  ### 6. Easy to Roll Out, User-Friendly Interface, and Fast Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan R. | IT Infrastrcuture Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I like the interface, ease of use, how easy it is to roll out and the support has been very fast!

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The Patching for windows seems to be a bit intermittent. Would also like an easier ay to assign devices to users. We had a good introductory offer when we signed up but now the pricing has increased in 2nd year.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The remote management aspect is great and works seamlessly.
We also moved the patching from intune to Ninja.

  ### 7. Highly recommended. A straightforward, no-nonsense RMM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2023

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

We implemented NinjaRMM (now NinjaOne) back in 2019. When I joined, the organisation had a WSUS server that didn’t really work for remote users; remote access to devices was manual; there was no server monitoring in place; there was no automated software patching; mass remote installation was nigh on impossible; and we lacked decent information in our “inventory”. NinjaOne fixed all of that for us, and it was a real lifeline for the team, especially as we installed the agent on our final few devices just two weeks before the first Covid lockdown in the UK.

I’ve worked with many RMM tools over the years and, while it might not provide the level of detailed monitoring some users require, it’s by far the simplest. It’s also very easy to set up and use, which made a huge difference day to day. I highly recommend it.

They’re continually evolving the product, and there always seem to be more improvements in the pipeline.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

It would be great to have access to full event logs from the console. At present the event log details are minimal.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Patch management, remote access, remote support, remote OS updates, remote monitoring, remote installation and asset management. We are now also looking at their SaaS backup platform.

  ### 8. Snappy UI, Competitive Pricing, and Reliable Patching

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The UI design is a welcome change from our previous RMM, the pricing is very competitive considering the features and integrations that are offered, and obove all it actually feels snappier and works better than our previous solution, the patching seems far more reliable.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

If the OS updates fail, it does not tend to provide a reason why it failed or any sort of error code. This would be quite useful for troubleshooting.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The patching is far more reliable, improving our relationship with customers as we no longer have to explain why devices are not up-to-date when they perform any form of auditing.

  ### 9. Feature packed and easy to use for a small IT team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2023

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne provides a single pane of glass that gives us visibility across our entire infrastructure. From endpoints to servers, we can manage software, deploy scripts, remediate issues, create documentation and backups, integrate ticketing, and remotely assist users. The cloud-based SaaS backup for Google Workspace complements the existing server and endpoint backup solution, helping us maintain one solution for the whole infrastructure.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I would prefer if they enabled easier integration with other platforms, mainly identity management. I also semi-frequently have devices that have errors installing updates, but the patch management integration doesn't provide much context or error messages as to what is causing trouble.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monitoring and maintaining devices, patch management, remote troubleshooting, event logging, security management, backups.

  ### 10. Great product, feature-rich, really supportive account management & support team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Compatibility with Windows, macOS and Linux is a major feature for our business as our end users use all 3 OS architectures. Being able to have an agent for each OS makes OS monitoring and patch management very simple.

Easy to deploy; I use the service daily; and any time I have a query the support team and account manager are always happy to give me time to resolve the issues.

The remote support features allows us to seamlessly connect to our remote colleagues machines to enable swift support. No additional agent/software downloads, no codes for connections etc.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The only issue I have come across is that I need to create a dedicated administrator use account for macOS devices to allow the NinjaOne agent to run correctly. This is maybe more of a macOS security feature than a negative towards NinjaOne.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OS version monitoring & patching
Application version monitoring & patching
Remote execution of scripts to support our end users
Streamlining of onboarding new devices

  ### 11. Easy access and one-click deployment that saves a lot of time

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ana Maria F. | Tecnico de Soporte, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The ease of access to the equipment, the ability to customize what to install on each device with just one click, and the time it saves us when preparing equipment and reviewing incidents.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

What I like the least is the waiting time to connect to a team when no one is connected to it, and that sometimes the page runs a bit slow.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ease of connection to the equipment with incidents,

  ### 12. Very good product and great team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hoang Long T. | IT, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I've been using it for a few years now and I'm still completely convinced. NinjaOne works, is easy to use, saves time – and causes no stress. Remote maintenance, patches, monitoring: everything is there, everything runs smoothly.

