What I like best about Navan is its seamless integration of travel booking and expense management, which saves time. I’ve been using this system for a while and it’s been fantastic. The user interface is intuitive, clean and it makes it so easy to plan my traveling including booking of flights and hotel accomodations. Tracking spending and uploading receipts is simple, especially with the auto capturing of information from the uploaded receipts really save a lot of time. Furthermore, the auto approval and reimbursement have been quicken, and payment is made very quickly! Overall, it’s a great tool that enhances productivity and helps keep things organized. For claims that with partial amount, entering the tax percentage and information can be challenging at times because the calculation behind the scene can differ. But overall, it doesn't cause major issue in the claiming process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's very easy to book, especially during company travel. I easily see which options I can take within policy. I've never had a problem with flights or bookings not being recognized. If I need to change anything with my flight, I'm easily able to do it even if I access the direct travel website. It's not very fussy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I had a flight cancellation and the customer service was not helpful at all. I was able to move my flight through the app and the customer service was not very fast. They were polite, but I think for truly an emergency there should be better options. I was told to cancel the flight and just book with another airline, surely as a travel agency this something they can do for me? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You do not have the ability to change an email address if submitted/invited a guest traveler incorrectly. I accidently added my husband, mother and son to the business account, and now that those emails have received an invite, I can not remove from business to re-invite under the persoanl account. Tech help said they need to create a new email address in order to receive the invite and create an account. Stated that there is not a way for the Navan team to edit/correct the email address and send a new invite. Its difficult enough for my mother and child to maintain one email account, let alone create a new one just to receive and creat a Navan account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
