission model is too limited. We often need to give very specific access rights, but we can't build truly custom, granular roles from scratch. This forces us into workarounds that aren't ideal. It's not a deal-breaker, but when the rest of the platform is so sophisticated, the RBAC feels like it's from an older version. Better granular control would make NinjaOne perfect for complex MSP environments.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Honestly? It's solved way more problems than we expected.
The biggest one is catching issues before users notice them. We used to be reactive—someone calls, we scramble. Now the monitoring alerts us early, and our fix times have dropped dramatically. Last month it caught a failing drive on a CAD workstation before it died, which would have been a nightmare.
Patching was always our least favorite task. We used to spend Fridays manually researching updates. Now the automated deployment handles our whole infrastructure, and that AI feature that blocks bad patches actually works. We sleep better knowing we're not going to wake up to broken systems because of a buggy update.
Having everything in one dashboard sounds simple, but it's saved us probably 5-6 hours a week just in clicking around. Our techs aren't logging into four different tools anymore to check a single endpoint.
Remote access has been huge for cutting down truck rolls. The background mode is probably our L1 team's favorite feature—they can install software or run updates while someone's working without them even knowing. No more "can you restart your computer?" interruptions.
What's surprised us most is how it's spread through the organization. Our security team uses it for incident response now, and our compliance officer lives in the reports. It started as just an IT tool but became this backbone that different departments rely on. The scripting especially—we've automated so many little tasks that our senior guys actually have time to work on projects we've been putting off for years.

 ### 30. Ninja Product Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan S. | Systems Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Straight forward UI for most tasks. Wide range of devices supported under a single product.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Reporting leaves a lot to be desired. Something as simple as the file path of an installed application should be readily accessible.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Ninja as our primary RMM for all of our clients. Without Ninja, or a product with at minimum the same capabilities as Ninja, the work would be impossible.

 ### 31. User-Friendly Interface and Support, but Vulnerability Management Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I think it has a nice UI and is easy to navigate. There support documents have been useful and the team are very helpful. We are starting to use more features all the time with clients and have gotten good use out of the software.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The vulnerabilities setting keeps lots of devices red and it can be hard to clear this if the device isn't online and you can't queue OS Patches

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Very helpful for keeping clients up to date with updates and being able to monitor system resources. Being able to create scripts allows us to plan actions and keep onto of issues before they arise.

 ### 32. Powerful Endpoint Scripting and Client Reporting with NinjaOne

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charles S. | Systems Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The ability to run scripts on endpoints and to create reports for clients

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I think overall its a good platform and is well thought out. I have no major issues with NinjaOne

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have clients that want detailed reporting on things like endpoints, and I need to run scripts and automations. NinjaOne handles all these tasks with ease. Generating an installer to onboard a new computer is a cinch..

 ### 33. Smooth, Fast Remote Access That Keeps Downtime Minimal

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The remote access functionality is smooth, fast, and reliable, allowing me to troubleshoot and support users without delays—no matter where they are. I love that I can remotely access devices, push updates, and solve issues quickly, which keeps downtime minimal and users happy.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Support can sometimes be a bit challenging to navigate, and on a few occasions I’ve found that looping in my account representative helped get issues resolved more efficiently.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne lets me securely and quickly remote into users’ devices from anywhere. I can diagnose and fix issues in real time, push updates, and guide users through what they need to do without interrupting their workflow.

 ### 34. Despite a few challenges with the Windows Update, NinjaOne’s advantages outweigh the drawbacks.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jarrod H. | Director Devops and IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NInjaOne is still a great tool that integrates well with our environment. It continues to allow us to better automate our solutions making time for the team to work on more critical issues.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne has scaled very well over the past year. Partnering with their experts team we have been able to resolve our issues and streamline our processes more.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are moving to a more automated solution with in our IT team. The tools NinjaOne provides us have allowed for faster onboarding with minimal user interaction. The Patch Management has greatly increased our ability to monitor patches and schedule them more accurately across our entire environment.

