## NinjaOne Reviews
  ### 1. Organized Ticketing and Handy Remote Scripting, but Ticket Search Needs Refinement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charlie A. | Technical Support Engineer Apprentice, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I like the ticketing system. I think it gives users like me a good way to organise tickets into different categories, which helps keep things tidy and makes the overall view look cleaner. I also like the scripting aspect of the remote desktop connection, because you don’t need to be on the device to perform an action.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

i dont like the search for the tickets i think that could use some modifications as when i search id like it to search for the word in the title and not the whole ticket if thats what it currently does and maybe give an option on ticket or just title.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

im able to do my job by assisting end users with their day to day problems.

  ### 2. Simple patching and quick system overview

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cindy U. | CTO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Simple patching and a quick overview of my system. In addition, there is free support and training as well as an overall absolutely uncomplicated interaction.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The initial phase is – as with any major program – a hurdle at first. However, once everything was set up, the initial problems vanished into thin air.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a very small IT team and have to manage multiple locations without being able to be on-site. For this, we needed quick, uncomplicated access to servers and devices – exactly what Ninja One solves for us. Additionally, we previously lacked an overview of our computers, their patch status, and the installed software. We were also able to map this with Ninja and track it much better. Through the integration of Sentinel One (AV software), it was also possible for us to significantly simplify the deployment without having to involve an intermediary.

  ### 3. Clean, Fast, All-in-One IT Management with Truly Helpful Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amol B. | Technical Support Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne stands out thanks to its clean, intuitive interface, which is easy to navigate from day one. It combines patching, monitoring, and remote access in a single, streamlined platform, so everything feels cohesive. The automation features save time on repetitive tasks and help reduce human error.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Reporting and analytics can feel limited when you have more advanced requirements or need executive-level insights. Pricing can also rise as you scale the number of devices and add add-ons. Scripting and automation are powerful, but they come with a learning curve.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps address the complexity of managing and securing multiple endpoints across different environments. It brings monitoring, patching, and remote access together in a single, easy-to-use platform, which makes day-to-day administration more straightforward. Automated alerts and remediation help reduce downtime and cut down on manual intervention.

  ### 4. NinjaOne Makes Device Monitoring and Remote Management Effortless

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rehan A. | Artificial Intelligence Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 13, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I use NinjaOne to monitor and manage devices from a centralized platform. What I like most is the easy-to-use dashboard, the remote management capabilities, and the real-time monitoring features. It makes it easier to keep track of overall system health and helps simplify routine IT management tasks.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Some advanced configurations may take time to learn for new users. Depending on the environment, setting up monitoring policies can also require some initial effort.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps centralize device monitoring, remote management, and maintenance activities in one platform. This benefits me by reducing manual effort, improving visibility into device status, and making IT operations more efficient.

  ### 5. NinjaOne Makes Remote Management Fast and Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heath H. | Corporate Technology Manager / ISSM, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne lets us access remote systems quickly for updates, management, and basic troubleshooting. It also allows admins to enter credentials while users are still logged in, which is especially helpful for profile-related installs and similar tasks. Customer support has also been great, with very quick responses whenever we’ve needed help. This is something we use almost daily while troubleshooting.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

We’re still exploring NinjaOne’s patching features, but so far it’s been a solid product for us. We haven’t run into any issues, and the overall experience has been smooth to date.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We now have a reliable, well-rounded solution for accessing remote systems, troubleshooting directly with customers, and using automation tools to resolve system issues more efficiently. Overall, it has streamlined how we support users and made it easier to handle problems end to end.

  ### 6. Reliable Remote Desktop, Strong Automation, and Affordable SaaS Backup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris A. | Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Reliable Remote Desktop functionality that's included in the base price. Good automation features. I can manage Windows and macOS endpoints reliably. macOS MDM works with Apple Business. The SaaS Backup is a really affordable way to back up data, and I prefer it over file backup.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

They have a large amount of automation scripts, but I often have to find a script elsewhere. I would like to have custom categories for scripts.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping with operational efficiency. The faster I can close a task, the faster I can move on the the next one. I was also looking for a platform in which I can manage all endpoints (UEM): macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, Android. It's great that they signed a BAA which is required by my healthcare clients.

  ### 7. Excited to see what other features are added to the platform!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alvy M. | IT Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Remote patch management is straightforward and keeps IT operations simple. The script library is excellent, and the interface makes it easy to identify relevant CVEs when we troubleshoot patch issues. Pricing per device and add‑ons is clear and competitive. My favorite feature is ad hoc discovery via Active Directory, which lets us deploy agents to devices we haven’t physically accessed yet, as well as new machines that might otherwise be missed.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The MDM doesn't allow unattended Android Access. and other MDM/RMM out in the market have this capability.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne handles vulnerability management and scanning across our end‑user computers. When a patch is released and has issues, we’re notified in real time and can resolve it quickly. Overall, it has been a great platform to use, with the few caveats I’ve already mentioned.

  ### 8. Seamless Integration with Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jae K. | IT Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne works seamlessly with Intune and Jamf. We rely on Intune and Jamf Pro for onboarding, then use NinjaOne as RMM after for OS and Software Patching. Its policy and automation also make it easy to manage “Early Adopter” testing rings for more flexible options to our users

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The Windows agent is incredibly powerful with almost every option you need, but the macOS agent could be improved more, especially when compared with dedicated MDM solutions like Jamf Pro and Kandji, now Iru before.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the past, both OS and Software patching for Windows felt like a blocker, often forcing reboots or disrupting users at the worst times. NinjaOne addresses this by giving much more granular, just-in-time control over patching third-party applications, so updates can be managed without any down time.

