- Navan has both a web as well as a mobile interface, which makes it very convenient for booking trips, and filing expenses on the go.
- Scanning features have improved in the past, and I see the details are captured accurately most of the time.
- I use Navan (previously Trip Actions) almost every month, for my personal and business trips. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If there is one area of improvement, I would recommend an offline GPS support. There are times wherein I have been left stranded during international trips, and since I was yet to purchase an international sim card, I couldn't get help in the true need of the hour.
I am being ambitious while I call this out, but I know this is something the future holds for many organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As someone who travels a lot for work, Navan is by far the best platform I've used to do this! Navan is so easy to book travel, make changes and I trust their recommendations for hotels. Really happy with the experience! I've never used it for personal travel but wouldn't be against trying it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They recently changed how/when to use the rewards cash you earn. It expires much sooner than it used to and can only be used on Navan. It used to be able to be transferred to Amazon gift cards. This is definitely something I'm not super happy with but will still use Navan for work travel. Just as a result, I'm not as motivated to pick the more cost-effective options anymore. Navan and the Navan expense card are a fully integrated system. Items are instantly expensed and paid. I don't have to complete lengthy expense reports.
I use it every day. Customer support is excellent. I have called them 3 times and they are very helpful and US based.
When integrating it into my routine, I was able to start using it immediately, from day 1 it was an improvement.
I also like the Navan rewards program, I get rewards on most stays. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The booking prices sometimes are priceline pricing and you dont get hotel points on those.
Some hotels are higher on there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Navan is the best ravel and expense tool I've ever used. It's very easy to use, intuitive, and allows me to get travel booked and associated expenses submitted effortlessly. I appreciate all the different ways it let's me see available flights and hotels, and the different ways to sort based on what's most relevant to my plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some irrelevant fields (gift card) that make it a bit clunky to begin with, but once you know how to navigate, it's fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that I can use my Navan card for business or pleasure. Equally, I love the ability to earn points and use on future trips. The platform is so user friendly, easy to upload supporting docs, and allows for a seamless process in getting refunded back from my employer. Additionally, I'm able to see all historical data and look up past trips any time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really don't have a dislike. If I had to pick something as an area of opportunity I guess I would just want 1000 more free points! Haha However, truth be told, I've never had a need to contact Customer Service as the app and card have always worked well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how user friendly the platform is. The phone app is super convenient, allowing you to uplaod receipts and do everything available on the desktop internet version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I don't like is there isn't a phone number to call, however, they do have a live chat, which immediately connects you to someone and they will give you a call if phone coordination is needed. Which essentially means there are no dislikes :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love how Navan is a one stop shop for all my expenses within my company. I never how to reach out to a supervisor, accounting, or reception for any expense related questions as Navan truly simplifies it and leaves little to no questioning. It is also very convenient that if and when I travel, I can book flights and hotels on my own terms without having to relay or broker it to another employee Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside (and only a downside to some) is that because Navan is a one stop shop you must book flights and hotels through their portal and not directly with the airline Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that I am able to book everything in 1 portal and not different websites. The 1st time you just need to enter any rewards that you have with hotels, airlines, and car rentals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike that when I sign in and it is supposed to connect to my travel points and car rentals, some of the information went missing and I wasnt aware until I was already traveling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like the ease of booking of trips and entering expenses. I can now manage all my trips and expenses in one ap which is a huge time saver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
i cannot seem to figure out how to add multiple allocations (oracles) when choosing where my expenses go to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I used Navan for my last business trip and it was very easy to get my trip booked. I downloaded the app and it was very convenient to submit expenses as I collected them. The application is very user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I had a little trouble getting my bank account set up. It wasn't connecting and I wasn't getting reimbursed. I had to try it several more times to get it fully working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