 ### 35. All-in-One Platform That Has Everything We Need

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim F. | Service Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I like how there are multiple tools all on the same platform. In the past I have had to use multiple programs where as ninja one has everything in the same place.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

So fare I do not have any downsides. I have been able to accomplish everything I need to using the tools Ninja provides.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of access. Having everything in one platform makes my life a whole lot easier.

 ### 36. NinjaOne Brings Endpoint Management, Patching, and Backups Together Seamlessly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sayyed A. | Customer Support Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

nstead of stitching together multiple tools, NinjaOne combines endpoint management, patching, remote access, monitoring, and backups in one interface. That reduces context-switching, which is a big deal for IT teams handling lots of devices.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Users often say certain “obvious” features just aren’t there yet (or aren’t mature enough)
Gaps show up in reporting, automation depth, integrations, and user management

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monitoring tools
Patch management systems
Remote access software
Ticketing systems

 ### 37. Quick overview, remote access, strong MDM features for Android & iOS, and it works well!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Very good and above all fast overview options, direct connection to computers that need help (via the Internet!), and the truly helpful MDM options for mobile devices (both Android and iOS). Also, the quick finding of devices, even if you only have one piece of information (serial number, name, etc.), is super helpful.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The ticketing is sometimes a bit "tricky" - it would be helpful to be reminded to save. But still, of course, it's good. Attachments can sometimes be problematic; when you respond to the ticket as an admin, they sometimes don't get sent.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes remote access fails - occasionally you have to log in to NinjaOne again, then it usually works.

 ### 38. Centralized Endpoint Management with Real-Time Monitoring and Remote Troubleshooting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan M. | Vice President of Contracts & Facilities Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne has proven to be extremely valuable for endpoint management by enabling our organization to consolidate multiple IT processes into a single, centralized platform. Rather than relying on several separate tools for different IT functions, NinjaOne allows us to efficiently manage systems through one unified solution, reducing complexity and improving operational efficiency.

The platform’s real-time monitoring capabilities are particularly beneficial, as they provide immediate visibility into device performance and overall system health. We are able to conduct computer health checks, proactively identify potential issues, and implement automated workflows—all from a single, intuitive dashboard.

Additionally, NinjaOne’s remote troubleshooting functionality is one of its strongest features. It allows our IT team to securely access and resolve employee device issues remotely, eliminating the need for on-site visits and significantly reducing downtime while improving support responsiveness.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I do not have any negative feedback regarding NinjaOne as a product or service. We have been using the platform for approximately eight years, and I was personally involved in negotiating and setting up our original contract. Throughout this time, NinjaOne has proven to be a reliable and effective solution, and our overall experience has been very positive.

The only area of concern I would like to highlight relates to pricing transparency and consistency. At times, pricing information appears to vary depending on whether discussions take place via email or over the phone, which can make it challenging to establish clear and predictable cost expectations. Having more concrete and standardized pricing details would be extremely helpful for budgeting and long-term planning purposes.

As a small organization experiencing rapid growth, it is critical for us to understand how NinjaOne’s pricing model will scale alongside our business. Clear visibility into future costs will allow us to make informed decisions about whether NinjaOne will continue to be a sustainable and strategic solution as we expand, or whether we should begin evaluating alternative platforms that offer similar capabilities with more defined pricing structures.

Overall, we value our long-standing relationship with NinjaOne and would welcome greater pricing clarity to support our continued growth and partnership.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne has provided our company with full visibility and control over all devices, enabling us to quickly identify and resolve issues while maintaining consistent performance across our network. This centralized management has streamlined operations and ensured that our systems run efficiently with minimal disruptions.

In addition, NinjaOne’s reporting and analytics tools deliver clear insights into system health, security status, and overall IT performance. These actionable insights empower us to make informed, data-driven decisions and strategically plan future upgrades and resource allocations.

From a security and compliance perspective, NinjaOne has been instrumental in helping us maintain regulatory adherence. As a company required to comply with state regulations, the platform’s automation and monitoring capabilities ensure that our systems remain secure and up to date, reducing the risk of compliance violations.