Simply an awesome product. I can only recommend it to everyone.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

No own antivirus. But cool interfaces for other antivirus scanners.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Client maintenance, rollouts, remote – all used to be fiddly work. NinjaOne bundles it into one platform. Patches run automatically, rollouts happen with a few clicks, and remote access is instantly available.

  ### 13. Love it!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne stands out as a premier, cloud-native choice for IT professionals who value a "single pane of glass" that actually delivers on its promise. It masterfully integrates RMM, MDM, and automated patching into one of the most responsive and intuitive interfaces currently available in 2026.

While it commands a premium price point, the platform justifies the cost through massive time savings and a "set-and-forget" approach to endpoint security and backup. It is the ideal solution for teams looking to ditch the clunkiness of legacy software in favor of modern, high-speed automation.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

While the platform’s speed and design are top-tier, I find the pricing and reporting to be the primary sticking points. The per-endpoint pricing model is non-transparent and can scale up quickly, making it a significant investment for smaller teams compared to "all-you-can-eat" competitors. Additionally, while the UI is sleek, the built-in reporting feels surprisingly rigid

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne solves the core problem of "tool sprawl" by unifying RMM, MDM, patching, and backup into a single, high-speed console. For IT teams, this eliminates the constant context-switching between disconnected tools and provides total visibility into hybrid fleets (Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android) in real time.

  ### 14. User-Friendly, Reliable RMM

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne is an extremely user-friendly platform with a clean, intuitive UI. We use it heavily every day for RMM and patch management, and it consistently proves to be reliable and efficient.

Its integration with SentinelOne runs very smoothly, which makes endpoint security management much easier. On top of that, the NinjaOne support team is excellent—whenever we have questions or need assistance, they respond quickly and handle everything professionally.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The pricing can feel a bit high, especially when you scale the platform across more endpoints. Still, the value you get in usability, reliability, and support largely justifies the cost.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne significantly reduces manual work by automating routine IT tasks such as patch management, monitoring, and remediation.

  ### 15. Quick, Responsive Interface with Regular Updates

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The interface is quick and responsive. Loading between pages and across devices is fast, which really matters when I’m using it every day.

Feature and bugfix updates come often and regularly.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

When I use the "Remote" functionality and run into an issue, the message is not informative and simply says "error". It would be much more helpful if it provided a bit more context, such as whether the device is responding but still waiting for agent installation, or what step it’s failing on.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For monitoring and patching servers and network equipment. I also run custom scripts across multiple servers, either to check specific things (like expiring secrets) or to make changes when needed.

  ### 16. Excellent Visibility, Monitoring & Remote Access with Quick Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ankit S. | Deputy Manager - IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Reliability - Easy to use, ease of remote access to the system.
Very quick response from the support team if we face any issue while setting up the agent or troubleshooting any issue.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I don't see any flaw in the ninjaone system

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Security gaps due to lean team - To keep endpoints up to date manually is a difficult and time-consuming process. NinjaOne’s with automated patch management feature ensures devices are patched consistently to improves security posture.

  ### 17. Saving time & improving service delivery.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luke S. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2023

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne is a complete package. Endpoint management, anti-virus and remote support all rolled into a single platform. The new NinjaRemote tool is easy to roll-out and utilize.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

More built-in scripts in the library would be useful, akin to Group Policies that can be applied.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Supporting users across multiple countries in now far easier.
Windows patching is a more streamlined process.
The BitDefender AV solution gives us the peace of mind that endpoints are properly protected.

  ### 18. Clean, Fast, and Powerful RMM That Makes IT Admin Work Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Photography | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne’s biggest strength is how easy it is to use without sacrificing power. The interface feels clean, fast, and intuitive, which makes day-to-day admin work smoother and less frustrating. Patch management has been reliable for me and is easy to track across devices, so I can quickly see what’s been handled and what still needs attention. Automation and scripting are flexible without being overly complex, which helps me streamline routine tasks without a steep learning curve. Support has also been responsive and knowledgeable whenever I’ve needed help. Overall, it comes across as a tool built by people who understand real IT workflows.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Here are some common dislikes about NinjaOne. Pricing can add up quickly as endpoints and add-ons scale. Reporting is solid, but it isn’t especially deep or highly customizable. Some of the more advanced features still feel fairly basic compared to specialized tools. Alerting can also get noisy if you don’t spend time tuning it carefully. The mobile app feels limited compared to the web console. Integrations are improving, but the overall ecosystem is still smaller than competitors. Finally, a few features seem to lag slightly behind more enterprise-focused RMMs.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne addresses core IT management challenges such as remote monitoring, patching, and automation across all endpoints. It centralizes device health information and alerts, helping teams spot issues before users even report them. Automated patch management reduces security risk while also cutting down on manual effort. With remote control, support can troubleshoot and resolve problems without needing to be physically onsite. Its scripting and automation capabilities also help eliminate repetitive tasks and save operational time. By consolidating multiple tools into a single platform, it reduces tool sprawl and improves overall visibility. For you, that translates to less firefighting, better uptime, and more time to focus on strategic IT work.