  ### 9. NinjaOne: Effortless Onboarding and Efficient IT Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anu B. | Technical Data Annotator – UI/UX Screenshots, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I find NinjaOne's real-time monitoring and fast remote access impressive because they make troubleshooting instant and effortless. The automated patching and clean, intuitive interface save time and keep every device constantly up to date. I appreciate how it integrates smoothly with our existing IT stack, making monitoring, patching, and demoting more efficient across all systems. Transitioning to NinjaOne from a mix of legacy RMM and manual tools immediately improved visibility and reduced our daily IT workload. The initial setup was very easy, thanks to the cloud-based console and guided onboarding, which made development straightforward. Everything was up and running smoothly without complexity.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Some advanced reporting and customization options feel limited, especially when trying to build deeper analytical insights. The platform could improve by adding more granular automation controls and smoother integration with certain third-party tools.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use NinjaOne for patching, remote access, and backups. Its fast remote access and real-time monitoring make troubleshooting instant, while automated patching and a clean interface keep devices updated. It replaced slow and inconsistent tools, reducing IT workload and improving visibility and efficiency.

  ### 10. NinjaOne: powerful automation, intuitive interface, and useful integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Automation is clearly one of NinjaOne's strengths: it allows for significant time savings on recurring tasks (patching, scripts, deployments). The interface is intuitive and pleasant to use on a daily basis, which makes it easy for teams to get started. The integrations are also very useful for centralizing IT management and improving overall visibility. Overall, the tool is reliable, efficient, and well-suited for professional use.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

there are still some elements missing on the Report side

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne has allowed us to resolve a lack of visibility and significantly reduce manual tasks. Automation (patching, scripts, deployments) saves us several hours per week and improves our responsiveness. Result: fewer incidents, better security, and more efficient IT management.

  ### 11. Good monitoring – fast, stable, easily adaptable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael H. | IT system electronics engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Client information is quickly updated, remote maintenance is quickly set up and runs efficiently, connections are stable and do not drop, and a lot of useful information about the system is read out. There are many pre-made scripts and they can also be easily extended. Support is quickly reachable and can solve the problem quickly. Software can be easily integrated into the company via GPO. We use Ninja and its functions daily with our customers and are very satisfied with it.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

An uninstallation of NinjaRMM in case of an error is only possible via a script, and this is not included in the installer.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the help of scripts, we can quickly create inventory reports or install software on the systems. Even smaller backups can be wonderfully created and are then available in the cloud.

  ### 12. Ninja makes managing multiple computers so much easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dean L. | Manager of IT Support, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

- Automation scripts
- Condition monitoring
- Software Installation
- Ninja Remote
- Integration with EDR
- Lots of features
- Great relationship with our account manager

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

- Unable to un-license a device that is no longer active (to keep historical information)
- "Run Once" schedules aren't sufficient to space out software installs

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Allowing us to manage an MSP with hundreds of end-devices
- Providing a means to install software or run scripts across multiple devices at once (or in an automated fashion)
- Enabling Remote support for our end users
- Ensuring essential software is installed
- Alerting us about deficient cyber-security settings on devices (e.g. lack of encryption)
- Automated responses to conditions (e.g. cleanup scripts when disk space is low)
- Microsoft 365 Backups

  ### 13. Easy to Use Remote Management with Loads of Utility

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liam M. | IT Support Technician, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Very easy to use. Great remote management software with loads of utility

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Haven't had any real problems with it. If I'm being nit picky I would say there is sometimes a longer delay in applying patches or remoting on than I would like. Though often times this can be related to the end users network rather than the ninja software itself.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We primarily use it for applying patches to our endpoints and for remoting onto people's laptops for troubleshooting. I generally find it's very smooth, I also really appreciate the remote background mode and I find that it's better than other software's I've used for these purposes. It is also useful in giving us good visibility of our assets, which ones need patching etc.

  ### 14. Easy-to-Use RMM with Smooth Remote Access, Solid Pricing, and Helpful Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I like NinjaOne because it’s easy to use and easy to teach new techs how to manage computers and handle patching. The performance with the integrated Splashtop, or NinjaOne Remote, is very user-friendly, and I rarely run into issues that come from the Ninja side. The pricing and integrations with our billing system is very helpful. And easy to use.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

We would love to use Ninja for our email backups, but the way they are billing is not conducive to the way that we bill.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have many clients in different offices and even different States and being able to create policies that automatically manage these computers and also let us connect to them with ease makes erforming text support very easy.

  ### 15. Customer-First Support and a Team That Truly Listens

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh A. | Sr Technicial Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

My favorite part about NinjaOne is the attention the NinjaTeam gives to all its customers. With Ninja, you matter, and your experience matters. They work hard to refine the software to fit modern workflows and current practices. Support is stateside, which is amazing, and you’re not treated like just another invoice.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

My biggest dislike about NinjaOne? I worry that one day it could be bought by a larger RMM or an investment group, and it would stop being NinjaOne as I know it.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation is critical for us. Being able to automate our everyday tasks and build solutions with NinjaOne as our full toolbox makes it feel like we can tackle nearly any issue. NinjaOne also helps eliminate problems before they begin. Implementing Patch AI was awesome.

