I like using Navan to provide clear limits on what my company will pay for regarding hotels and flights. I also have found the chat-based customer service agents to be extremely helpful any time I have needed help. I was stuck in JFK during the Crowdstrike outage, and the agent I chatted with from Navan to help cancel my remaining flights was teh least stressful part of the day. They were extremely helpful and worked to get my plane tickets canceled and the hotel even agreed to a refund even though I was outside of the refund window. It was very easy to plan my business trip with Navan. The integration with my company and access to my organized travel plan made my job much easier. I also researched tickets outside of Navan, but Navan really offered the most affordable options. I also thought there might be confusion about my name in the email I received from the company I purchased my plane ticket from.