  ### 19. Simple, Powerful Automation for Efficient IT Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like best about NinjaOne is its simplicity and powerful automation. The platform brings device management, monitoring, patching, and ticketing into one clean, intuitive interface that saves huge amounts of time. Its automation workflows reduce repetitive tasks, while real‑time alerts and detailed reporting make it easy to stay ahead of issues. Deployment is fast, updates are seamless, and it works smoothly across diverse environments. The remote tools are reliable, lightweight, and secure, enabling quick problem resolution without disrupting users. Overall, NinjaOne combines ease of use, strong automation, and excellent visibility into a single, highly efficient IT management solution.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

While NinjaOne is strong overall, a few areas could improve. Some advanced features—like granular reporting, deeper automation logic, and more customizable dashboards—feel limited compared to larger enterprise tools.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne streamlines and centralises our device management, reducing the time spent jumping between multiple tools. It solves problems around patch compliance, remote troubleshooting, and visibility across our endpoints. Automated patching ensures systems stay secure without manual intervention, while real‑time monitoring helps us detect and resolve issues before they impact users. The remote access tools allow quick, seamless support, improving response times and user satisfaction. Overall, NinjaOne reduces operational overhead, strengthens security, and makes our IT processes more efficient, allowing the team to focus on higher‑value strategic work instead of repetitive maintenance tasks.

  ### 20. Makes life easy, especially for a small IT team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Environmental Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2023

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne makes managing our IT infrastructure incredibly simple; from patch management to the recently added software upload and distribution service, and being able to deploy scripts and provide remote assistance at the click of a button, it makes everything simple.

Implementing on new devices is incredibly easy, and there are a plethora of available integrations with existing products to make managing or monitoring everything from a central panel possible. We've been using NinjaOne for about four years now, and it has been a real game changer for us when it comes to managing our various sites with a very small IT team.

In the one or two cases where we'd needed to reach out to support, we've received a great service from both our account rep and the support team as a whole, and they do a great job of keeping you up to date with the latest features available on the platform.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The only issue I've really encountered was when using an integration with an anti-virus solution, and the features I wanted to be available weren't accessible from the NinjaOne panel, but that's also not necessarily a fault of NinjaOne, but what is and/or isn't allowed through a third-party integration.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have multiple sites across the country with a small central IT team, and NinjaOne makes resolving a lot of issues possible remotely, drastically cutting down on time spent handling issues.

  ### 21. Rock-Solid MSP Tool with Super Responsive Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne has a super responsive, easy-to-reach support team, genuinely great account managers, and a rock-solid product. It’s stable, well thought out, and has all the features an MSP actually needs—without unnecessary fluff.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There aren’t many real downsides to NinjaOne. If anything, some advanced automation and reporting options could be a bit more customizable, but for day-to-day RMM and IT operations, it does exactly what it promises and does it well.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an MSP, NinjaOne solves the challenge of managing and supporting a large number of endpoints across multiple customers without adding operational overhead. It gives us a single, reliable platform for monitoring, patching, remote access, and automation, which replaces multiple tools and manual processes.

This has significantly improved our response times, reduced reactive support, and increased consistency across client environments. The automation and alerting allow our team to be proactive rather than firefighting, while the simplicity of the platform means engineers can work efficiently without a steep learning curve.

Overall, NinjaOne helps us scale our services, maintain high service quality, and deliver a better experience to our customers with less operational complexity.