  ### 16. Versatile Solution with Exceptionally Helpful Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Khaled A. | Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

THe solution is quite versatile and covers a lot of my needs. Also their account managers and support team are really helpful. as a new MSP, I need a lot of help getting started and they are not holding back on providing it.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

So far, there isnt anything specific that I would say I dislike. the interface might have a slightly steeper curve that others, but nothing that I couldent wrap my head around with the help of their support team.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

they are solving my need to manage my clients computers remotely. Using their service I am able to access the client's computer, diagnose the issues, deploy automations, etc.. also, using their integrations, i am able to get other services like the antivirus etc.. setup really quickly.

  ### 17. NinjaOne has greatly streamlined our IT processes

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ioan S. | IT Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The most helpful aspect of NinjaOne is its comprehensive suite of tools, which seamlessly integrates remote monitoring, patch management, and IT automation within a user-friendly interface. Overall, having these capabilities brought together in one place makes it easier to manage day-to-day IT tasks efficiently.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The least helpful aspect of NinjaOne is that its advanced features might require some time to fully explore and utilize, especially for users who are not very tech-savvy.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Operating system and software patches are crucial for maintaining the security and performance of your IT infrastructure. With NinjaOne, we can effortlessly manage and deploy these updates, ensuring that the systems are protected against vulnerabilities and operating at their best. Save time and streamline our patch management process with NinjaOne's intuitive platform.

  ### 18. Intuitive NinjaOne for Efficient Device Management and Monitoring

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Frederik N. | System Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like best about NinjaOne is how intuitive and easy to use the platform is. It allows me to manage devices, deploy scripts, and monitor systems efficiently without unnecessary complexity.
We have it currently deployed via Intune integration.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The only thingWhat I dislike about NinjaOne is the conflict with Intune when it comes to Windows patch management. Intune policies can override NinjaOne’s patching, which limits its effectiveness for managing Windows updates. As a result, we are only using NinjaOne for third-party patching at the moment.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne solves the problem of manual and time-consuming IT management tasks. With automation, patching, and remote management, it significantly reduces the workload and allows us to focus on more strategic tasks instead of repetitive actions.

  ### 19. Multi-featured product that is constantly expanding it's capabilities

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

We mainly use NinjaOne for both Windows and 3rd party patch management, remote access, automations, reporting and software deployment all under one pane of glass. We like that NinjaOne is constantly working on new offerings and it's a very rare occasion that there are technical issues. For example, last year they added a "Remote Background Mode" option that allows you to remotely access and manage devices without interrupting the user, AI-assisted patching and other enhancements. This year (so far) they've added full Intune integration, a PSA bundle and backup boot verification to their backup offering. Tech support has also been great and responsive. The Sales team is on top of things but never a bother.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I honestly can't think of anything I dislike about NinjaOne. They're very responsive to feedback and take what they do seriously.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne allows us to remotely connect to end users' computers, whether they're at home or in one of our many buildings, without us having to travel to that location to give support. That has been a huge time saver and alleviates frustration for staff when there's an issue. NinjaOne has replaced legacy patch management products for Windows and 3rd party products, which has also saved us a lot of time. It allows us to remotely deploy software to remote computers whether they're in the office or working from home, and even automate processes for machines that need updates/fixes/new software installed. It has customizable alerts and also many built-in ones that are constantly monitoring our systems. There are a lot of features we're not using but that's primarily because we established solutions for those things before we started Ninja years ago.

  ### 20. Great Onboarding Experience - Rapid Adoption - Simple to use.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel B. | Director of IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2021

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaRMM was simple to configure, easy to deploy and feels very secure. It's easy to keep my machines current on patches, and I have significantly more control over them than I used to. We had the system configured in an afternoon and all machines reporting in 3 days later.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The ticketing system needs options to only generate tickets from internal email addresses, Replies need to update the ticket, rather than create duplicates. It would also be very nice if the users could review their submitted tickets without MFA requirements (some of our employees don't have company provided cell phones and aren't comfortable with MFA software).

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maintaining patch compliance, reporting on patch compliance for audit purposes, Remote deployment of scripts for configuration settings and environmental consistency.

  ### 21. Fast, Modern Interface with Excellent Patch Management and a Handy Active Directory Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I really like how fast the interface is and how quickly it connects to remote computers. The UI feels clean and modern. Patch management is leaps and bounds better than the two solutions we tried before. I also like that I can easily see computer metrics right in the dashboard, along with recent system activity and the computers I’ve connected to most recently.

The most unexpected bonus has been the Active Directory tool. That was a great surprise; I just wish it supported filtering, or at least sorting.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Not being able to save RDP credentials per agent feels like a massive omission. I can set them per organisation, but because we need separate logons for each agent, the current setup represents a security risk.

The Active Directory tool is amazing but a little frustrating to use because there’s no way to sort or filter. It’s such a good feature in principle, but it’s let down by that limitation.

I am surprised there’s no pre-chat feature, or even a way to take screenshots of remote computers. Right now it wastes a lot of time compared to Datto, which had those features.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem with had with datto was the automations being pants, patch management being awful and connectivity being a daily frustration - but Ninja has solved all of those.

  ### 22. NinjaOne helped us increase efficiency and provide proactive IT support to our customers.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ioannis P. | Co-founder, Network Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 18, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne is straightforward to use and simple to implement. It provides a wide range of features and integrates well with other services. Our account manager, along with customer support, responds quickly and is always helpful in resolving any issues that arise.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The dashboard search could use some enhancements. It would be helpful if the search function allowed users to filter results more precisely, returning only those that match the exact text string entered.
We would also appreciate the warranty support being integrated with ASUS.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This product offers centralized monitoring and management, along with remote support, automation, and backup capabilities.

