## NinjaOne Reviews
  ### 1. NinjaOne RMM Service: A Centralized Location for Monitoring and Troubleshooting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Law Practice | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The part I like best about NinjaOne is the Remote Desktop options. Being able to quickly remote inside our NinjaOne portal to diagnose problems helps resolve tickets quickly and efficiently. There are also times where a computer may have crashed and once the device is back online we can remote into the background and check out the events without disturbing the user. The Remote Desktop gives a lot of functionality that doesn't interrupt a user completely when someone needs to remote in to troubleshoot.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

We have ran into trouble patching where some devices are getting certain patches while others are not. There are also times where important patches , for example Windows Security Updates, that automatically fail. This has had us reaching out to support a few times to get a better understanding of why this happens, but support has always been able to help us and get the answer that we need.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a single location to go and look at our devices health along with being able to quickly remote in whenever we need helps us significantly reduce users downtime whenever they encounter an issue. NinjaOne has also enabled us to be able to help support all of remote users the same as we would any of our office users. NinjaOne has also enabled us to test out patches in waves or test certain application deployments to specific users before releasing to the whole firm at one. This helps us do the necessary testing needed and then once we are ready to push the application to everyone we can do it all at once using our different policies.

  ### 2. Clean, Easy All-in-One Platform with Smooth Onboarding and Strong Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne has a clean and intuitive interface that makes it easy to navigate and manage day-to-day tasks efficiently. It works well as an all-in-one platform, bringing together patch management, remote monitoring and remote access in one place, which helps reduce the need for multiple tools.

It was initially brought in as a patch management solution, and this is still one of its strongest areas. It’s reliable and gives clear visibility into vulnerabilities. The integration with tools like Rapid7 helps with CVE tracking and overall risk management, and the AI-driven features are a nice addition, helping to avoid deploying known bad patches and adding more confidence to the update process.

The RMM side of things has made a real difference to day-to-day operations. Real-time monitoring and alerts help catch issues early, and the reporting gives good visibility across endpoints. Remote access is quick and dependable, making it easy to support users without causing disruption. Remote application deployment has also been really useful for rolling out software and keeping everything up to date.

Another feature that stands out is the ability to set up different technician roles. It makes it easier to control access based on responsibilities, which helps with both security and keeping workflows organised.

Automation is a big plus as well. It helps cut down on repetitive tasks, keeps things consistent, and improves overall team efficiency.

Overall, NinjaOne feels like a well-rounded and reliable platform. It’s reasonably priced, performs well, and the onboarding process was smooth with plenty of support along the way. It’s made IT management more streamlined and easier to stay on top of.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The overall experience has been largely positive. Any issues encountered have been quickly and effectively resolved with support from NinjaOne. However, more detailed insight into why patches fail would be a valuable improvement, as additional context would help with troubleshooting and reduce the need for further investigation.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us handle remote management, ticketing, and patch management, including preventing bad updates. It also provides reporting tools that let us monitor our infrastructure environment. On top of that, it includes server monitoring tools and allows us to carry out out-of-hours operations without human intervention.

  ### 3. Effortless Centralized Management for Your Workstations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chad P. | Marketing and Technology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

There system allows you to run an entire arsenal of workstations from a single location. We have about 100 workstations, 1 IT person, and managing updates, softwares, and issues still doesn't make up a full time job with the efficiency we got from this.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The setup is quite complex, but if you are familiar with industry terminology it shouldn't be too tough.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing multiple work stations for a growing company.

  ### 4. NinjaOne’s Versatile Use Cases and Centralized Scripting Shine

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The wide range of use cases for NinjaOne shows that it’s far more than just a simple remote connection for work. Scripts can be uploaded and managed centrally, and all the important information is available at a glance. The many small features, along with the prebuilt scripts in particular, have been very helpful for us in several situations.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

It takes a very long time after starting my PC or laptop before a connection can be established, and in some cases I even have to restart the device just to be able to connect at all.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps us manage and maintain multiple endpoints efficiently from a single platform. With it, we can remotely monitor systems, deploy scripts, automate routine tasks, and resolve issues quickly without needing to be on-site. This has significantly reduced our response times, improved overall system reliability, and minimized manual effort. As a result, we work more efficiently, maintain clearer visibility across all devices, and provide faster support to users.

  ### 5. Fast, Web-Based RMM with Great Integrations and Responsive Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne has a good user interface that is fully web based. We moved from ConnectWise Automate which has missing features in the web interface. Additionally, we like that Ninja focuses on PowerShell and other standard scripting languages. They integrate with tools like SentinelOne and CW PSA which is good for our techs. The performance is quick compared to what we had with CW Automate, specifically the fat client for CW Automate was very slow and Ninja is quick. Pricing is not bad either for the features that you get. We use Ninja Remote and had some issues but their support team has made most of those resolved in a quick period. Their support team is very quick to respond to our problems, and they don't frequently have major outages which is important in an RMM tool

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I dislike that they don't have any AI Scripting features built in. I would like it more if you could just type out what you want the script to do and it builds it for you. We had that with CW Automate, however Ninja doesn't offer that. Being able to for it to automatically create custom fields would be nice as well. Currently, there's a lot of menus to dig through at times which can be it difficult to find the setting that you want to change.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne allows for us to remotely control and manage endpoints. It's very needed when you are managing hundreds of remote offices and thousands of devices. The policy driven auomation allows for us to setup a policy and for devices to run that policy automatically on a period.

  ### 6. IT Support Lead

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Electronics | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne has become an essential part of my daily workflow in supporting our desktop team. It allows me to efficiently assist users remotely from my main system while simultaneously working on other tasks from my laptop, which significantly improves productivity and response time.