Overall, NinjaOne has allowed our organization to focus on growth and strategic initiatives rather than being consumed by IT discrepancies or operational challenges. By proactively addressing potential issues and providing robust tools for management, NinjaOne has not only improved our IT operations but also strengthened our ability to pursue long-term business objectives without compromise.

 ### 39. Unified Platform Built for Purpose, Minor Maintenance Inconvenience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** martin W. | Director of IT, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

This platform offers a genuine single view, rather than being a collection of separate acquisitions pieced together. It is purpose-built for its functions, providing everything within one unified platform. This was easy to deploy next to our old RMM, the customer success team helped us integrate our other software and have a pretty seamless transition, we use ticketing and rmm so we live in here pretty much everyday..

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Occasionally, the maintenance lockout can be a bit inconvenient. This hasnt really happened lately.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ticketing and patching have been convenient, as I can manage all tickets from different boards in a single place. Additionally, deploying patches is straightforward and easy to handle.

 ### 40. Makes endpoint management a lot easier, integrated remote control and other tools work well.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The automation the solution brings to endpoints saves time and resources. A good integrated remote control solution along with optional features like remote cmd and powershell sessions. The support team is great and very responsive and the knowledge base articles are very helpful. I can easily see overall health and security of my environment at a glance. The integrated ticketing makes it a great all in one package. The new AI for patch management is really helpful as well.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

OS patch management and 3rd-party software updating do work, but they can be very temperamental. The reporting isn’t very good when things fail, and it’s hard to review failure messages or see which device a given error corresponds to. The list of supported apps for 3rd-party updating also feels very limited.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to automate information collection on endpoints is huge. License keys in use, bitlocker status, if certain folders do or don't exist makes things a lot easier for us. The remote management works great and saves us from purchasing another solution. Patch management is better than the old WSUS server days with a lot of reporting available. Using it as well to enforce policies, such as our AV solution and other software packages, enforce power profile settings, makes all that very simple.

 ### 41. Very good complete package: Top overview & strong patch management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The overview of the computers with all parameters such as updates, device changes like LAN connection or load. I also find the patch management function and the clear display of the states of the entire structure good. It is a very good complete package that makes many things easier and is so unique on the market. We have already looked for alternatives but have come to the conclusion that we are best served with Ninja both in terms of scope and features.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

So far, no point found, and if something was unclear or not understood, we were always helped quite quickly.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our biggest problem is always having an overview, as we have many devices inside and outside, and there is not always an accurate overview of everything and everyone. That's where Ninja is the tool that makes everything easier for us. We also had a theft case and were able to locate the device using the IP address, as it was recorded when logging in.

 ### 42. Powerful GUI Remote Access with Helpful System Details and Remote CMD

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Besides the GUI-based remote feature, the detailed information, such as installed Windows services, and remote CMD without GUI are very helpful.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There is no such thing I dislike. If I have to say, the web dashboard is sometimes lagging when switching tabs.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have to regularly check the installed software, OS, and system time. NinjaOne's "Overview" tab, "Software" tab, and "CMD" feature are helpful in those cases.

 ### 43. A Well-Developing RMM Choice

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The intuitive interface is beautiful coming from a competitor who is now playing catch-up (even rebranding their tool as "Competitor One"). They're consistently updating and have an active development team, who is quick to give you beta access to any feature they're working on. It's got great granularity and is only improving. I am looking forward to the more mature, focused, and powerful NinjaOne that comes with each patch.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne is moving fast. Redesigns of familiar features can cause a bit of confusion as you learn how to use your updated tool. That and the very messy "administration" tab are the only two things I can think of. Using this tool every day makes me wish we had adopted it a little later than we did, with some of the odd quirks slowly evaporating over time. One additional gripe is with feature suggestions/requests. There's virtually no feedback on feature requests other than "we received your request" and some of those features are incredibly important to a significant userbase.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne is allowing a consistent connection to our clients and providing all-around ease of access to administer devices.

