NinjaOne serves internal IT teams and MSPs alike, from lean IT departments to mid-market and large enterprise organizations managing distributed, multi-site environments. Common uses include consolidating IT tooling, automating patching for security and compliance, managing distributed and hybrid workforces, improving endpoint visibility, and strengthening backup and ransomware readiness. ## NinjaOne Reviews
  ### 1. Keeping it Real with NinjaOne

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff L. | CEO/CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

It's reputation and security features. I Integrations are also excellent.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

It can be complicated to implement features. Running a busy MSP it's hard to stop and learn something new from NinjaOne. Examples of how their integrations help replace other tools would be nice as well.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CMMC compliance

  ### 2. Effortless Remote Management with NinjaOne

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacob W. | IT Engineer , Computer & Network Security, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

been loving the new updates and bug fixes to the file uplaods for devices

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I don't think its yet really allow custom install of vendor .exe. Like it be nifty if you could like have buttons ot install programs everyone kinda needs like microsoft office or basic free programs

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use NinjaOne for remoting into devices, solving remote issues without needing to be on-site. I like running admin commands and scheduled tasks from the cloud, but sometimes device updates aren't automatic, requiring manual intervention.

  ### 3. Simple, clear, and practical for everyday use – with constantly new features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Burak B. | IT Systemadministrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

That it simply works. It is very clear, and all the provided tools help solve problems efficiently on a daily basis or implement optimizations. I also find it great that new features are constantly being added, which are always listed and explained with a large patch note.

Tickets that are opened when problems arise are also resolved relatively quickly. The contact with the account managers is also smooth if you should have a problem.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Software patching does not always work optimally, although it has already improved.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can say that we have no problem with NinjaOne. Everything is great!

  ### 4. AI-supported vulnerability management that smartly prioritizes risks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

AI-supported vulnerability management: I am particularly impressed by the new feature for automated detection and remediation of security vulnerabilities. The AI not only prioritizes risks according to their severity but also relates them to my specific infrastructure. This way, the most critical gaps are identified and closed first.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Despite the modern design, there are some aspects of the user interface (UI) of NinjaOne that can cause unnecessary friction in everyday work. Especially with more in-depth configurations – for example, with policy inheritance – one quickly gets lost in nested menu structures with numerous submenus. Often, several clicks are required to switch from a global setting to a device-specific adjustment, which noticeably slows down the workflow.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Audit Security: With just one click, create precise inventory reports that reliably reflect the actual state – ideal for compliance audits.

  ### 5. Intuitive interface and versatile configuration for straightforward onboarding and support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andreas F. | Inside Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Good and detailed overview of the individual devices as well as the configuration options in case of support. Additionally, there are versatile options for setup and configuration to easily onboard additional devices. The user interface is intuitive and easy to understand. The built-in remote service is easy to use without any problems.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Creating support requests through the client looks very old-fashioned in terms of design and could benefit from a more modern, contemporary appearance overall.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Through the detailed representation of the onboarded devices' utilization, we can now pinpoint and determine errors much more accurately from a distance.

  ### 6. Easy to Use and Packed with Actionable Insights

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marty H. | Tech Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Ease of use and the amount of info you can pull.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Sometimes things in the GUI don't make sense. When I click on Apps for example I want to be able to install my apps through there.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Updates and info anywhere they have an internet connection.

  ### 7. Intuitive RMM with top support and flexible monitoring tools

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tobias W. | IT-Techniker, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

For us, NinjaOne is currently the best RMM solution and also offers very solid monitoring. We are particularly impressed by the high customizability: The platform comes with almost all the necessary tools to easily implement even complex custom scripts, specific alerts, and queries.
The initial setup was extremely easy. The onboarding process was also targeted and absolutely smooth thanks to the support. Since we use NinjaOne almost 24/7, we greatly appreciate the intuitive user interface (GUI) and the ease of use – it makes our workday significantly easier.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There are only minor things that could be improved: I would like Python and PowerShell 7 to be directly supported in the future. Another point is the alarm management: Currently, the ability to actively 'acknowledge' alarms is missing, which would be very important for operational use.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne brings structure to the often hectic daily routine of an IT service provider. It helps us massively in keeping an overview. Particularly valuable for us are the possibilities for automation and individual script solutions. Additionally, the clean classification and prioritization of alerts ensure that we can always focus on the essentials.