  ### 23. Great tool for IT Helpdesk

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rick H. | Network Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The ability to connect to remote computers and provide support has worked flawlessly. We manage over 500 computers, and having a fast inventory of software across our environment—along with the ease of uninstalling unwanted software with the click of a button—has been a great asset in our IT toolbelt. I also like that they added the "Connect in Background Mode" feature, because now we don’t need to interrupt the user just to handle mundane tasks.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

It still would be nice to have a software repository for installation files.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have over 500 endpoints that we manage and NinjaOne has been beneficial in helping us to not only remote manage but also updating softwares on all the endpoints.

  ### 24. NinjaOne: Centralized endpoint management, strong automation, and proactive alerts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rene B. | IT Systemingenieur, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like best about NinjaOne is that I can really manage our endpoints from a single, very tidy interface. The solution is quick to implement, intuitive to use, and the automation and patch functions take a lot of routine work off my hands. Particularly practical are the powerful remote access, script execution, and the clear alerts that allow problems to be proactively identified before users even notice anything. Overall, NinjaOne noticeably saves me time in day-to-day business and ensures that I can reliably manage more systems with the same team.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I don't find any disadvantages there yet, everything is okay.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before NinjaOne, we had problems centrally monitoring and managing our distributed endpoints. Patch management and remote access had to be handled through different tools, which led to inefficiencies and response delays.

  ### 25. NinjaOne Makes Script Deployment and Custom Group Targeting Effortless

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brennon O. | Systems Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The most helpful feature is NinjaOne is the ability to use and manage many scripts which can be deployed in one off applications or within policies and tasks. I also very often create custom groups, another very powerful feature, in which we can target with the scripts.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There isn't really an easy way to mass tag computers other than using custom fields, which you would need to set with either the API or a powershell script run in an automation. There are also some things missing from the API, such as the ability to set the webhook for monitor alerts.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us manage policies, software distribution, and compliance on many computers across all of our clients.

  ### 26. All-in-One NinjaOne Tools That Save Time and Money

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caleb D. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I like that NinjaOne includes all the built-in tools I need for MDM, screen sharing, ticketing, and billing. The built-in automation tools for billing to QuickBooks have been an amazing time-saver.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

To be honest, there really isn’t anything I dislike about the product. If I had to pick something, it would be the device minimum that I haven’t reached yet, which makes my billing start out higher. That said, the rest of the services offered within Ninja One still save me money overall, even with the minimum cap, so I really can’t complain.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ticketing, Time-Tracking, & Agreement Templates that I can assign to Clients so that I am not constantly creating them individually.

All of this saves me time and keeps me organized.

  ### 27. Easy to Use, PSA Integration, and Helpful Onboarding

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam W. | Senior Technical Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like most is how easy it is to use. It also integrates with our PSA, so any device alerts can be triaged immediately by our technicians. The support and onboarding have been helpful in getting us up and running as quickly as possible, including migrating from our previous RMM solution.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

We’re fairly new to NinjaOne and haven’t come across anything we particularly dislike so far. The biggest issue I’ve found is having to manually implement a feature to move devices to locations based on their public IP address.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne is helping our technicians support our customers more quickly, since Ninja alerts us more reliably than our previous RMM. The patching feature is also greatly improved compared with what we had before.

  ### 28. Reliable, Intuitive Endpoint Management That Saves Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martin C. | Sales Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne is a very reliable and easy-to-use platform for endpoint management. It offers clear visibility over devices, efficient patch management, and powerful automation features. The interface is intuitive and saves a lot of time in daily IT operations. Support is responsive and helpful, which makes NinjaOne a great solution for managed IT services.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There is nothing major to dislike about NinjaOne. Occasional minor improvements could be made, but overall the platform is reliable, easy to use, and works very well for daily IT management tasks.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps simplify endpoint management and gives clear visibility into installed software and licenses. This helps us keep software usage under control, avoid licensing issues, and manage devices more efficiently from one place.

  ### 29. Centralized Multi-Client Device Monitoring with a Useful End-User Portal

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alejandro S. | Systems Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

It allows me to provide services to multiple clients through Organizations, each with their own devices and tickets. I really like how centralized and detailed the device monitoring is, and it makes it easy to stay on top of everything. The end-user portal is also very useful.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Sometimes we need to implement visualization dashboards so we can get a clear, concise view of every device for specific organizations. Right now we’re looking at ways to do this with external software, since NinjaOne doesn’t offer that capability, and we’d really benefit from having something native.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne allows us to monitor every detail of devices across multiple clients, so we can act proactively. Its ticketing system is also quite complete and very useful.

  ### 30. Simple Remote Management with Powerful PowerShell Scripting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Greg S. | Senior Network Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne makes management of remote workstations extremely simple. With native Powershell integration, creating scripts to run remotely without the need to harass and end user is extremely useful. In addition, remote tools are very handy when it comes to hands-on support. The monitoring of endpoints is very straightforward and simple, with accurate readings.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

It’s more of an inconvenience than anything else, but having to use 2FA all the time can be troublesome. It’s not a deal breaker by any means.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Management of external users is a difficult task. While we use MECM, it is not a useful management tool for a user wo rarely connects to the network. NinjaOne simplifies management of these users.

