Almost everything is automatic. I don't need receipts but when I do the app sends me a notification advising me of such. There is very little I need to do when traveling to ensure everything is paid correctly which lets me focus on the work I'm there to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

How easy it is to use. It's filters when you plan a trip helped finding exactly what I needed and wanted much easier. On top of that they had all airlines available so you don't have to go through multiple websites. Everything was at your finger tips! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the organization of Navan. Being able to create a Trip folder and everything we purchase for that trip goes and stays in that folder. It is easy to integrate and connect Airline and Hotel rewards as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The AI technology scans receipts and plugs in the information for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It isn't intuitive enough to fill out the other fields about the expense. As an example, when I grab breakfast in the mornings with one of my teammates, it should assume what I will fill out, but I would have the ability to change the fields. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think the simplicity and the quickness is by far the best advantage, things like fuel, food, supplies instantly comes up, and you can take a picture of the receipt put your comment in and you're done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honestly, I really don't have anything I dislike about it. I guess the worst I can say is sometimes but not a lot certain gas stations will not instantly pop the expense up for me too take a picture of the receipt and upload, but I think it's more the gas station then, the Navan app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Navan is fast and easy to keep up with expenses without keeping up with the receipts. Just take a picture and submit for approval.Also, its easy to go back and see where you have stayed along with places you like to dine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use to be able to get Amazon credit for saving money but now we only get credit towards personal hotel stays when we usually get points for hotel stays already. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Travel and Expense portal together makes it easier to book for users .

The reimbursements and approval process is quicker.

Booking the travel is easier as the interface is just like any other travel website .

It should give a notification for all the cancellation policies and dates for your travel bookings.

The expense process is so seamless, it's so easy to add on the go so you don't miss any expenses. Very intuitive and easy to use.