  ### 8. Amazed at the abilities NinjaRMM have built in.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ethan W. | Computer Systems Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2023

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I like that it gives me a one-stop place to control and monitor hundreds of devices, all in one location.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I would like to see NinjaOne natively add scanning vendor specific device updates, dell command update for example. Currently a custom built script is needed for this process.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pushing updates to all of our endpoint devices and monitoring and removing/adding software as needed remotely. Asset management. Using a feature called NinjaOne Remote for remote control of end devices. The new additions of the MDM options for mobile devices is giving us more options to bring under one platform.

  ### 9. Ninja has been a massive help in managing and maintaining our Windows devices

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyle H. | Technical Support Specialist Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

A new feature we have been using is the warranty integration feature that lets us see when the warranty starts/stops. This has been a huge help with our replacement project
We've also been using the ability to edit files remotely to help us with updating configurations and the feature has saved us time calling users and remoting in

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

No issues with any of the features so far
Their support is still fantastic and has been able to resolve any issues we throw at them

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem it solved was Windows patches and 3rd party patches. We've been able to save countless hours updating our employees software using both the built in patching and with being able to push out a script to update software and other files

  ### 10. NinjaOne Is a Game-Changer: Intuitive Remote Access and Time-Saving Patch Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Blake L. | IT Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The Ninjaone remote tool has been a game changer for us. It’s intuitive and it just works. The patch management feature is great and saves me time every week. Beyond that, the general inventory management is also really helpful.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I’d like to see more integrations with tools like Defender, along with clearer, more informative details about the actual documentation tool.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it to manage updates across applications and operating systems, and one of the biggest benefits for me is the Ninja remote tool.

  ### 11. One of the few vendors that actually lives up to what is promised.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

It's as close to "one pane of glass" as I think any software can get. Love the frequent feature updates and it connects to our security software as well.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Honestly it's pretty solid. I don't dislike anything, but I wish the MDM portion had a few more options (although I know it's new)

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us it handles the normal RMM & remote assistance portions I expected, but it also covers our cloud backup and has good reporting. The scripting engine is very powerful.

  ### 12. Easy-to-Use UI, Strong Integrations—Views Need Some Refinement

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joel G. | Service Desk Team Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

UI is good and easy to use. The key feature being the ability to integrate with other essential apps. No issues with performance. I'm not fully aware of the pricing but it's a bit higher than our previous RMM BUT it has value for that uptick. Fairly easy to onboard and support is good. Still looking into the AI aspects of it.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The views could use some help but I guess it could also just be a case of getting accustomed to it.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration, automation and AI!

  ### 13. NinjaOne Makes Endpoint Monitoring, Patching, and Remote Support Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** dennis.verberk@acture.nl v. | IT Employee, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne is most helpful for centralized endpoint monitoring, patching, and remote support. Its upsides include strong automation, fast issue detection, cross‑platform management, reduced downtime, and a simple, intuitive interface that saves IT teams time and effort

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

At this moment there is no dislike or negative feedback.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne solves the challenge of managing a growing and diverse device landscape by giving us centralized monitoring, patching, and remote support. This benefits us through faster incident resolution, improved security, less downtime, and more efficient IT operations with less manual effort.

  ### 14. Lightning-Fast Device Connections with Ninja

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Camilo V. | IT Support, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like most about using Ninja is the connection speed to the devices.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

What I like least is the issue with the ticket reports for each technician, as they aren't specific.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It can be quickly connected to any device and is easy to use.