One of the most valuable features is the ability to run CMD and PowerShell commands remotely without needing to launch a full remote session. This saves time and makes routine troubleshooting and system updates much more efficient. I also find the quick access to BitLocker recovery keys extremely helpful, especially in urgent situations where users are locked out and need immediate assistance.

Overall, NinjaOne is a reliable and indispensable tool that streamlines remote support, enhances efficiency, and helps deliver a better support experience for our users.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

It will be nice if I have a trust session and don't need me to keep logging and provide the passcode from MFA.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Just allow me and our desktop team to save time and efficiently resolve issues. We went without NinjaOne for a short period time and our ticket resolve rate drop drastically.

  ### 7. Easy Deployment, Script Runs, and Seamless Background Remote Access

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jose C. | IT Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I like how easy it is to use, especially the way you can deploy software, run scripts, and now connect directly to a computer in the background without disturbing end users. It makes it much simpler to troubleshoot and resolve both hardware and software issues.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The mobile phone apps still need a lot of improvement. As IT administrators, we all know support requests can come in at any hour, and I wish the mobile app offered more functionality to match the full web version.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously used a ManageEngine product for unified endpoint management that was hosted on-prem, and it required downtime every time there was a critical patch so we could ensure the self-hosted server stayed protected from vulnerabilities. Sometimes the upgrade failed, requiring a VM restore from a snapshot backup and then having to depend on their support to assist with remediating a broken upgrade package, leaving the server vulnerable until resolved. Their cloud-based subscription was priced about the same as NinjaOne, but it didn’t include all the features that came with their on-prem version. NinjaOne fit our needs, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision.

  ### 8. Easy-to-Use UI with a Powerful Dashboard and Activity Logging

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The UI is easy to use, the dashboard is useful for getting a sense of the different vulnerabilities impacting your organization. The activity logging is helpful to monitor patching activities on each machine, previous patching solutions didn't log patching activities as well as NinjaOne does so you would be completely in the dark on what your machines are doing.

Installation of the agents are quick and easy and don't seem to take up too much machine resources such as CPU or memory.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I really don't like not having the ability to effectively search specific patches and what machines either have them installed or have them pending. Also SQL Server patches are considered O/S updates in the NinjaOne system I would prefer to have them as software patches so that we have more control on how they're approved.

I also wish there was better scheduling or patching around patch Tuesday. Currently I have to schedule patches for frequency 10 days, 2nd Tuesday. It works correctly but it's just messy. Instead it should be PAtch Tuesday, days after.

I also want 3rd party software that's installed to automatically be listed in the software tab instead of adding each software manually.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm impressed with the Product Roadmap page and having visibility of all the different solutions NinjaOne is adding or currently working on. They've done a great job of improving their product in the short time we've been customers.

  ### 9. Responsive Support Team That Digs In and Resolves Issues

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bryan K. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Support and services are always easy to reach, and the team is consistently willing to dig into the issue and help resolve it.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Their MDM for Android and Apple isn’t as full-featured as I’d like, and it feels like some key capabilities are missing.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for mobile management of Android devices in the field. The ability to push our app to any device under our management is essential.

  ### 10. Easy Remote Access and Background Software Deployment with NinjaOne

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Spencer A. | Information Technologist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne has made remoting into machines such an easy process and has removed the need for RDP on our in office machines. The ability to push out software in the background and reduce employees downtime is so nice also.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Most of my issues simply come from my ignorance and not being fully familiar with everything. The processes that I use regularly I do not have any issues with.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me the biggest thing again is the ability to easily to remote into any of our machines in the office so quickly. That has been a tremendous help with setting up systems and managing ones that are already in place.

  ### 11. Well-Organized and Easy to Use, with Clear Tracking and Records

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like most about NinjaOne is that the application is well organized and easy to use. It provides a clear overview, which makes it simple to navigate and manage tasks. I also find it very useful that everything is properly tracked and recorded in the system.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

one think i dislike about NinjaOne is that connecting to a Mac device can be less easy. Users often have to manually enable multiple permissions one by one, instead of simply accepting all access at once. This can be confusing for less experienced Mac users and makes it take longer to establish a remote session with the right permissions.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne solves the problem of tracking and monitoring IT activities by providing clear and detailed logs. This benefits me because I can easily look back at what has happened on a device, which helps me identify issues faster and even prevent problems before they get worse. Because everything is well recorded, it makes troubleshooting much easier and more efficient

  ### 12. Simple and Efficient IT Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gunalan R. | Technicial Support Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Easy to use and navigate.
Lets you manage all devices from one place.
Remote access works smoothly and saves time.
Automates routine IT tasks, reducing manual work.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Pricing can be a bit high for small businesses.
Some advanced features take time to learn.
Reports could be more customizable.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me manage all devices from one dashboard.
Makes remote support much faster and easier.
Automates routine tasks, so I save time.

  ### 13. Cohesive Single Pane of Glass with Fast Remote Access and Practical Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Umesh J. | Technical Support Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Single pane of glass that actually works: devices, alerts, patching, and remote tools all feel cohesive.

Fast, reliable remote access: it just connects, which matters more than flashy features.

Automation that’s practical: policies and scripting save real time, not just check a box.

Great support and rapid improvements: they listen and ship updates that make sense for MSPs/IT teams.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Reporting can feel limited: it’s clean, but sometimes not customizable or detailed enough for exec-level or compliance reporting.

Advanced automation has a learning curve: basic stuff is easy, but more complex workflows can require extra scripting and trial-and-error.

Some features aren’t as deep as best-of-breed tools: things like ticketing, MDM, or third-party integrations may not fully replace specialized platforms.

UI trade-offs: the simplicity is great, but it can mean extra clicks or less granular control in certain areas.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves time — routine tasks that used to take hours can run automatically.

Reduces risk — fewer unpatched systems and faster resolution of issues.

Simplifies workflows — one platform instead of stitching together separate tools.

