It has a web application as well as a phone app. Both present the same information, but in proper ways for each device.

"Navan is a dumpster fire"
Not much, I have to use it because my company chose it. It's pretty fast to reimburse, but the input is so painful I'd rather be reimbursed later

What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?

I’ve been using this system for a while and it’s been fantastic. The user interface is intuitive, clean and it makes it so easy to plan my traveling including booking of flights and hotel accomodations. Tracking spending and uploading receipts is simple, especially with the auto capturing of information from the uploaded receipts really save a lot of time. Furthermore, the auto approval and reimbursement have been quicken, and payment is made very quickly! Overall, it’s a great tool that enhances productivity and helps keep things organized. What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?

For claims that with partial amount, entering the tax percentage and information can be challenging at times because the calculation behind the scene can differ. But overall, it doesn't cause major issue in the claiming process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem that I faced the most was I spent a lots of time to scan the receipt and needed to manually key in the information. Again, so quick and easy to use! As soon as you use your card the app ask you to send a receipt. Take a picture and thats it. Youre done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?

It's very easy to book, especially during company travel. I easily see which options I can take within policy. I've never had a problem with flights or bookings not being recognized. If I need to change anything with my flight, I'm easily able to do it even if I access the direct travel website. It's not very fussy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?

I had a flight cancellation and the customer service was not helpful at all. I was able to move my flight through the app and the customer service was not very fast. They were polite, but I think for truly an emergency there should be better options. I was told to cancel the flight and just book with another airline, surely as a travel agency this something they can do for me? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Booking flights and hotels that's within company policy. It's great because they have very clear selection on flights/travel and prices, they can accommodate my preferences, and show me what's within policy or not. Very easy to get work done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how easy it is to Navagate. If I am missing something, I am notified immediately. I use it often to book trips and it is very simple to keep trips organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only recommendation I would give is to have a round trip option when logging milage travel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Navan has consolidated and simplified our travel planning. It has streamlined our group travel planning and made it easier for individuals to book their own travel, specifically on short notice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?

You do not have the ability to change an email address if submitted/invited a guest traveler incorrectly. I accidently added my husband, mother and son to the business account, and now that those emails have received an invite, I can not remove from business to re-invite under the persoanl account. Tech help said they need to create a new email address in order to receive the invite and create an account. Stated that there is not a way for the Navan team to edit/correct the email address and send a new invite. Its difficult enough for my mother and child to maintain one email account, let alone create a new one just to receive and creat a Navan account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