  ### 31. Quick and easy conversion

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Textiles | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Simple and extremely fast deployment of the RMM. Started intuitively without having received much training.

The interface looks modern and it's enjoyable to work with.

Conclusion after a year:
In the meantime, we have already set up some automations, which are quite easy to integrate through PowerShell scripts, etc. Device onboarding has now become a small self-runner.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Sometimes it's a bit poorly managed to "just" install software on exactly one device. This software is available in the library via Winget, but it cannot be installed without a policy. This should be revised.

Conclusion after a year:
The solution for software installations is still not the best. The Winget database is available to Ninja, but I always have to upload my own MSIs for automations, etc. A solution via Winget would be desirable here.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboarding for devices: Through automation, we only need to install the client and the rest is set up automatically (device renaming, domain joining, installation of various software packages, etc.).

  ### 32. Fast, Easy, and Responsive—NinjaOne Is the Best RMM I’ve Used

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bryan H. | Senior System Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I find that Ninja is the fastest, easiest, and most responsive RMM out there. Having utilized LabTech, then Kaseya, NinjaOne is by far the best RMM I have ever used.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

While it is tough to come up with negatives about NinjaOne, I do tend to become frustrated by the lack of ability to disable certain types of activity feed items such as "network adapter added". Additionally, I find that NinjaOnce price comes at a premium. At this time, I cannot think of other negatives.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne is allowing me to be less eyes and hands on with my organizations machines as it is maintaining policy, patching, third party software, and asset management.

  ### 33. Powerful Automation at Scale, Backed by an Amazing Dojo Community & Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Colin L. | Tier 2 Systems Support, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like most is how many creative ways there are to automate tasks across huge numbers of devices. Plus, the Dojo community, outstanding support team, and constant flow of new features make it stand out. I want to mention another thing about the Support team. NinjaOne Support has been absolutely outstanding. Any time I’ve run into an issue, they’re quick to respond, clearly understand the platform, and stick with the problem until it’s resolved. They have the fastest response time of any vendor I've worked with.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Occasionally, the agent has communication issues that require an uninstall and reinstall, which can be tricky if NinjaOne is the only remote access tool available. There are a few minor bugs, but Ninja’s responsive and helpful support team more than makes up for them. Overall, any issues I’ve encountered have been very minor.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It consolidates monitoring, patching, scripting, and remote access into a single platform, so we can proactively fix issues and roll out changes at scale instead of touching machines one by one.

  ### 34. NinjaOne RMM: Fast Remote Support, Smooth Updates, and Reliable Backups

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne RMM helps us every day in supporting our customers. With the remote tool, we can quickly connect to PCs remotely and take actions on specific devices.

We also use NinjaOne RMM for our monthly updates, and for quick updates when needed, to keep our servers and clients safe each month. The daily backup system works well too; it’s easy to restore an entire machine or quickly download deleted files from the backup.

The integration with the 365 backup also helps us keep mailboxes and SharePoint/Teams sites safe.

From the main dashboard, it’s easy and fast to see whether certain devices need updates or if backups have failed.

Also the customer support from NinjaOne is fast and throurough. Most issues that we had were quickly resolved, or at least looked into.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Even though the dashboard is nice, it also lacks the option of customization. There are certain views that are not important and i'd like to have the ability to change or remove those, and add different ones.

In regards to the backups, sometimes the error message's are vague and hard to fix by yourself.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems that are solved with NinjaOne are:
Daily backups
Patch managent
Remote management
Standard configurations for devices/customers

  ### 35. NinjaOne: Smooth Onboarding, Intuitive Portal, and Faultless Remote Control

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simon S. | IT Infrastructure and Telecoms Support, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

From deployment through to training, the team at NinjaOne have been supportive and responsive from day one. The onboarding process was smooth, well organised, and made it easy for us to get value from the platform quickly.

The portal itself is intuitive and very easy to use, representing a huge improvement over our previous RMM solution. Navigation is straightforward, information is presented clearly, and day-to-day management tasks take far less effort than before.

We make extensive use of the remote control functionality and it has been completely faultless. Connections are fast, stable, and allow our technicians to resolve issues efficiently without disrupting end users.

Beyond remote access, the strength of the automation, patch management, monitoring, and alerting capabilities has helped us standardise our processes and be more proactive. The platform gives us excellent visibility of our estate and helps ensure devices remain secure and compliant.

Overall, NinjaOne has made a real difference to our operational efficiency and service delivery, and we would happily recommend it.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There is nothing i dislike about Ninja, it is a great product

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne has helped us shift from reactive support to a far more proactive approach. With its monitoring and alerting, we often identify and fix issues before users even notice them.

Patch management is much more efficient, giving us clear visibility of compliance and confidence that devices stay up to date with minimal manual effort.

The remote access tools allow our technicians to connect quickly and reliably, reducing resolution times and avoiding unnecessary site visits. Automation has also reduced repetitive tasks, freeing the team to focus on more strategic work.

Overall, NinjaOne has improved efficiency, faster response times, and better visibility across our environment.

  ### 36. Easy to Use from Day One with Responsive Support and Growing MDM Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

It is fairly easy to use right from the start with no training. There are a lot of prewritten scripts for anything more advanced that needs to be done. Support has been very helpful and responsive when I've had to reach out.