Improves user satisfaction — quicker response times and fewer disruptions.

  ### 14. Top-End Software for Easy Management of Endpoints and Tickets

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Having all my devices in one place is really convenient, and it makes it much easier to keep everything organized. I also like that I can set up and run automation without much hassle using scripts, which keeps things flexible and straightforward. I use it all the time, and it’s very easy to work with different applications through Ninja’s API.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Nothing really comes to mind. If I think hard about it, the only thing I can suggest is being able to middle-click a device name in a ticket so it opens that device’s page in a new tab. That way, I wouldn’t have to navigate away from the ticket I’m currently working on. It would be a small but nice quality-of-life improvement; aside from that, I don’t see anything I dislike.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to manage and monitor endpoints across our business. It’s especially helpful when we need to connect to a client and see the issue for ourselves, even when we’re too far away to be there in person. Being able to reach our clients exactly when they need us, even if we’re out of hours, is a big help. The automated services also let us schedule changes in advance, which makes planning and follow-through much easier.

  ### 15. Cohesive Ticketing, Powerful Automation, and Fast, Knowledgeable Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joey Y. | Document Management System Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I use NinjaRMM every single day, and I love it! I really enjoy that I’m able to work cohesively with Ninja’s ticketing system, from customer requests all the way through connecting to servers or workstations, so I can help customers quickly. I also appreciate the automations, along with the ability to deploy installers or run commands to PCs in batches. I’ve really enjoyed being able to open a command-line window to run applications directly through the Ninja portal as well.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I don’t dislike anything about Ninja. Whenever I’ve had a problem or a question, support has been quick to respond and always seems to know the answer.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaRMM give me a one-stop-shop to access, manage, and control our organization and our customer organizations. It lets us focus on the problems at hand instead of the hassle of connecting to VPN and various remoting software. Ninja is the most comprehensive and powerful RMM tool that I have used in my professional career. I am proud to be a fellow Ninja!

  ### 16. Highly reccomend

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt G. | IT Support Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 29, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I use NinjaOne every day. It's great for customer support and managing mobile devices. It has a lot of useful features, including automatically pushing out scripts to customer's devices, remotely viewing device events and usage, seamless integration with Teamviewer and Splashtop. The features are very easy to use, and the software was easy to implement when we started using it.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

MFA always asks for a code from the microsoft athenticator app, rather than give a code to be typed on the app. (I'm just being picky)

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ninja allows for easy remote desktop connections to user's laptops.
Can push out scripts automatically at set times, and to a dynamic selection of devices

  ### 17. Great Policy Management and Features, Much Better Than Competitors

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Parker B. | Network Engineer & IT Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The management, policy, and "pyramid" policy structure is one of my favorite parts, alongside the nice features like live console. We attempted using other RMMs like ConnectWise and were extremely unhappy with the glitchiness, missing features, and overall less capable platforms. We have deployed this across our entire fleet and have switched our entire teams remote access to it. Deploying the RMM agent is extremely easy with the installer. I have had to use customer support once or twice and each time they have been super helpful and quick to respond. This again, compares from previous experiences with other companies, that had less than stellar support to say the least.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The biggest gripe I have had with ninjaOne so far is with End Users - Even when adding an End User to a company, I have to manually assign computers to them. I do wish that was more automated. I would also love to see the use of Ninja AI in the script creation tool - Would be really nice to have some additional AI help with building scripts.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a wide range of PC's with less than knowledgable users. Its extremely beneficial to be able to implement automatic things like emptying of the recycling bin, clearing caches, reboots, etc. To keep their PC's working as expected. Its also nice to be able to install software without their input, get notifications when they do something that we don't want them to be doing(like installing other softwares), and being able to remote in at a moments notice. The prebuilt script library has saved a lot of time with things like account management and computer setup as well. While we havent really looked into Backups, its something I have my eye on as well.

  ### 18. NinjaOne Streamlines Ticketing, Onboarding, and Proactive Alerts

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne helps organise tickets and allows for customisation in many different fields, alert generation when needed and more. My team onboards people with ease and it is easy to integrate a client into the existing tenancy. NinjaOne warns in advance for any planned performance issues and performance is pretty uniform over long periods of time.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

When performance drops, it can drop quite drastically, but support is never cut off completely. I do think Mac support could be a bit better, and the same goes for Linux, although the challenges involved there are understandably difficult. The UI changes very rarely; recently, some of the colours were updated, which will be welcome to some people but not to others. AI is included as a feature but isn’t forced, which is pleasant.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps the team stay on track and helps productivity rise amongst us all. The time tracking helps define weak points or projects that have taken a specific amount of time, whether it be too long or if they were sorted quicker than expected.

  ### 19. Clear and Customizable, but Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I like NinjaOne because it is clear, which is very important so that one can quickly find their way around and colleagues who only use it in emergencies can find everything quickly. I appreciate the strong customizability, as there are many scripts and you can control everything through the policies, including the automated installation of applications. Additionally, I find it great that you always learn something new – that 'Aha moment'. Furthermore, I find the help from NinjaOne/Dojo very useful for getting support when you don't know how to implement certain scenarios. The setup is actually quite okay and the user interface is designed to be easily understandable, so you can navigate through it on your own.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

In case certain Windows updates or applications cannot be updated, there are sometimes too few logs to know what the issue is. With the applications, I'm more in the dark. Sometimes you don't know why certain things don't work (automatically installing/updating applications), better logs would be desirable here. There could be more scripts in the templates. So far, I haven't found any automation in the documentation - if it doesn't exist, it would be desirable, e.g., reading AD, scanning the network, etc., so that you can create documentation semi-automatically.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find NinjaOne offers a fast connection to clients and servers, as well as a quick overview of events and especially warnings that require urgent action (server down, backups failed, disk failure). It is clear, so you can quickly find your way around, and highly customizable with many automation features, which makes IT management easier.