 ### 44. Great Cross-OS Compatibility and Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Great compatibility and support across different OSs.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

For Mac, it can be difficult getting remote access initially. Would be better if it would prompt the user from the get-go at time of install to grant all the required permissions.
The Device status COLORs in the web portal are a bit confusing. Would be great if we could customize those to meet our needs.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ninjaone helps solve management of a range of devices running Windows and Mac. Even Android devices have a level of remote access. We are able to run and schedule scripts for each and setup great policies to handle standards across all devices.

 ### 45. NinjaOne: Simplifying IT Complexity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** finn l. | Support Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The performance of NinjaOne is remarkable. The software runs smoothly and without delays even during intensive use. Fast loading times and a stable connection allow my team to work in a stress-free environment.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I believe that enhancing the search functionality within the platform could lead to a more efficient user experience. Sometimes finding specific settings or features can take longer than anticipated, and a more robust search option would allow users to locate what they need quickly. Improving this aspect could greatly reduce the time spent navigating the software while increasing overall productivity.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne offers exceptional scalability that has been a massive asset to our growing business. As we expand and take on new clients, adding their devices and configurations to the platform is seamless and efficient. This growth capability ensures we can maintain high-quality service without overhauling our processes or systems as we scale, making it an invaluable tool for our IT management strategy.

 ### 46. Fast support, intuitive interface, and clear dashboard

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Björn M. | IT-Leiter, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Very good and fast support. The user interface is intuitive, and the dashboard is clear – everything at a glance. Additionally, the system can be integrated quickly.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Unfortunately, there is no desktop application. Therefore, I always have to work via the web.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We manage PCs at 8 locations, including for field service workers. With Ninja One, this has become significantly easier. Not only the remote support, but also the patching is much more straightforward with it.

 ### 47. Simple, Effective Patching Policies with a Straightforward UI

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan B. | Service engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The simple to configure but highly effective patching policies. Straightforward to navigate UI and very efficient onboarding for our new customers or prospects.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The performance of the Ninja remote application can in rare cases be degraded after a major update.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralized patch management for cloud first customers and integrations with our other core support desk software packages.

 ### 48. Simply Top Notch! NinjaOne is the Best Thing That Happened to Me!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** tessa s. | Support Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Finally I appreciate that NinjaOne regularly adds new features based on user feedback. This shows that the company is genuinely focused on improving the user experience and is committed to continuously developing the platform.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Another improvement could be in the area of mobile notifications. While the mobile app is helpful, more customizable notification settings would allow users to prioritize alerts based on their specific needs. This way, users could focus on the most critical tasks and avoid information overload, ultimately leading to a more streamlined and efficient work process while on the go.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to automate routine tasks using NinjaOne’s API significantly enhances our operational efficiency. We can schedule system checks, update software, and push security patches automatically without manual intervention. This not only saves time and reduces human error but also ensures that our clients' systems are always up to date and secure, allowing us to focus on more complex IT challenges.

 ### 49. Well-rounded and easy to use and understand

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jerry P. | IT Support Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne is amazing and versatile. I can troubleshoot tickets, run scripts to resolve issues, perform specific tasks, and apply patches with ease. It is a well-rounded product. Being able to remote into a user's computer and chat with them simultaneously is highly convenient. With Windows 10 at end-of-life, I can upgrade all our devices at once with a single script. I also love the library of scripts.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

It would be great if it had a knowledge base that end users can use to resolve their issues. It could recommend articles based on the subject of the ticket or notes. It would also be nice if it had better integration with Okta. Currently, we can establish a connection to import users, but we can't set it up in Okta as an app that users can access.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem for us was updating devices. We were using auto update through Microsoft, but it either required user interaction, which hardly happened, or caused issues. NinjaOne allows us to install only the patches that we approve. We can even remove an update if it causes problems.

 ### 50. Intuitive, Easy-to-Use Remote Desktop Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard K. | CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Ease of use is a strong point. The UI feels intuitive, and the tools are straightforward and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

This remote desktop tool isn’t very good overall, and it especially doesn’t work well on mobile. It used to integrate with Teamviewer, but that’s no longer an option, which makes it less useful for my needs.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for remote patching, antivirus, and management of our endpoints across nine locations.
