I love how simple and easy it is to submit expenses on Navan. The built in reminder feautre for both recipts and reviwing the expense make it easy to stay on top iof my expenses while staying organized! You can also use it with Apple Pay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One thing I would improve is when creating the user profile, maybe have a more visible note mentioning that user must enter their info as it appears on their government issued ID (i.e. Passport). This was a mistake I made, I thought I was creating a Navan profile but did not realize that I was creating my traveler profile. I have booked several trips in my short time using Navan and the amount of options ranging from insuring your trip; in the event that there is even the remote possibility that plans could change - to the rewards program; has left me without a negative to write about.