  ### 20. Top-Notch Policy & Patch Management with Fast, Supportive Help Desk

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I really like the way NinjaOne handles Policy Management, Patch Management layouts. Being able to override policies per device is also very useful. Various Integrations such as vulnerability management is a nice to have. Also their built-in live device details and remote tool package are top notch compared to other tools out there in terms of performance. NinjaOne's help desk is also very supportive with quick follow ups and knowledgable troubleshooting.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

So far, I do not like the timeline I was given for MDM features being developed and integrated when signing up. Hoping that changes. Also the limitations of file upload size and some processes requiring multiple sets to do easy tasks is a bit annoying. Also a lack of clear pricing when it comes to trying to make account changes

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne is rapidly adding quality of life features our organization has requested so far

  ### 21. Reliable and intuitive RMM with great backup features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robi K. | IT Technician, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne offers a clean and responsive interface, making endpoint management incredibly efficient. The RMM capabilities are robust and easy to deploy across client environments. We particularly appreciate how seamless the SaaS and server backup integrations are - reliable, straightforward, and low-maintenance. It saves our MSP team a lot of time and ensures client data is protected without us needing to babysit the system. The platform is fast, updates roll out smoothly, and support is responsive when needed.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Downloading SaaS backup data is a bit of a hussle, but nothing else.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps us centralize and automate remote management of client endpoints, which saves our team a significant amount of time and effort. It solves the problem of fragmented tools by giving us RMM, monitoring, and backup in a single platform. The SaaS and server backup features provide peace of mind that client data is protected and easily restorable. With proactive monitoring and reliable alerts, we’re able to catch and resolve issues before users even notice, leading to a smoother experience for our clients and less reactive work for us.

  ### 22. Modern and User Friendly Asset Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elliot B. | IT Service Desk, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

When compared to othe roptions, Ninja has been a much easier and understanable system to use. The core requirments just work, reliably, and constantly, with constant new feature aditions and communication for support. Setup was simple, like many of these products, one installer and your done. The scripting and API optiosn allow you to go pretty far with automation and integration outside fo the day to day task through the UI.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There are some lacluster controls on reporting and visualzing data which sees you need to make some more customs olutons via the API instaid of the UI allowing thsi customisation.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation and overall reliable Asset management tracking

  ### 23. NinjaOne: Great Functionality with Constant Improvements in the Pipeline

**Reviewed by:** Richard W. | Director, Computer Networking, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne is a great platform for so many reasons. Currently functionality is great and there is always more useful functions in the pipeline. We use it everyday and it has great integrations with other tools we use in our software stack. The software itself is very easy to use and implement, plus everytime we have needed support the support team and our account manager have been very helpful.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Honestly I have nothing that I dislike. It is one of our very best tools.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne allows us to manage all our MSP customer devices in a single easy to use application. Patching is automatically controlled so we do not have to worry about endpoints being out of date. Alerts are automatically sent to our PSA when issues are detected on endpoints, so we can follow up immediately. The inbuilt backups provide a reliable method of backing up our clients servers and Microsoft 365 Tenants so we do not need to use additional software.

  ### 24. User-Friendly Interface, Still Needs Better Reporting

I really like the GUI of NinjaOne and how easy it is to use and maintain. It allows us to easily navigate through all the menus and find what we are looking for when we need it.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I find it challenging to log in to multiple devices, and I think the reports could be better.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use NinjaOne to manage devices, log in for troubleshooting, and transfer files easily.

  ### 25. Ninja Surpasses Other RMMs—A Joy to Use with Easy Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Srully K. | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I have used many different RMM & Patching Software in the past for both personal and work, and have found consistently that Ninja surpasses the others by a pretty large margin in even the most basic tasks which makes it a joy to use.
The integrations with other software and apps make it easy to implement across a variety of industries as well.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I wish there would be a free option for 1-10 devices like other options out there so more people find ninja and then end up moving to it.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of all devices across all organizations and making sure they stay updated, secure and easy to access

  ### 26. All‑in‑One Endpoint Management Made Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** René K. | Head of IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like best about NinjaOne is its simplicity and reliability. The platform is very intuitive, making device management, monitoring, and automation easy to handle from a single dashboard. It just works, saves time, and gives a great overview of the entire IT environment.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Ticketing Form is not customable for the Systray Icon

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne solves the challenge of managing and monitoring endpoints efficiently in a growing IT environment. It centralizes monitoring, patching, remote access, and automation in a single platform, reducing manual effort and tool sprawl. For me, this means faster response times, better visibility across all devices, fewer routine issues, and more time to focus on strategic IT tasks instead of daily firefighting.

  ### 27. Easy Installation and Smooth Remote Support for Onboarding Remote Employees

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chet W. | Director of Information Technology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The ease of installation for Mac OS devices and Windows devices and how it eases the remote support for the endpoints being supported. Very useful for onboarding remote employees

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I think the scripting support could be improved with some practical examples or tutorials

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Controlling software installation on the endpoints and the ability to patch endpoints with ease or choose not to apply patches. Monitor use of endpoints as well.