**Reviewed by:** Tom J. | Product Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

  ### 25. NinjaOne as a central client management platform with strong, free support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

NinjaOne is our central platform for managing our clients. It is particularly important for us that the application is regularly developed further and supplemented with new features. Additionally, the extensive and free support is very positive.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Sometimes you have to search a little to truly understand how NinjaOne "ticks."

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps us monitor all our clients as well as servers. It is particularly useful because we can distribute client applications and reliably keep them up to date.

  ### 26. All-in-One Automation: Remote Access, Inventory & Patch Management Made Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe T. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Ninja One automates all of our tasks, including patch management and software updates. What I like most is that it brings remote access, inventory, and patch management (among other functions) together in one easy-to-use platform, rather than having to rely on multiple separate tools.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

So far, I haven’t found any downsides to using NinjaOne. The only thing we’re still waiting on is for their MDM product to be more feature-ready; once it is, we’ll likely switch to it, assuming the pricing makes sense for us.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Ninja One, we were using and licensing three other products, and managing them became a real balancing act. NinjaOne solved all of that by bringing everything together into one.

  ### 27. A Refreshingly Simple RMM Tool that gets the job done

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin F. | Chief Technical Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2023

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I love how simple everything is to execute and understand. The interface is straightforward without much clutter allowing you to focus on the things you need to know.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

We have no current complaints with NinjaOne.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of all the machines under our management and helping us monitor the health and status of our tools on the machines.

This is allowing us to focus more on the business side without having to worry about if our machines are meeting our standards.

  ### 28. A Strong All-in-One Suite for Security, Remote Access, Ticketing, and Patching

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Denney F. | Director of Technology Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Their suite of security, remote access, ticketing, and patch management tools works very well overall.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

At this point, I don’t have a dislike of any portion of their suite

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne is handling our ticketing, inventory (both software and hardware), remote access, and patch management.

We moved from another solution because they couldn’t fulfill our need to patch management. NinjaOne is successfully patching our systems. All other services are easy to use and function exactly as we need them to.

  ### 29. Top-Notch UI/UX, Seamless Integration, and Fast Issue Resolution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ralph C. | IT Cloud Engineer , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

UI/UX and overall integration is top-notch. The speed in resolving issues is great. The pricing matches its value. Onboarding is now easier with automations in place.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The frequent disconnection which is not a big deal as it is related to a VPN connection.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has solved the issue with manual labor when it comes to running scripts. With NMM, it allows us to run script automatically without connecting to the remote device.

  ### 30. Effortless IT Management with Intuitive Interface and Powerful Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** kian W. | Support Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne is extremely easy to use and provides excellent remote monitoring and management capabilities. The interface is intuitive, and managing endpoints, patches, and remote support is seamless. Its automation and centralized management make day-to-day IT tasks much more efficient.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

While NinjaOne is powerful, some advanced features could be more customizable, and initial setup can take some time for larger environments. Occasionally, more detailed reporting options would be helpful. Also I would like to see remote control option for the gui for linux

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps us streamline IT operations by providing centralized management of all endpoints, ensuring systems are up-to-date with patches, and enabling fast remote support. This reduces downtime, improves security, and allows the IT team to focus on higher-priority tasks instead of repetitive maintenance.

  ### 31. Comprehensive, Flexible Toolset That Scales with Us...affordably

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne has provided us with a comprehensive, flexible, and readily available toolset to manage our helpdesk and deliver efficient endpoint remediation across our organization. Their ongoing improvements and expanding feature set also leave plenty of room for us to grow and scale our services over time.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

At times, some back-end functions stop working for us, which means we have to reach out to NinjaOne support. However, the support team is responsive and provides a solution.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote management is the biggest friction point that NinjaOne solves for us. We support more than 10 remote sites, and NinjaOne’s device management tools give us the ability to dig deeper when we’re working through root-cause analysis and finding the right solution.

  ### 32. Simple UI and Robust Features for IT Departments Everywhere

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin B. | Senior Systems Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The simplicity of the user interface and robust feature set. We can very easily push out custom scripts to install/uninstall software which are very helpful in our environment. Being able to set up tiered policies is very useful for testing and seperating out different departments such as IT from the rest of the workforce. This is a product we use every day and it has improved our team's efficiency dramatically.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There isn't much I dislike about the product. It continues to improve and meets our expectations.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is giving us the ability to support our customers with the ticketing system. It also allows us to maintain our software and make sure to keep everything up to date.