  ### 15. Single-Pane IT Management with NESSUS Integration and Fast Remote Control

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Relations | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I like that NinjaOne provides a single-pane-of-glass view of our systems for IT management, all from one web-based UI. The integration with our NESSUS scanner is brilliant as well. The remote control feature performs much better than our previous solution, and the pricing felt well positioned for replacing our on-prem patch management solution. Ninja also helped us onboard quickly, and we can schedule regular support calls whenever they’re needed.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

We look forward to the AI integration being built on. At the moment, the vulnerability import from nessus isn't easy to implement as it relies on APIs so we manually import a CSV

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ninja has helped us solve remote connections to end user devices as an admin without needing the user to have a vpn connected.

  ### 16. Intuitive, fast German support and strong features like the Patch AI

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Architecture & Planning | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The German support is great, and the application is overall very intuitive. Scripts are executed very quickly after being triggered, which really helps in everyday use. The prices are also very competitive. Additionally, there are many updates and a large roadmap. Especially the patch AI is a very useful feature.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

A more transparent pricing structure would be better – so that customers can quickly see general price ranges without having to contact someone first or attend presentations or meetings.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If there is a non-homogeneous IT landscape, you can create reports very well with NinjaOne. Everything is flexibly customizable regarding what should be displayed in a list. Custom fields can also be used graphically well thanks to WYSIWYG, so that the boss sees the information clearly and appealingly prepared.

  ### 17. Multi-OS Remote workstation Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tony G. | Jr Systems Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Multi-OS support, a responsive remote desktop, patch management across different OSs, detailed hardware information, and the ability to run scripts and install software remotely. Customer support has been responsive as well. The dashboard is clean and easy to understand, and it was straightforward to transition over and install the Ninja agent.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Some of the newer features feel a bit less polished, but the steady stream of updates gives me the sense that any small nitpicks will be addressed over time.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows seamless support for all of our remote workers.

  ### 18. Easy, Efficient, and Always Improving with Strong Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandre U. | Chargé d'automatisation IT, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I like NinjaOne because it’s easy to use and very efficient. I also appreciate that it has an active community, and that it keeps improving over time with new features. Integrations with our other tools is also very easy to set up

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I think NinjaOne could improve its use of AI—for example, by helping create new automation scripts.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps us improve our monitoring and backup. We use the cloud monitor and NMS to discover devices, and it also provides an easy backup solution that’s straightforward to set up.

  ### 19. Efficient and Reliable RMM Platform for IT Administrators

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne offers an intuitive interface that makes managing endpoints straightforward and efficient. The automation capabilities, such as patch management and scripting, save considerable time and reduce manual workload. Remote access is fast and reliable, allowing quick troubleshooting without disrupting users. Reporting and monitoring tools provide clear insights into system health, which helps maintain compliance and security. Customer support is responsive and knowledgeable, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The platform is excellent overall, but the dashboard customisation options could be more flexible to allow deeper personalisation.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

automating detection and resolution of issues through compound conditions and custom scripting. This reduces downtime and prevents small problems from escalating into major incidents. Automated patching and health checks ensure compliance and security without manual intervention, saving significant time.

  ### 20. NinjaOne: simple and effective for resolving incidents

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Montserrat X. | Administrador de sistemas, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like most about NinjaOne is that it is super simple and effective for resolving issues.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Nothing; I like everything about Ninja One and I have no complaints.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lack of visibility of the equipment: allows you to inventory and supervise devices from a single console.

  ### 21. Lightweight Installer and Fast, Reliable Connection well worth it.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael M. | Director of IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The small footprint of the installer, and speed of the connection.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The quick connect needs improvement, it is a little clunky to get going.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The NinjaOne platform allows me to do more with less, I'm getting an RMM, Ticket Platform and AV in one console.