  ### 28. Easy to Use and continuously gets better!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne stands out as a mature and intuitive RMM solution that effectively serves both internal IT teams and MSPs without sacrificing depth or stability. Its modern interface significantly accelerates onboarding and simplifies complex tasks, allowing staff to focus on strategic initiatives rather than tool mechanics. The platform's reliability is unmatched by its responsive, friendly, and highly knowledgeable support team, which ensures rapid resolution for any operational issues. By streamlining patch management, scripting, and reporting, NinjaOne transforms IT operations from reactive fire-fighting to proactive strategic planning. Ultimately, it is a highly recommended investment for organizations prioritizing user experience, scalability, and a genuine vendor partnership.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

While the platform is robust, there are minor features that could benefit from further refinement; however, given the vendor's active update cycle, these gaps are expected to be addressed swiftly. To ensure a seamless procurement process, it is highly advisable to clarify upfront which capabilities are included in the base license versus those that require add-on modules or separate fees. This due diligence prevents unexpected costs and ensures the initial investment aligns perfectly with your organization's specific requirements.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I migrated to NinjaOne from a competing solution primarily to leverage their aggressive innovation cycle, which delivers frequent, high-value updates that directly align with our evolving operational demands. Unlike our previous provider, NinjaOne consistently introduces features that solve real-world problems for my team, rather than adding unnecessary bloat. This continuous improvement strategy has transformed our workflow, granting us immediate access to cutting-edge capabilities that enhance both efficiency and security. Ultimately, the platform's responsiveness to user feedback has established it as a strategic partner that grows in value alongside our organization.

  ### 29. Reliable, Efficient RMM Platform with Strong Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** hector M. | IT Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

We use NinjaOne primarily for RMM, patch management, and endpoint monitoring across our client environments, and it has become a core part of our operational workflow. The platform provides excellent visibility into device health, alerting, and automation, which has significantly reduced manual maintenance tasks.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Support has been responsive when needed, and the platform continues to evolve with meaningful feature updates.

Overall, NinjaOne has been a dependable, scalable RMM solution that supports proactive IT management and operational efficiency.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Patch management is straightforward and reliable, allowing us to manage Windows updates and third-party patching with minimal disruption. The scripting and automation capabilities are particularly strong and have helped us standardize processes across multiple environments.

The interface is clean and easy to navigate, and remote access tools are fast and dependable. Reporting has improved over time and provides useful insights for both internal review and client communication.

  ### 30. Powerful RMM with excellent support and Customizable Dashboard.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I find NinjaOne Remote faster and more reliable than the previous MDM we had. In the event there are any issuse I can use Splashtop as a backup.
The interface is modern looking making it easy to navigate. Having the system overview, installed software etc makes life very easy to find information I need.
Customizing the Dashboard give a quick clear view of device health, patching or issues.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I have not found a real issue with NinjaOne. Moving on to a new RMM, always has a learning curve but the interface made the transition relatively straight forward.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for installing software and deploying patches and updates. It also supports remote assistance, which makes it easier to help users without being on-site. On top of that, we monitor hardware for potential issues and handle the resolution of whatever other problems the end user throws at us.

  ### 31. Unified Management and device security Made Easy for all devices including mobile devices

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne is a unified platform that allows us to remotely connect to devices, manage them, install security patches, and configure settings from a distance. The NinjaOne library and forum also provide a wide range of automation scripts. As we transition from TeamViewer to NinjaOne, we found that NinjaOne offers a script specifically for removing TeamViewer, which we’ve been using to help facilitate the switch.

Starting January 2026, we’re expanding our use of NinjaOne to manage all our tablets. This is a game changer, since tablets have traditionally been harder to manage than Windows laptops. With NinjaOne, we can manage and secure our tablets more effectively.

NEW REVIEW - Starting April, we are using NinjaOne to integrate with SplashTop remote access software to manage Chromebook. Even though NinjaOne doesn’t have native support for managing Chromebook, we can still use NinjaOne with SplashTop to manage Chromebook. This shows that NinjaOne has a broad capacity to integrate with various tools.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

At times, NinjaOne can be slow when I try to access a device remotely. We’ve also noticed that NinjaOne requires a fairly reliable network; if the connection isn’t stable, our remote sessions get disconnected from time to time.

On my mobile phone, I have to use both NinjaOne and NinjaRemote because they are two separate apps, which makes the overall process a bit cumbersome. In addition, it still lacks features for managing mobile devices such as tablets or smartphones. For example, we can’t connect to a tablet or smartphone in real time and are limited to screen recording.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bringing desktop and mobile device management together in a single platform has been beneficial for me. It streamlines patching, vulnerability management, and security updates by keeping everything in one place. NinjaRMM can manage and secure mobile devices as well, which makes it easier to stay consistent across different device types.

NinjaOne also lets us schedule patch management for the times we choose. Unlike Microsoft patching, which can be unreliable, with NinjaOne we can be confident the patch is actually installed. If a patch doesn’t install properly, NinjaOne alerts us so we can address it quickly.

  ### 32. User-Friendly and Reliable, but Reporting Customization Feels Limited

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Osama S. | Custom Patch & Emblem, Printing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Focus on the features, benefits, or experiences that have provided the most value.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

One thing that could be improved in NinjaOne is the reporting customization. While the platform is very user-friendly and reliable overall, creating highly detailed or fully customized reports can sometimes feel a bit limited compared to some enterprise-focused tools. However, the platform continues to improve with updates, and the ease of use and automation features still make it a strong solution overall.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne is helping streamline endpoint management, remote monitoring, and IT support operations in one centralized platform. It has reduced the time spent on manual tasks through automation, improved device visibility, and made remote troubleshooting much faster and more efficient. This has helped increase productivity, reduce downtime, and improve overall response times when managing systems and supporting users.

  ### 33. Absolutely Love This Product!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mick C. | IT Support Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I really like how simple and easy NinjaOne is to use. The implementation was straightforward and didn’t require a lot of time or complexity, which is a big plus. I use it every day because it’s reliable and makes remote management and automation effortless. The integration with other tools is smooth, so everything works together without headaches. Overall, it’s fast, intuitive, and helps me focus on my work instead of managing the platform. Their support team is also responsive and helpful whenever I need them.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I absolutely love everything about this product and honestly can't think of anything I dislike.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I really like how simple and intuitive NinjaOne is. It makes endpoint management easy and saves me a lot of time with automation and patching. We’ve been able to replace Ivanti and Intune patching with NinjaOne, and the experience has been much smoother and more reliable. Remote management works great, and the reporting is clear and useful. Plus, their support team is always responsive and helpful when needed.