  ### 33. Modern, Intuitive RMM with Strong Patch Management and Endpoint Visibility

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

We recently began evaluating NinjaOne as a potential replacement for Barracuda RMM, and overall the experience has been very positive.

The interface is significantly more modern and intuitive. Navigation feels cleaner, policies are easier to understand, and scripting and automation are more straightforward to implement. Compared to our legacy RMM, onboarding devices and organizing them into roles and policies has been faster and less cumbersome.

Patch management and endpoint visibility are strong points. The platform makes it easy to see device health at a glance and take action quickly. I also appreciate the flexibility in custom fields and scripting, which allows us to tailor the system to our workflow.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Reporting is less comprehensive than Barracuda - it's adequate, but could use some refinement and expanded options. Another useful Barracuda tool is the screenshot feature, allowing us to take our own current snapshot of the client computer's screen - Ninja could benefit from a similar too.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking to modernize our RMM platform and move away from a more legacy system that had become cumbersome to manage. NinjaOne helps solve that by providing a cleaner interface, better device visibility, and more intuitive policy-based management.

Specifically, it simplifies patch management, scripting, and endpoint monitoring. Tasks that previously required more manual effort or deeper navigation are now easier to configure and standardize across clients. That reduces administrative overhead and improves consistency in how we manage endpoints.

The biggest benefit so far has been efficiency. It’s faster to onboard devices, easier to deploy scripts, and simpler to understand device health at a glance. For an MSP, that translates directly into time savings and better service delivery.

  ### 34. Easy to use, Intuitive, and Powerful

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

It is easy to use, easy to understand, and easy to see the information I need to do my job on a daily basis. Reporting is straightforward, and using the built-in admin tools and remote access saves time over logging into the servers directly or having to use another remote-control product. We have added several integrations since we started with NinjaOne including NinjaBackup and integrations with a couple of security products, and now deployment is simple and we can quickly see which machines need attention from one pane of glass.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Not much! One feature that would greatly help is if a deployed agent could scan the network for other unprotected devices and then push the installation to them, but there are options for deploying to active directory, so this isn't a big deal.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Secure remote endpoint management without complex licensing models and long-term contacts that enable us to be flexible as an MSP and provide top notch solutions to our customers while cutting our labor efforts. Backups via NinjaOne are simple. We just turn it on rather than complete additional deployments manually as we did with our previous vendor. All issues can be resolved in the console rather than accessing the machine. It saves a ton of time jumping back and forth between screens to see what is happening with our endpoints.

  ### 35. An excellent solution for any MSP looking for a robust, cost effective RMM solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne RMM is excellent. We are glad we switched from CW Automate.
The clean, intuitive interface was easy for our technicians to learn and use.
Patch management is reliable and automated across all the OS platforms we use, saving us significant time while keeping our client's computers / server up to date and secure.
Remote access is fast and responsive, and automation easily handles routine tasks.
Setup was quick, support is outstanding (we love the dojo), and the platform feels powerful yet straightforward.
Highly recommend for MSPs or teams managing multiple devices!

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Reporting could use some help. We do not like the way it integrates with OpenText products. We have not switched or used the PSA system as it lacks several features we use on our current PSA.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne benefits our team by providing a cloud platform that combines remote monitoring, patching, automation, remote access saving us time with operational ease.

  ### 36. The best tool for system admins

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Casey M. | System Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2023

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The vulnerability and ticketing features are new to us and been a refreshing addition

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Install application feature to work with more complex install executables

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping users in remote locations so they don't have to wait for us to get over there to help them. Easy rollouts of new software and helping users get setup with whatever they need. Also simplifiying the abilities to manage all my servers so i don't have to do everything manually.

  ### 37. Effortless Remote Access with Helpful Device Health Insights

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Junaid A. | IT Technician, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

It allows me to remotely access other machines in our organisation. It also gives us a brief rundown of each device, including whether it’s healthy, who has logged in, and other valuable information.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The MFA, it is needed but ninja tends to log you out everyday which makes it a faff.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to check in on the servers to confirm they’re online, and to monitor their health as well as the health of the connected devices.

