Navan is so user friendly and great /easy to work with. Our company switched to some other tool and trust me - EVERYONE hated that! So gald we are back to navan Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's really easy to book your flights, hotels and more. Since the company's card is preloaded there, I don't have to think about anything other than my flights and accomodations. The UI is very easy to use, you set up a few things once and that's it, you just browse at the table fo flights and hotels and find the one that is within policy (which Navan makes it really easy to know which ones qualify) and select it.
I like how easy it is to find, view and share your itinerary. It even tells you important travel info in there, very handy!
I also like how it tells you which reward programs I can add to get points on them. The fact that I can get rewards from my business trips is pretty awesome to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes, the website bugs out with things like the date picker not registering my clicks on the picker, instead clicking on something behind it and making me lose my place. If I need to change a flight or reservation I have to go through Navan third party to assist me I can't go right to the ticket counter and address. I don't like that option. I also don't like if there is an expense issue that to dispute I have to completely cancel my card like it's fraud. But it is not fraud. It's usually an error or glitch. But I'm penalized by cancelling my card. It is very time consuming to wait for a new card and use my personal one in the meantime...then have to change my number in every single airline, hotel, car rental etc it is very tedious.