  ### 34. Effortless to Learn with a Refreshingly Simple UI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabriel D. | M365 Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Ease of use. The program doesn't really have a steep learning curve. I was able to pick it up within a few hours and was zipping through it like I had been using it for years. The KB is also filled with information that pointed me in the right direction a few times.

The UI is very well thought out and the lack of "AI features" is a breath of fresh air.

---
(Updated review as of 1/29/26) - We have been using NinjaOne for a little more time and now that it is completely configured to our liking, we can't imagine a world without it. It's snappy and responsive, makes patching and rebooting a breeze, and is a very powerful tool. Our team has saved a ton of time by switching to NinjaOne.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Not much to dislike. I think my only gripe is that Software dashboard looks pretty bare bones.

We would like some additional network monitoring features.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Live analytics of the endpoints in our environment.
Remote Support ability is also great and easy to use.
The new Intune app has made deploying NinjaOne to our endpoints a breeze.

  ### 35. NinjaOne’s RMM Is a Powerful, Affordable One-Stop Shop

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I like that NinjaOne serves as a one stop shop for RMM, Ticketing, EDR management, data repository, etc. I especially like the RMM as it provides so much control at your fingertips and I am only barely scratching the surface of all that it provides. The RMM has made support so much easier for my techs. With this feature alone we are reducing travel time and increasing response time with our clients. It has also made Onboarding a much smoother process, which our clients like. For all that you get with Ninja One, the price has been quite affordable as well.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I have not discovered any down sides currently.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne is allowing us to spend more time actually supporting our clients by being able to respond remotely rather than drive to client sites to address their needs. This results in a savings for us and has increased our client satisfaction.

  ### 36. Clean, Intuitive RMM with Seamless Integration and Speed

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott R. | Senior IT Systems Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne offers a clean, intuitive interface that makes remote monitoring and management straightforward. The platform is fast, responsive, and doesn’t feel bloated, which is a refreshing change compared to some legacy RMM tools. I particularly appreciate the seamless integration of patch management, scripting, and endpoint visibility—all in one place.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Currently we are not experiencing any difficulties with NinjaOne

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne is benefitting us greatly in our business. Below is some of the details.

Fragmented Toolsets
Many IT teams rely on multiple disconnected tools for patching, remote access, monitoring, and asset management. NinjaOne consolidates these into a single platform, reducing complexity and tool sprawl.

Manual and Reactive IT Processes
Without automation, tasks like patching, software deployment, and alerting are time-consuming and error-prone. NinjaOne automates these workflows, enabling proactive management.

Limited Visibility into Endpoints
Traditional tools often lack real-time insight into device health, software status, or vulnerabilities. NinjaOne provides live data and customizable alerts, improving response times and decision-making.

Remote Support Challenges
Supporting remote or hybrid users can be difficult without reliable remote access. NinjaOne’s built-in remote tools make it easy to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.

It benefits out business because:

Efficiency Gains: Routine tasks like patching, software installs, and health checks are automated, freeing up time for strategic work.

Improved Security: Automated patching and alerting reduce exposure to vulnerabilities and help maintain compliance.

Faster Issue Resolution: Real-time monitoring and remote access tools allow you to respond to problems before users even report them.

Scalability: As your environment grows, NinjaOne scales easily without needing additional infrastructure or complex setup.

  ### 37. NinjaOne has become the CORE of our MSP stack

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Claudiu S. | Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne strikes the perfect balance between power and simplicity. The platform is genuinely easy to use — the interface is clean, fast, and intuitive, so technicians can jump in daily without friction. Implementation was straightforward, with agents deploying smoothly across mixed environments and policies easy to standardize.

Customer support is another standout: responses are fast, knowledgeable, and actually helpful, which is rare in the RMM space. We use NinjaOne constantly throughout the day because it centralizes so many functions: monitoring, patching, automation, remote access, scripting, and asset management. Despite having a large feature set, everything feels cohesive rather than bolted on. Integrations with PSA, documentation, security tools, and especially the built‑in Bitdefender integration are simple to configure and work reliably, which reduces operational overhead for our MSP.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

No real dislikes. NinjaOne is evolving quickly, and most of the features we’d love to see are already on their roadmap or in development.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne centralizes the core functions our MSP relies on: monitoring, patching, automation, remote access, and endpoint management. Instead of juggling multiple tools, our technicians work from a single, fast interface that gives real‑time visibility into every client environment. Automated patching and alerting reduce reactive tickets, while scripting and policy‑based automation let us standardize processes across all customers.

The biggest benefit is efficiency — we resolve issues faster, prevent more problems proactively, and support more endpoints without increasing headcount. That directly improves client satisfaction and gives us the operational scale we need as an outsourcing MSP.

  ### 38. Clear, stable, and automated: NinjaOne noticeably improves the workflow

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Law Practice | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Compared to other RMM tools, NinjaOne is particularly strong for me because the interface is very clear. I find devices and issues immediately without having to search for a long time, which noticeably saves time in everyday life.

Additionally, it integrates well with other tools (e.g., Backup, Security). This way, I have everything centrally in view and don't have to constantly switch between different systems.

Moreover, NinjaOne runs very stably and quickly. Remote access works reliably and without noticeable delays, even when multiple sessions are open simultaneously.

Another plus point is the automations (e.g., patch management, scripts). This eliminates many manual tasks, which brings a clear added value and reduces my working time.

NinjaOne significantly improves my workflow, especially through automation, stability, and the central management of all devices.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

For smaller teams or fewer devices, NinjaOne is often more expensive than other solutions. If a PC is completely overloaded (e.g., memory full), NinjaOne may sometimes no longer be able to retrieve current data.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A major problem for me was the manual patching of systems, which took a lot of time and was often forgotten.