I like how they added support for MDM over the last couple years. Makes having everything in a single pane great. MDM has continued to mature quickly and offer more functionality that you would expect out of most mature MDM's out there. There is still some room for additional improvement. Pricing could be a bit better as far as off additional pricing tiers so it can help the small/medium sized business a bit better on affordability. But overall cost has been good.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The MDM for both android and apple need to mature at a faster pace so they can get a higher adoption rate from those that have previously used SOTI MobiControl, JAMF, Intune, etc.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They initially solved my RMM issue and being able to push deployments from a large scale. When I started at this company there was nothing in place.

  ### 37. Easy Scripting, Excellent Alerts, and Reliable Performance with Great Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike W. | Head of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

It’s really easy to add new scripts into Ninja, which makes tasks like deploying software straightforward. The device alerting is excellent, keeping us informed about vulnerabilities as well as issues like degraded RAID on servers. Overall, the product has been reliable for us, and the support has been great.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

If you like using Remote Desktop to connect to servers that have a monitor connected—so local users/clients can’t see what you’re doing or take over—it can be a bit of a problem in Ninja. Remote Desktop isn’t enabled by default, and to get it working you need to disable NLA. You also have to enable the local clipboard each time you set up a new session, otherwise you can’t copy and paste between your machine and the remote session.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to Ninja we were using DattoRMM. The number 1 problem it solves is not having to deal with Kaseya! But seriously, the patching & scripting elements are a real improvement on Datto. The Ninja team are regularly adding new features and improving things, so it's real breath of fresh air seeing a product in active development instead of one going stale with no love put into it. Using compound conditions to ensure every time a new device is added to a client, all the correct software is automatically deployed is fantastic. And then the integration into Halo really helps with the billing side of things, keeping the number of devices and licenses accurate!

  ### 38. Reliable, intuitive, and top support – Ninjaone convinces across the board

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Ninjaone is a very reliable and flexible tool not only for patch management. Working with it is intuitive and easy to understand. Assistance for colleagues and remote services is brilliant. I also find it great that the software is continuously developed. This way, new features keep emerging. Really great and at a fair price. If you ever have questions, the support responds incredibly quickly. For questions that cannot be answered immediately, you always receive updates on the status. This way, you don't feel left alone. At regular intervals, you are informed about new features or discuss wishes that Ninjaone might implement. The integration was and is a breeze. Although Ninjaone is always running in the background, I enjoy being on the portal and keeping myself informed about the current status.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I can think of only a few disadvantages. The SNMP queries could be improved, for example with functions like a query to check if SSL is still active.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One problem is that our devices need to be quickly provided with patches for critical and severe security vulnerabilities, i.e., with a CVSS score of 8 or higher. Ninjaone automatically takes on this task.

  ### 39. Efficient, Hassle-Free IT: Seamless Deployment, Patching, and Monitoring

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

It’s simple, clean, and easy to use. Both deployment and day-to-day management are straightforward, and patching just works without extra hassle. What really sets it apart is how well it integrates with our existing toolkit, making our entire workflow much more seamless. Support has also been great whenever I’ve needed help.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Reporting and customization could be a bit better. There are times I want more flexibility without having to use workarounds, and the administration area could be easier to customize for a more tailored workflow. I’d also love to see deeper AI/Intelligence integration, specifically native MCP support to connect AI agents directly to our environment for better automation. Overall, though, it’s still a solid tool.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me manage devices, automate patching, and keep an eye on systems without extra hassle. This has provided a massive Return on Investment (ROI) by saving us roughly 10–15 hours of manual work every week. It makes IT way less stressful day-to-day and allowed us to get fully set up in just a few days rather than months.

  ### 40. Does Exactly What I Need—Effective and Reliable

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

This tool does exactly what I need it to do, and it does it effectively.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Removing TeamViewer was a massive blow to how useful this service is for me, and the replacement remote tool is simply worse. I understand the remote tool is still being updated, and I hope those improvements come sooner rather than later.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne allows me to monitor and support 8 rooftops remotely. Hundreds of devices are accessible to me in a relatively simple interface. It's what I was saying in the first question about how this service does what it needs to do and is effective, because frankly Im sure there are more features we have access to that we might not be using, but the tools we need and use daily work great. Really the remote tool is the weakest link for me, if you can partner with TeamViewer again or provide a robust remote tool of your own than I'd be perfectly satisfied.

  ### 41. Flexible Patch Management with Policies, Scheduling, and Script Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

It is quite helpful to have different policies with different schedules for OS Patching. We mostly are using NinjaOne for a Patch Management solution, but the ability to run scripts along with patch management makes the tool much more flexible, which is needed for our chaotic environment.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The reporting capabilities have been less than ideal, especially for update approvals. The "Reporting" section seems to focus only on devices, with no way to have a report for the updates themselves. There is the Dashboard which gives me most of the information I would want in my Update Approvals report, but that is only live data, and not in a report format. What I would really love is the ability to have a report that says "Here are all of the updates that have been approved in the past 30 days for this Organization/Location", but we are needing to resort to other 3rd party software to compile those reports.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us have a smoother overall process for managing updates across all our devices from a singular platform. Before we were managing workstations from Intune, and Servers with a mix of WSUS and SolarWinds patch manager for 3rd party patching. Our old process was becoming increasingly painful every month to roll out patches, and with WSUS being deprecated, we decided it was time to switch. After speaking with several other patch management solutions, we decided that NinjaOne provides the best value for the price, and is also reputable enough to do business with.