  ### 38. Great device insights and easy remote support with Ninja Remote

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Hardware | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I love the insights on the devices per customer/company, its so easy to cheack the device health ! Also the Ninja Remote solution work so well when installed right, i never had issues till know. its easy to support the customers when they call and we can instantly come on their computers

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

sometimes my login is a bit wierd, sometimes its working with the sso and entraID and sometimes it just wont :) for my sake i have a good boss than always solves the issues ( but i think its a entra issue not a ninja one)

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instant help. When customers call they want immediate help, and think their device is shortly before exploding. thats why i love the ninja remote sessions, i can use it in the homeoffice or in the office normally, i can help from anywhere. i remember we had more issues with that as we used anydesk or konterra

  ### 39. User-Friendly Admin Portal, But High Learning Curve for Newcomers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ricardo Z. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The admin portal is user-friendly, making it simple to navigate to the sections you need and allowing you to switch between features with ease.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

If you are new to NinjaOne, you may find that there is a steep learning curve. Providing a more comprehensive onboarding or training session would significantly help new customers make better use of the platform.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One drawback is the limited availability of MacOS tools and automation. NinjaOne primarily targets PC environments, so if you are responsible for managing a hybrid setup that includes both PCs and Macs, you may find it necessary to supplement NinjaOne with an additional tool. However, it's worth noting that NinjaOne has recently introduced a MacOS MDM, indicating that they are beginning to address this gap.

  ### 40. Reliable, Efficient, and MSP Ready RMM Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne is very easy to use and fast to deploy. The interface is clean and everything is organized logically, which makes daily monitoring simple. Remote access is stable and quick, patch management is straightforward, and automation policies save a lot of time. It gives full visibility of endpoints without being overwhelming. For MSP work, it keeps everything centralized and efficient.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There are occasional delays in patch reporting updates, and sometimes certain Windows feature updates require manual intervention. More advanced reporting customization would also be a nice addition. However, these are minor compared to the overall reliability and functionality of the platform.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps us manage endpoints remotely without needing to be onsite. It simplifies patch compliance, device monitoring, and remote troubleshooting. This reduces downtime, improves response time, and allows us to support multiple clients efficiently. It also provides proactive alerts, which helps prevent issues before they escalate.

  ### 41. The most seamless patching experience I have ever had!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The patching system of NinjaOne is by far the best service I have ever used. The interface is user friendly, everything is easily visible, and it has saved hours of production time by making patching so simple to navigate. System implementation was seamless, customer support is always fast and responsive, and the system is a part of our daily routine use.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Nearly everything is perfect, with the only wish being that the reporting feature is missing just a little bit more to be as perfect as the rest of the features offered.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The patching of NinjaOne is allowing us to make it fast and simple to keep all devices in our environment up to date.

  ### 42. Intuitive UI, Smooth PSA Ticketing, and Straightforward Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lewis s. | Managed Services Development and Presales Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The alert noise has been reduced, the ticket integration with our PSA makes service simpler. Automation is now straightforward, and I can quickly access support sessions whenever I need them. UI is very intuitive to navigate. Performance monitoring adds to the user adoption along with the entry price.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

We had some issues with MFA integration with DUO

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer environment monitoring covering all areas of an SME, Patching is streamlined and alerting is reduced and actually relevant.

  ### 43. Best Single-Pane-of-Glass RMM—Outstanding Partner-Focused Customer Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher D. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Ninja provides the best single pain of glass RMM, backup, patching, and more solution. We have tried many others but Ninja’s most outstanding feature is customer service. Running an MSP can be difficult and the big vendors out there have terrible response times and typically only care about their sales strategy. Ninja’s approach is Partner focused, readily available, and always improving. What more can you ask?

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I would like to see quicker improvements with PSA billing integrations. The more granular details for billing and product mappings the better. Especially with Halo PSA.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Best single pain of glass solution on the market. Saved my support team time toggling between windows.