With NinjaOne, patch management is done automatically. Updates are scheduled and installed without my intervention.

  ### 39. Intuitive interface, strong integrations, and fast remote management with clear ROI

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Hardware | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

UI / UX:
The user interface is clear and very intuitive. Switching between different customer environments is seamless, which drastically reduces the onboarding time for new technicians.

Integrations:
NinjaOne works excellently with other solutions. The integrations into common PSA tools and documentation platforms optimize our entire workflow and ensure data consistency across our entire stack.

Performance:
The platform is fast and reliable. Remote management sessions and actions are executed almost in real-time, and the load by the agent on customer systems is impressively low.

Pricing / ROI:
Although NinjaOne is not the cheapest solution on the market, the ROI (Return on Investment) is clear. The efficiency gains from centralized administration and automation easily offset the costs, as we save valuable billable hours every week.

Support / Onboarding:
The onboarding process was simple and helpful. The support team responds quickly and truly understands the technical intricacies of an MSP environment.

AI / Intelligence:
The intelligent alerts and growing automation capabilities of the platform help us transition from reactive to proactive management. Problems are often solved before the customer even notices them.

I particularly like the ability to easily administer and remotely manage multiple customer systems.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Although there is already a solution for ad-hoc support, its implementation is not yet optimal compared to the rest of the dashboard. For customers who do not primarily use NinjaOne (no permanent agent installation), the process for quick support is often too cumbersome or unreliable. A smoother, more user-friendly 'quick support' experience would be desirable here, offering fewer friction points when establishing a connection.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne solves the problem of inefficient management of isolated customer systems. We benefit from enormous time savings in remote maintenance and the ability to scale our business without increasing complexity.

  ### 40. Powerful and Reliable RMM with Great Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like most about NinjaOne is its intuitive UI and solid automation features. It makes it easy to manage and automate tasks like patching, monitoring, and scripting, which saves a lot of daily manual work.
Integrations work reliably, and the platform performs well even with many endpoints. Onboarding was straightforward, and support has been helpful when needed.
From my perspective, it offers good value for the time it saves and the efficiency gains. The built-in smart features also help streamline routine work and improve visibility.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Overall, there are practically no disadvantages compared to the benefits the platform provides.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps us primarily with remote management and monitoring of our customers’ devices. It gives us a centralized view of all endpoints, which makes it much easier to detect and react to issues quickly without needing on-site access.
The automation capabilities are also a big benefit, especially for tasks like patch management, maintenance, and routine system checks. This reduces manual effort and allows us to standardize processes across different customer environments.
Overall, it improves response times, increases efficiency, and helps us manage a larger number of systems with less operational overhead.

  ### 41. Reliable Scripted Automation with Consistent Results

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Evan C. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I like being able to customize actions using scripts that run consistently every time.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Windows and software patches sometimes fail and end up requiring manual intervention, and in some cases I even have to access the machine directly just to complete the patching.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a small MSP, I find that the tools and automation make it easy to access and manage client accounts remotely, quickly, and with control.

  ### 42. Flexible Patch Management with Controlled Install Timing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Larry S. | System Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

We use it for Patch Management , it allows us to manage the install time and the updates we want to install on each computer

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I was not able to get My New A/V software to install . I had to install it one at a time on every computer

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps solve Patch Management and Endpoint Management. This allows us to install patches and manage computers.

  ### 43. NinjaOne Remote

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brenda R. | IT Support Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The remote desk function works really well, I don't lose connection even when the computer I'm remoting into is restarting. I get to choose which monitor I'm looking at just clicking on it (instead of having to adjust manually the vision I want, like I used to with other monitoring platforms), and the chat is very helpful. Also Customer Support works well, I like that I can book a meeting with someone to discuss anything on a videocall, within less than 24 hours.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The only thing I don't like so far is the fact that the default ticket template cannot be modify as of right now. You can have other templates but the employees would have to log in to see them. The default (the one they can access by clicking on the icon in the taskbar's system tray to submit an IT ticket) cannot be edited. An agent told me they were working on it, so I'm looking forward to that.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One problem NinjaOne is solving is having to look for devices information and remote desk functions on one place, and attend IT tickets on another. Now we can have both things in the same platform and so far is been great, I think it saves us a lot of time and effort.

  ### 44. NinjaOne has made our environment a tech breeze!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike B. | Information Technologist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I'm a huge fan of putting the Custom Fields to use through automations and scripts. I suggest anyone who wants to master NinjaOne to become a master in Custom Fields! As a bonus, I really like being able to get into Background Mode to administer the workstations without having to disturb the user. I also like the cross platform functions allowing me to help Windows, Mac and Linux users across our tenant.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I haven't seen any downside. The pricing is fair and the upside is nothing but better access, control and visibility of your environment. If I could improve one thing, it would be adding in more features like host monitoring through PING/SNMP/Probes like PRTG or Zabbix. It would be helpful to be able see maps of your entire network and see problems pop up on a dashboard view. Another thing that I think would be useful are more AI features or a chatbot with visibility into our tenant.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping us to support our end users with instant remote support and from an administrative standpoint we are getting better insights into our software deployment, versioning and updated! We are fairly new to NinjaOne, but we jumped in and are making it better every day.

  ### 45. NinjaOne - a product that works but keeps improving

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The dashboard and other common interfaces for the techs are laid out very intuitively. It allows the techs to see an issue at a glance. The team at NinjaOne is very responsive to feedback and has been continuously improving the product.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There are little gotchas such as not as granular of permissions for user accounts. Also the backup interface seems very bolted onto the main product.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is our main tool to manage client devices. We strive to automate as much as possible to prevent outages and issues for our clients but when the inevitable problem occurs the client can either put in a ticket via the system tray icon or call us and we can quickly and easily remote onto their system and resolve the issue. Ninja has thresholds configured to create tickets and in some cases to notify a tech if a threshold was exceeded. It is integrated with our PSA to provide the techs rich detail when creating the ticket.

