I like the updates I get on email/slack etc to remind me of checking in, flight status and other important information. I also found the website very easy and intuitive to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't used it enough to notice something I didn't like. So far no issues with the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love scheduling each event for my team and knowing where everyone is, what flights they're taking and expensing each item to the appropriate events taking place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like that I have to use custome service to rebook a hotel just because my dates change, I should be able to do that myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love how easy it is to upload receipts in real time, I'm able to easily do it while at the airport waiting to get on my plane. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much to say here, the app locks up sometimes and I have to restart, but that is rare . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The site and app are easy to use and it is very easy to find what you need! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do not have any complaints about Navan at this time. I dislike AND appriciate the amount of reminders the app sends. Keeps me ontop of things, even if I don't want to be! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Navan is incredibly intuitive and easy to begin booking and reviewing travel. The interface is clean and simple and doesn't feel cumbersome.
The drop-downs between travel, flight, and lodging are easy and accessible. I'm appreciative of the extra layer that helps ensure that you booked the right dates and locations.
I usually book on the computer, but the mobile app is nice in that it mirrors the functionality of the desktop website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wouldn't say it's a dislike, but I wish there was a way to "split an expense" or only account for a certain amount of a transaction.
For example, if I am charged $80 dollars but I'd only like $30 of it to be approved by my organization from a particular receipt Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The most helpful thing about Navan is that getting expenses reimbursed is extremely easy and intuitive. User experience is very streamlined. Accessible via SSO (we use SharePoint). Easy to upload reciepts, it reads the reciept for you and inputs all the necessary info for you so it is really easy to reconcile, there are drop downs for every reason (most likely custom for our organization), and reimbursement is communicated via email instantly once accounting or finance approves it. So simple, very efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I can think of that I dislike about Navan is that while searching, if you change the dates of your trip you have to start an entirely new search, and all sorting and filtering gets cleared. They may have fixed it since the last time I looked, but as of July 2023 that was still the case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The website looks nice but prioritizes form over function. I like that it offers the ability to look at flight and hotel prices from multiple places on one platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do not like having to wait for business expenses to be reimbursed. Previously I had a business card to put all my transactions on. For example, last year I needed a flight to London and a hotel for 10 days. If this was put on my personal card, this would have been close to my limit, plus having to wait the time for reimbursement. I also had problems with the mobile app not linking to my account the first few times I launched it. I had to Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best part of Navan was how fast and easy it was to get a (digital) card and start using it within minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have used Navan for one business trip so far and really cannot think of any downsides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is an awesome tool that is easy to use and rewards you for saving your company money. Booking company and personal travel has never been easier! Notifications on my phone through the app remind me of pending expenses and upcoming travel. I would highly recommend Navan! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No complaints so far. Any hiccups or snags I have hit were from limitations and settings that were controlled by the company I work for. Navan on its on has performed perfectly from what I can tel from my limited use of its features over the past 9 months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Well formatted site. It was easy to navigate to where I needed to go. In follow up for submitting my expenses, it was extremely easy to submit details for reimbursement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My hotel was booked through Navan and is linked to my company's account. Upon arriving, the hotel requested a personal credit card but stated it would not be charged. When I got my statement a few weeks later, the entire week's charges for the room were charged to my card. I would think booking via the company account would ensure costs are pre-covered as this was a significant amount to suddenly find on my personal card. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
