For the most part, the online forms are easily accessible and straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Occasionally it's not obvious how to enter information due to the predetermined form. For example, after a recent hotel stay I was entering my expense into the online form and there was only one space for taxes, yet there were three different types of taxes. I left the tax entry blank and put all the various tax types and info in the comments box at the bottom to assist my administrator in reviewing the expense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I used to save all my receipts from business trips and likely forgot some, missing out on hundreds of dollars. With Navan, I get a notification immediately after a purchase to remind me that I need to upload the receipt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The management side of the app has been a little tricky - especially when I send expenses back, I'm not sure if my reports are able to understand why things are being sent back. It would also be nice to see the exact amount of expenses left to my alloted amount. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how simple the lay out is. Booking business and personal trips is actually fun! I even was able to book a family trip using points that I earned through booking work trips on Navan. I also love how quickly reimbursements go through. I would and have recommended Navan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't have any complaints really. I wish my Navan card worked to pay for parking tickets, for some reason it doesn't work for that and I always have to pay with my personal card and submit for reimbursement. It would also be cool if more hotels were eligible to use points on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Navan makes the reimbursement process seamless. Whenever I'm adding an expense and use the drag and drop feature to upload my receipt, Navan is able to identify the currency, the amount and the merchant without any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The flight tickets booking system needs to improve. The information in regards the ticket I booked was not clear and when I reached out to the Customer Service agent, they weren't able to confirm and I had to contact the airline eventually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The format is great with travel dates and the showing of hotels, have not used flights or rental cars. It is very easy to use and the layout is great, all the important info at a glance.
It's very easy to have people book their own stay, that way you get the hotel and room options to suit each traveler independantly.
Email updates and travel iterary are timely and easy to read.
The per-diem meal tracker is a very nice feature. It lets you claim expenses at the drop of a hat and relays all the info to accounting easily.
Many features are great, like filtering options and expenses and perks. I like that Navan shows what the stay costs after taxes are applied but before you book. The dashboard also shows my perks at a glance.
They have a lot of perks and points for booking rooms and prices are about what Bookings.com and other travel sites have, but with the added ease of personal and businness travel in one. Rewards points are clearly listed and easy to apply. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to start a new trip with the name and dates of travel vrs city and dates. I have found a few hotels were sold out and Navan still said they had 18 rooms, so realtime updating would be nice.
I can't find where to leave a review. would be nice info for co-workers. Have not found how to review the places I have stayed. - I would really like to do so. Also some hotel I can not see the reviews or they were not current of the last 6 mos.
Not updated to current hotel info, example - Hilton now does NOT offer complimentary breakfast at 90% of locations and it STILL says free breakfast on Navan, they quit that a yr ago, it is now $15 and need book the day before.
Not a fan of the time out and refresh for current rates, it erases ALL my selected data for filters, travel dates, location etc. If those things can stay and just the room rates refreshed that would be such a huge improvement.
Not a fan of my points, the major bulk, expiring on 30 days. I thought it was a year, also points are only good for personal travel and not business? Points are my least worry but I feel it is a bunifit I am loosing out on. Just seems deceptive.
What I would like to see is a way to tumps down or keep from seeing certian hotels I don't want to ever stay in again. I forgot I was not pleased with a certian hotel and hated I forgot that and stayed there agin and was more unhapppy, if I had a thumbs down, not just a heart I could remind myself not to stay here again! I love how easy it is to submit reciepts and mileage for reimbursement. There' is nothign to type in as it scans the reciepts and transfers incredibly accurate information, and you get paid fast!
Also, Navan syncs to your calendar to allow you to select the event and or meeting from those listed in your calendar and include those people invited to the meeting on the attendees to the expense report item! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have no complaints thus far as we have only been using the software for about 3 months and I have submitted probably 10 expenses with no issues at all! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the Navan app and how easy it is to upload receipts and plan travel. Specifically, Navan makes it so easy to find receipts directly from your camera roll - which is unlike other expense softwares I've used in the past. I also like the general UX which is pleasing and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like that you can't edit expenses after you've submitted them. Sometimes I realize that I mistyped something or entered something wrong, but I can't go back and edit it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Navan is convenient, easy to use and reliable for my business travel needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Originally, I did not like the chat support but recently needed to rebook several flights during the LA wildfires and the team was great. I was really surpised and happy with how easy the support chat feature was and effecrtive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Navan is extremely easy to use. My company just switched to using Navan and I was able to hit the ground running. I also like how it details the various hotel rates to give you better insight into your options. Easy to use and sends you texts reminding you to check in for flights. Nothing that I can think of. Navan is really easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use. Intuitive UI combined with company-specific restrictions makes me confident when booking travel with my company.
Incentives. I, and more than a few of my coworkers, love the rewards you can earn from booking hotels with Navan. And it's nice to be able to choose between using the rewards for future personal bookings or for gift cards. Huge standout feature of Navan! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Occasionally, there were hiccups with having the company card being "released" to the hotel I booked with. More often than not, it wasn't an issue. However, I can see it confusing or frustrating some people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
