The website is very easy and user friendly to navigate. If I miss somehting they reach right out to you quickly and efficiently. Downloading my receipts have been so simple and not complicated at all. It is easy to download and then upload documents/ receipts to the website. The ease of it all was amazing and still is amazing. How easy it is to submit receipts, and how quickly I get paid. The AI in the system quickly reads your receipts so you don't have too much to fill out. It is WAY less clunky than other tools and super user friendly. The customer support is also great, they helped me change my flight last minute and they were really friendy. Occasionally, the expense categories can be confusing, making it difficult to choose the most appropriate option.