  ### 22. Amazing RMM Tool with everything we need.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon H. | Systems Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Ninja One is easy to use and has all the tools and features I need. The scripting is easy and now it integrates with Intune. I am still testing that but so far it has been an excellent experience. I implement Ninja with AutoPilot and it works flawlessly. I have had one issue with customer support and that was also handled quick and with expertise. We use Ninja every single day.

I also want to add Marissa, our Customer Success Manager has been amazing!

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I honestly can't say anything other than I would like to have remote sessions for iPads if possible.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ninja one is instrumental with us providing the desktop support that we need. From automation to remote management it works wonderfully.

  ### 23. An absolutely consistent product - we as supporters very much enjoy working with NINJA ONE

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 25, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

We have been using NinjaOne RMM for some time and are consistently impressed. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and offers exactly the features we need for efficient IT management. We are particularly convinced by:

Clear dashboard and easy management of all endpoints
Stable remote maintenance without connection interruptions
Automated scripts and patching that significantly ease our daily work
Fast, competent support that is always available for questions

NinjaOne has become a central tool in our IT operations – we can wholeheartedly recommend the solution.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Sometimes it's a bit difficult to get the right contact person. There should be some form of price list for the partners. Unfortunately, the prices are not very transparent.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Comprehensive product with constant expansion of the integrated portfolio. This further increases the overall benefit and sales opportunities of the software.

  ### 24. Device Health at a Glance with Powerful Automation and Custom Reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gary B. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I can see the health of all my devices at a glance and address problems quickly. When I notice an issue happening on a regular basis, I can create automated tasks to resolve it. I also use several scripts to gather information and populate custom fields, which I can then review easily in a custom report.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

It took me a while to figure out how to populate custom fields using scripts and then create an automation based on those values. The information available on NinjaOne can be daunting, and at times it feels conflicting.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knowing the health of all of our devices especially since they're scattered across the state and being able to respond to problems quickly is the most important thing.

  ### 25. Fast, Stable Remote Access That Makes PowerShell Remediation Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

It provides a fast, stable connection. Running PowerShell scripts remotely for quick remediations is very easy. Having the option to start either a terminal session or a background session is also very convenient for remote troubleshooting, since it lets me work without interrupting the end user.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

We occasionally run into issues reestablishing a connection after a network configuration change on remote devices. The most common errors we see are no_route_to_target and wamp.error.canceled.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I primarily use Ninja for remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.

  ### 26. Intuitive, Easy-to-Use Tool with Great Built-In Value

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Easy to use interface that feels intuitive. Features we paid extra for in other tools are included reducing our overall spend.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Finding pricing on add on or extras is not as quick, or seeing how increasing our quants could actually save us per endpoint

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our main reason for coming to NinjaOne was for easier 3rd party patching as well as software deployment. Not having a separate tool, but it being built in to the RMM is exactly what we wanted.

  ### 27. NinjaOne’s All-in-One Package: Support, Updates & Extensions Included

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dominik B. | Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like about NinjaOne is the all-in package. Support, updates, extensions—everything is included in the price. The option to contribute ideas is also great.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There are still some smaller features missing that would make working with NinjaOne easier, for example pop-ups when a ticket comes in. But these are not major issues.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne eliminates our isolated solutions. It includes several tools in one: monitoring, backup, ticketing system, and patch management. It’s much more efficient to have everything in a single view.

  ### 28. Leading RMM Platforms on the Market

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prince A. | IT Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

All of the tools we need to manage our clients' environments in one convenient location.
Seamless integration.
The most user-friendly patch management tool I've ever used.
The best RMM interface.
One of the easiest ticketing systems to set up and use.
NinjaOne automation simplifies device configuration and management.
One of the best RMM Discord community (become an expert on NinjaOne by joining their Discord channel). Follow Jeff Hunter to learn about new features of the product.
World class customer service and technical support team.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The lack of a PSA, although Jeff Hunter says that a NinjaOne PSA will be introduced in 2025. This will counteract my dislike.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It covers patching, endpoint device configuration and management, MDM, and documentation.