  ### 42. Single Pane of Glass for MSPs: Reliable Automation, Patching & Remote Access

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Greg V. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne gives us a true single pane of glass across our entire managed client base. As an MSP supporting multiple industries, we rely heavily on automation, scripting, patch management, and remote access — and NinjaOne makes all of that straightforward and reliable.

The scripting engine is one of the biggest strengths. We regularly deploy PowerShell scripts for registry updates, DUO proxy upgrades, service restarts, patch validation, and configuration changes across hundreds of endpoints with consistency. The custom fields and policy structure make it easy to standardize across clients while still handling exceptions.

Patching is clean and predictable, remote tools are fast, and the platform is intuitive for both senior engineers and junior techs. Implementation was smooth, and ongoing feature releases show they’re investing heavily in MSP workflows.

Overall, it has improved efficiency, reduced manual touch time, and helped us scale without increasing headcount at the same rate.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Reporting could still be more flexible and executive-friendly out of the box. While the data is there, building polished client-ready reports sometimes requires additional effort.

Occasionally, when deploying complex scripted upgrades (like security proxies or services that require credential context), troubleshooting can take time — especially if service accounts or elevation requirements are involved.

That said, none of these are deal breakers. The platform continues to improve, and support has been responsive when needed.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne solves three major operational challenges for us:

1. Standardization across clients – We manage diverse environments (government, property management, manufacturing, etc.). NinjaOne allows us to apply consistent patching, monitoring, AV integrations, and automation policies across all tenants while maintaining separation.

2. Automation at scale – Routine tasks like registry edits, DUO upgrades, patch enforcement, service remediation, and compliance checks can be automated instead of manually handled. This reduces technician labor and human error.

3. Visibility & Proactive Support – Real-time alerts, health monitoring, and remote access allow us to resolve issues before users even call. That improves SLA performance and client satisfaction.

The result is higher operational efficiency, improved security posture, faster response times, and the ability to grow our MSP without adding proportional overhead.

  ### 43. NinjaOne Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Hardware | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The most helpful thing about ninja is that you can see a task manager and come up with a troubleshooting plan for the issue that the user may be experiencing. I also like the automation aspect of it. Instead of remoting in and disturbing the user's work flow, we can run it in the background and then make sure with the user if it's okay to restart (if needed). The automation is easy to use and very user friendly. I find myself using the automation frequently. We have implemented this to all of our company's computers and have not looked back since. Integrating this with Intune was easy and now with any new device that is set up in my environment, we can remote into it with no issue

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There is nothing that I do not like about Ninja, customer service and replies are within a timely manner and very descriptive when in need of help.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ninja is helping us solve for the time-saving aspect. As our department can be busy, we can just send the command to install a program or run a certain script in the background and then check in with the user to see if it successfully installed.

  ### 44. Great for Workstations, Falls Short for Servers

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Practice | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne shines when it comes to managing workstations. The remote management, patching, and automation tools are straightforward and save a ton of time. For an enterprise environment with lots of endpoints, it makes keeping systems up-to-date and secure far less of a headache. The lightweight agent and intuitive dashboard are also nice touches, making it easy to roll out changes or troubleshoot user issues quickly.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

When it comes to server administration, NinjaOne doesn’t quite measure up. The feature set feels shallow. Basic monitoring works, but anything beyond that is clunky or missing. Scripting and automation doesn't integrate as smoothly on servers, and I find myself falling back on other tools for server management tasks. If you need deep visibility, advanced alerting, or serious configuration management on servers, you’ll likely be disappointed.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne takes a lot of the grunt work out of workstation management. It centralizes patching, updates, and remote access so I don’t have to spend time chasing down individual machines. End users get faster support because I can quickly jump in, diagnose, and fix issues without disrupting their work. Automation also helps ensure systems stay compliant without constant manual oversight.

That said, the real benefit is on the workstation side — it’s made endpoint maintenance predictable and less time-consuming. For servers, though, I don’t see the same gains. The tool doesn’t provide the depth of monitoring or automation I’d expect, so I still rely on other platforms for critical server tasks.

  ### 45. Simple, Efficient Device Management with Smooth Remote Access

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** CHIRAG T. | Cyber Security Anayst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like most about NinjaOne is how simple and efficient it makes managing devices. The interface is easy to use, automation saves time, and remote access works smoothly. It helps our team stay proactive and resolve issues quickly without disrupting users.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Some advanced features feel limited, and reporting could be more customizable. Occasionally, alerts can be overwhelming, and deeper integrations with certain tools would help streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency for more complex environments.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne solves the challenge of managing multiple devices by centralizing monitoring, patching, and support in one platform. This saves time, reduces manual work, and helps us resolve issues faster, improving efficiency and minimizing downtime across our environment.

  ### 46. Streamlined, Automated IT Management with Fast, Reliable Remote Access

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like most about NinjaOne is how streamlined and efficient it makes day-to-day IT management, especially in a small MSP or internal IT environment. The platform has a clean, intuitive interface that lets me monitor all endpoints at a glance, without having to dig through multiple menus.

Its automation capabilities are a major time saver. I regularly rely on scripting and automated policies for patching, software deployment, and routine maintenance, which cuts down on manual work and helps standardize processes across all devices. The remote access tools are also fast and reliable, making it easy to troubleshoot quickly without disrupting end users.

Another standout for me is the visibility it provides into system performance and overall health. Alerts are timely and customizable, so I can address issues proactively before they turn into bigger problems. Integration with ticketing workflows also helps keep everything organized and connected to specific devices or incidents.