  ### 44. NinjaOne - Powerful, Intuitive, and Scalable Product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The interface and overall design are user-friendly, and the platform offers powerful capabilities for device and patch management. It’s very easy to check a device’s status at a glance and find everything you need to troubleshoot issues quickly. Using the RMM for remote troubleshooting is especially convenient. The remote control tools are also reliable and fast, which makes day-to-day support smoother.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I evaluated the functionality of the ticketing system, and my initial impression is that it offers limited customization options and feels somewhat overpriced. Beyond that, I don’t have much else to add yet from using it, but I am thinking about native disaster recovery and slightly more advanced reporting.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Backup solution and instant RMM. It helps eliminate manual, repetitive tasks through automated patch management, software deployment, and scripting, which reduces human error and improves IT productivity. This benefits organizations by improving security, enhancing device performance, reducing downtime, and providing real-time visibility into their IT infrastructure.

  ### 45. Simple Interface, Fast Integrations, and Responsive Support at a Fair Price

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The interface is simple to use and the support is very responsive.
The integration with client computers is quick and performs well when we run scripts.
We have not experimented with the AI as of yet, so we can't say anything about that.
The pricing is also reasonable, and support is flexible and transparent about costs.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

We have had issues where invoices have no details on them. Calling support for help works well, but we would like to be more independent when it comes to invoicing.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne is helping with the management of devices across different clients, and can be modified for each unique need. It saves us time and the client money.

  ### 46. Fast Automation Setup and Great Device Visibility

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Fast responsibility when creating new automations and patching schedules. Also the visibility on each device what it is doing and what it did is great in comparison to other solutions.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Sometimes the built-in software library is a bit hard to use for us.
It would be better to have the ability to use the software library in the automation process to make one job for installing each software on their own. For patching i think the current configuration is fine.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating software and windwos patch management. Before you had to check each device seperately.
Now we don't have to worry about old software or missing windows patches which encreases our security score.

  ### 47. Clean, Reliable RMM with Smooth Deployment and Knowledgeable Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Since my last review. one of the features that we requested in the improvements section has now been implemented. The platform continues to be easy to use and just works which is what we need after using alternatives in the past.
We have been able to deploy custom scripts reliably to help with onboarding new devices which is not a new feature but something we have recently tried and it works well.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Similar to my previous review, there are still few downsides to the platform as improvements and the roadmap provide a good way for people to suggest and track improvements.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne provides excellent patch management for both operating systems and third party software, with reporting that consistently shows high success rates. In my day to day support role, I regularly use Ninja Remote to access and support customers, which offers a quick and reliable way to remotely control devices and resolve user tickets.
The search functionality, along with the ability to save searches, has been particularly valuable when identifying devices based on specific operating systems, installed software, or other criteria. Having quick access to saved searches is something I use frequently.
Additionally, the ability to track and review all activity logged on a device has been a very useful tool for troubleshooting and auditing purposes.

  ### 48. Our Insight to NinjaOne

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The ease of use has to be at the top of the list; patching and automation are also high on the list.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

As NinjaOne grows, sometimes items that used to work stop working, and it takes developers to fix the issues. The new interface is not user friendly, hard to naviagate compared to before.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration with our other products has made it much easier for us to support our end customers.

  ### 49. Fast, Low-Latency Remote Control with Easy LAPS Code Access

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ilias T. | IT Helpdesk, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Being able to remote control computers. I love how easy it is to get the LAPS code instead of looking around in active directory.
Performance wise it's always fast, with good latency.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The security aspect is kinda tight. "Keep me logged in" is a lie.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Makes it easy to see information about the colleague's PC, easy to access it, without having to fumble with teamviewer or ask for an id and password.

  ### 50. Flexible, Forward-Thinking Remote Access—NinjaOne Connect Stands Out

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like best about NinjaOne is how flexible and forward-thinking the platform is. They support multiple remote access tools like Splashtop and TeamViewer, which gives us options depending on the situation. What really stood out, though, was the release of NinjaOne Connect. Having a built-in remote tool with all the features we actually use shows they listen to their users and continue to invest in the platform instead of relying solely on third-party tools.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Patch management is an area where NinjaOne still has room to improve. While we’ve made patching a major focus for our team, Windows updates don’t always deploy as smoothly as we’d like. We often find ourselves needing to connect to devices manually to push updates, which takes away from the automation we’re aiming for.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps us solve problems around repetitive manual work through script automation. Tasks like clearing temporary files or performing routine maintenance can be automated, which reduces the number of repeat issues and tickets. This allows our team to focus more on higher-value work instead of constantly reacting to the same problems.