  ### 46. Smooth Remote Support with Flexible Device Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leon P. | Junior ICT Support Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Great for remote support. One thing I like is that you can manage devices without fully taking them over like deleting files or running scripts.

Remote access is very smooth and you don’t need somebody’s id to take over their computer.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Sometimes after restarting a computer it takes a minute before you can connect but I think that is more an issue from the pc that it is taking a moment to start up ninja after restarting

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having to ask the user that you are helping for a teamviewer id and password
You only need to know their name or pc name which saves a lot of time on the phone

  ### 47. Responsive, Highly Customizable & Adding New Features All The Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mario A. | Systems Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I have used a similar tools throughout my career in IT and I have found NinjaOne to be one of the most responsive and easy to use. I would also like to point out how simple it was to integrate the tool into our environment and quickly deploy the agents to our various devices. Since our first talk with NinjaOne, up to now where the tool is fully integrated into our environment, we have received the same level of customer support with timely and friendly communication.

Update (7/16/2026): Our organization has really benefited from the visibility and patching functionality NinjaOne provides. Our team has saved a ton of time in tasks that used to be manual.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I would love to see some improvements to the UI of the management portal. Specifically related to getting to certain administrative settings quicker that seem to be a few menus down. We would also like to see more features from the network monitoring side.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for a tool to improve our ability to manage devices in our organization. We have used other tools to deploy apps and manage devices but they always lacked in their ability to be fine tuned and customized to our liking. Not to mention that NinjaOne sends out commands very quickly.

  ### 48. A great tool for endpoint management!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Derek G. | System Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I use NinjaOne every day. I find it more useful than any other tool that I have used in my IT career. NinjaOne. It is simple to implement and integrates with our security software, allowing it to notify my team of security issues. There are many other integrations with other security software and ticketing systems, which are listed on their site.

NinjaOne continues to add more features every few months. The last version introduced custom payloads for Apple MDM, which makes single-app configurations possible and also helps with installing apps that require specific configurations for setup.

Device tags are now available. I can now create tags and apply them to specific devices that will work with automation and device deployment. Unmanaged devices can now be tracked within NinjaOne, such as printers, headsets, phones, and other higher-cost devices, which makes reporting and audits much easier.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I would like to see emails that are formatted in a more legible/readable layout. A lot of notifications are now harder to read and have become a blob of info that makes it hard to find specific information quickly and easily. An example of this is Active Directory notifications. They show as a paragraph of information, and it's very difficult to sort everything out.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Running scripts remotely has helped push multiple devices at once. A remote command prompt makes it easy to run some commands without the users being aware. I enjoy having a simple file manager on individual devices to view, upload, or download files. The ability to look at the overview of a device and see all the resources being utilized, like having a task manager (performance tab) open. I am up to date on the device with the activity log showing useful information about users logging in and out, reboots, network adapters, scripts being run, and whether they were completed with success or failure.

A recent feature that has been released is the ability to deploy Windows images using a bootable USB. You can store the images on a network share or a local storage device. You can have multiple images stored and named through the software when creating the image. I have already used this a few times, and it's a great time saver.

  ### 49. Game-Changer: Snappy UI, Rock-Solid Agent, and Powerful Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Switching to NinjaOne has been a game-changer for my daily workflow as a technician; the snappy UI/UX allows me to jump from a high-level alert to a remote terminal in seconds without the lag I’ve experienced with legacy systems. The performance of the lightweight agent is rock-solid, and the built-in "Ninja Remote" stays stable even on poor connections, while the powerful automation allows me to run custom scanning scripts and diagnostic tools across my entire fleet automatically. Expert-level support that actually understands technical needs, combined with security integrations that feed directly into my dashboard streamlines work and ensures that problems are addressed right away.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

While I don't have any particular issues with the platform to complain about, the only real hurdle when recommending NinjaOne is that they don't list their pricing upfront, which makes the initial research phase a bit more tedious. You can’t just glance at a pricing page to see if it fits your budget; you have to jump on a call for a custom quote. While the value is definitely there once you see the platform in action, it’s an extra step that can be a bit of a barrier for smaller shops or anyone looking for a quick 'buy now' experience."

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne has provided a solution to the "firefighting" cycle of break-fix troubleshooting by giving us the visibility to solve issues before the client even notices. Instead of waiting for a frantic call, the platform’s automated notifications alert us to early signs of system hardware failures, like failing SMART status on a drive or overheating CPUs, allowing us to schedule a quiet replacement rather than dealing with an emergency crash. This proactive approach has streamlined our entire system management strategy; by having a single source of truth for every endpoint, we can push out critical updates or run diagnostic tools across the entire fleet simultaneously. Ultimately, it’s drastically decreased the problem of "reactive IT" by providing the automation and monitoring needed to keep client environments stable and predictable.

  ### 50. A great all in one solution for a lean IT Department

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rudy S. | Director of Information Technology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2023

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The dashboard is very intuitive, the wealth of features that are all under one hood can't be beat. I like that my ticketing system, knowledge base, remote desktop, backups, and EDR system is all under one pane of glass.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Not too many downsides, the team is great about fixing any bugs rathe quickly and listening to its customer base about want's and things that dont work as well as they should.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to enable all workstations are patched efficiently and ensures compliance with patching. NinjaOne allows me to easily deploy machines by running scripts on all devices once they check in with the Ninja agent. It all allows me to easily access individuals' workstations to troubleshoot a myriad of issues they may be experiencing. Most of all Ninja allows me to manage a large number of workstations and automate a number of processes which is important when trying to accomplish more with less payroll. NinjaOne definitely fulfills one of my life mottos which is to work smarter, not harder.