  ### 29. Ninja Feedback

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Garry J. | IT Trainer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Ease of use - the software is very easy to navigate and allows us to carry out silent installs avoiding downtime. I was very impressed with the mobile app tthat allows us to deliver support out of hours. The customer support team are very pro-active and very helpful.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I can't think of anything I dislike - I love the sofware.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it to connect to users computers remotely and provide support to all users across the firm. I use the desktop application and the mobile app.

  ### 30. NinjaOne’s Reporting Makes Remote Monitoring and Client Lifecycle Management Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** josh@inventas.co.uk M. | Sales Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

We initially evaluated NinjaOne for its remote monitoring and remote access capabilities, but its reporting features have also proven very helpful. They make it easier to explain issues on customers’ devices clearly, and also supports our lifecycle management for clients. It is used daily by the team and integrates seamlessly with our HaloPSA instance, which was easy to implement. Our account manager and the support we receive are both great.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

This allows the IT department to step in the door and open up NinjaOne's platform for an easy daily use.

Opening up Ninja is part of the same routine as opening up your email right before your first sip of coffee of the day.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Not a bad to problem to have but the limitless options of integrations and automations that the platform allows. Its as good as the technician is.

**Reviewed by:** Matt M. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Constant improvement on the platform. Support staff that are active and quick to respond. They are both responsive and forward thinking in terms of bringing stuff up that might be good for my deploy. This shows that they care about my business and our goals. It's a great platform that keeps getting better but also just works.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Be free? Idk, nothing that I can really think of. Everything we have looked for it to do, it either does or all of a sudden does within the next couple months with updates.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were using ConnectWise products previously and felt very constrained and restricted in terms of implimenting process and automations to the degree that we wanted to impliment.

  ### 35. User-Friendly, Comprehensive Tool for Monitoring, Remote Access, and Patch Management

**Reviewed by:** Corentin C. | Technicien informatique, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

In my opinion, the most helpful aspect of NinjaOne is its user-friendly interface. Overall, the tool feels extremely comprehensive, whether I’m using it for monitoring, remote access, or patch management.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne has great documentation and their user interface is way more intuitive than other solutions I have used in the past. The team at NinjaOne is super helpful and respond in a timely manner. Setting up various devices with the service has been straightforward and I haven't noticed it bog down any systems so far.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I haven't ran into any but like many other solutions, ABM doesn't work the best with it but that isn't a NinjaOne issue.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is giving our company better visibility of our IT assets which is something our company has been sorely lacking. Not only does it give us MDM capabilities but also helps us provide remote support and better patch management.

The AI features for device analysis are also well-made and functional.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Generally, I find myself very satisfied and therefore I cannot complain for now.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finally, I have management through a single portal of the entire fleet of my clients' machines with alerts and notifications based on what happens, allowing me to always stay on top of things.

  ### 41. Reliable and Efficient Performer

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen E. | IT Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne stands out for its user-friendly interface and streamlined IT management features. It simplifies complex tasks like patch management, remote monitoring, and scripting, making day-to-day operations more efficient. The platform is also incredibly responsive, with fast performance and minimal downtime, which boosts overall productivity.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There’s very little to dislike about NinjaOne. If anything, some advanced features could benefit from deeper customization options, but this is a minor point. The platform is consistently reliable and well-supported.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps solve the challenge of managing multiple endpoints efficiently by centralizing key IT tasks like monitoring, patching, and remote access. This reduces the time spent on manual processes, minimizes downtime, and ensures devices stay secure and up to date. The result is a smoother IT operation with fewer disruptions and greater peace of mind.