Overall, NinjaOne boosts efficiency, reduces response time, and makes managing multiple systems more centralized and predictable, which has had a direct, positive impact on productivity.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

At this time, I don’t have many complaints about NinjaOne, as it has been very reliable and effective overall. The one limitation I’ve noticed is with NinjaOne Remote when working with endpoints that have multiple monitors. Currently, it is not possible to view multiple screens simultaneously within a single session, which can slow down troubleshooting and require extra steps to switch between displays.
In environments where users rely heavily on multi-monitor setups, this can impact efficiency, especially during more complex support sessions. Having the ability to view all monitors at once or tile them within the same session would significantly improve the remote support experience.
Aside from this, the platform has been very solid in terms of performance, usability, and features.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using NinjaOne, we struggled to manage endpoints across multiple systems and didn’t have a centralized way to monitor device health, apply patches, or support users remotely in an efficient way. That often caused delays in responding to issues, inconsistent patching, and extra manual effort for routine tasks.

With NinjaOne, we now use a single platform to monitor, manage, and support all endpoints in real time. Automated patch management and scripting have significantly reduced the need for manual intervention, and proactive alerting helps us catch and address issues before they affect users. Remote access is also fast and reliable, so we can resolve problems quickly without needing to be on-site.

As a result, we’ve improved response times, reduced downtime, and streamlined our overall IT operations. The platform has also helped us standardize processes, making it easier to manage environments consistently and scale without adding significant overhead.

  ### 47. NinjaOne: an exceptionally efficient and well-architected RMM platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I’ve found NinjaOne to be an exceptionally efficient and well-architected RMM platform. The agent is lightweight yet powerful, with minimal system overhead, and deployments are straightforward. The dashboard gives clear, actionable insights without drowning you in noise, and the custom scripting capabilities are a real time-saver for automating routine tasks.

Patch management is rock-solid – updates roll out smoothly with excellent visibility and control. Remote access is fast, stable, and doesn’t require unnecessary end-user disruption.

Overall, NinjaOne has significantly reduced our operational workload while increasing system reliability. It’s a well-thought-out platform that delivers both depth for technical users and simplicity for less technical staff. Highly recommended for any IT environment looking to scale and streamline.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I would like to see the inclusion of a continuous backup solution into the platform

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne is helping us streamline device management, patching, and remote support from a single platform. It eliminates the need to manually check each system, saving significant time and reducing the risk of missed updates or vulnerabilities.

  ### 48. Ninja review 2026

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

One of the newer things that stands out about NinjaOne is how they’re evolving beyond traditional RMM into more proactive risk management. Their vulnerability management capabilities are a big step in that direction—giving better visibility into software weaknesses and helping prioritise remediation before issues become incidents.

On top of that, the introduction of Ninja AI is particularly interesting. The potential to use AI to flag patch compatibility risks before deployment could be a real differentiator. Instead of just automating patching, it moves toward intelligent patching—where the system can anticipate conflicts, reduce failed updates, and minimise downtimeThat combination—proactive vulnerability insight plus AI-assisted patch decisioning—feels like a meaningful shift from reactive IT management to something much more predictive.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

We use SSO with Entra ID and doesn't automatically sign us in, we have to enter our email address each time.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to control patch management and assist users remotely via ninja remote.

  ### 49. Simple, Efficient Endpoint Management with Powerful Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lefteris K. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like best about NinjaOne is its simplicity and efficiency in managing endpoints at scale. The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, which significantly reduces onboarding time and improves daily operational workflows. The centralized dashboard provides clear visibility across devices, alerts, and patch status, allowing for quick issue identification and resolution.

What is most helpful about NinjaOne is its automation capabilities. Automated patch management, monitoring, and scripting save a considerable amount of time and reduce manual effort. The reliability of remote access tools and real-time monitoring ensures faster response times and better overall system stability. Overall, NinjaOne improves productivity, enhances security posture, and streamlines IT management processes.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

At this time, I do not have any significant dislikes about NinjaOne. The platform has been reliable, intuitive, and consistently meets our operational needs. Any minor issues we’ve encountered have been addressed promptly, and overall the experience has been very positive.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne is solving the challenge of managing and maintaining distributed endpoints efficiently from a single, centralized platform. It eliminates the need for multiple disconnected tools by combining monitoring, patch management, remote access, automation, and reporting into one unified solution. This significantly reduces complexity and improves visibility across our entire IT environment.

By automating routine tasks such as patching, alerting, and remediation, NinjaOne minimizes manual effort and reduces the risk of human error. It allows us to proactively detect and resolve issues before they impact end users, which improves system reliability and security. As a result, we experience less downtime, faster response times, improved operational efficiency, and stronger overall endpoint management.

  ### 50. Fast, Easy Device Actions with Clear Progress Tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew F. | Systems Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

It’s easy to use and does what it promises, quickly. Other solutions take longer to process actions on devices, but with NinjaOne I can see the progress of each action and apply changes right away.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Honestly, there isn’t anything I dislike about NinjaOne. It’s helped our medium-sized business manage tasks much more easily and quickly than before, and overall it’s made our day-to-day work feel smoother and more secure.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne has helped us automate deployments for new devices and resolve endpoint issues using its remote desktop, PowerShell, and file access features. It has also made Windows updates and third-party patches easy to deploy and track. Overall, it feels more efficient than some Microsoft tools and support methods we’ve used.