  ### 42. Centralized Endpoint Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like best about NinjaOne is its ease of use combined with powerful automation capabilities. The platform provides excellent visibility across endpoints, simplifies patch management, and allows us to streamline IT operations without adding complexity.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

One area for improvement in NinjaOne is the level of advanced customization in reporting and automation. While the platform is very strong in usability and core functionality, more flexibility for complex or highly tailored use cases would enhance its value for larger or more specialized environments.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps centralize endpoint management, improve visibility across multiple client environments, and automate routine IT tasks like patching and monitoring. This reduces manual effort, improves response times, and increases overall service efficiency and scalability.

Great value and awesome support. Helps a lot with our ongoing compliance. It was very easy to start using it the onboarding and integration with took a few days.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Nothing, really. There are a few things—like security awareness training and a couple of other items—that it would be nice to have integrated into one tool, but that feels more like a longer-term goal for NinjaOne than a current issue.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helped a lot with compliance required controls for SOC 2 and ISO 27001

  ### 44. Great RMM Solution for IT Companies

It is very simple to setup and work with. The organization and policy are easy to configure. I also like that it has a lot of features with automation.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I am not crazy about the ticketing or documentation part of the software. The ticket system lacks a lot of features

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It backup has help us on our routing for backing up servers and capturing images of our servers. It also helps us monitoring closely our updates and patch management

  ### 45. Remote Desktop and Silent Command Execution That Just Works

The ability to remote to machines, and the ability to run command prompt or power shell without affecting the user has been very helpful. Remote Desktop works great.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Inability to customize or brand the patch management reboot window.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lots of users all over the world and IT can help from anywhere without having to teach users how to share a window and give control. Software management, OS updates and auto server updates with reboots helps us run leaner.

  ### 46. NinjaOne Streamlines Remote Endpoint Management and Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rodrigo A. | Head of IT Security, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne has been a great tool for managing a massive number of remote endpoints. Its capabilities for remote access, creating policies to manage scripts, and installing or uninstalling software—now including vulnerability management—have significantly improved our support and overall operability.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Sometimes browsing across the site isn’t very user-friendly, and trying to go back and forth between pages isn’t that easy.

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne has been far the easiest RMM to install for my team and i. The onboarding process took less than a 5 mins and it performes the best for our engineers. It Is one of the reasons we try to get our clients to onboard their team on it. It helps us support them better and troubleshoot future issues that can arise in the future. The pricing also makes it 10x better for our customers to get it.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I don't dislike anything besides the minimal intergration tools

  ### 48. Single Portal for Easy Device Management, Remediation, and Remote Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** stephf@hurst.technology F. | Senior Support Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I like being able to see all customer devices in a single portal. It makes day-to-day management straightforward, and it helps with vulnerability remediation. It’s also easy to deploy apps and scripts, then categorise them as needed. Also, it provides a quick way to remotely connect to customer devices when support is required.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Background mode doesn’t include all the Windows features. It would be useful to have access to the control panel, and some apps, like Event Viewer, are glitchy - this has already been raised as an incident. Also, software changes can take a while to update on the Software tab.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides quick access to a snapshot of devices across an organisation. It’s a secure remote management tool that makes it easy to connect to customer devices. I also find it straightforward to manage and view devices, and to gather key information about them. Deploying scripts and software in bulk is simple as well, and scheduling those deployments is easy to set up.

  ### 49. NinjaOne: Central IT platform with fast service and free training

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

At NinjaOne, all essential functions needed by an IT department are in a central environment. The fast service and the opportunities for free training are a unique selling point. Compared to other products, the functionality is really simple.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

In the not even 6 months that we have been working with NinjaOne or transitioning to it, we have only noticed the issue of mobile app administration with regional apps in iOS.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our main problem in the past was that we had different software for MDM, data backup, remote access, security, etc., and we lost track of the IT landscape. Here, NinjaOne consolidates everything into one environment and is also significantly easier to use, which makes support much simpler and faster.

  ### 50. Easy-to-Use, High-Performance Platform with Great Integrations and Support
