It has a web application as well as a phone app. Both present the same information, but in proper ways for each device.

Not much, I have to use it because my company chose it. It's pretty fast to reimburse, but the input is so painful I'd rather be reimbursed later

What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?

The program is easy to use; it relieves a lot of stress when making reservations. Also, my experiences with customer service have been pleasant. They seem to be genuinely concerned about my issues and ready to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?

Trying to get credit card authorization information, after-the-fact, can be challenging. Mostly, when disputing with a hotel. However, this may be due to my company policy versus Navan.

The rewards program where credits are earned from hotel bookings is not fair. Originally, they did not expire and now they do (2024). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?

I like how easy and simple the interface is to use. The seemless switching from personal travel to busienss travel. The expense feature works for our company to get reimbursed quickly. And I LOVE the rewards that i get to apply to my personal travel. I've already used it twice for personal travel and once for business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?

I use Navan for business travel and as a HIlton Diamond memebr it allows me to sync to my Hilton Account and get points for my stays. Navam is so easy to use and the APP makes it even easier on the go. It also gives points for certian stays and I have just booked a personal stay and paid for it mostly with my navan points, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can schedule my trips, expenses and use my company's card. Navan is great - for a non-US employee, I can submit my payments without issue and reimburse them in no time. I am in love with trip actions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?

That I can not purchase Bus tickets in México. Also that I cannot do multi travel arrangements with different airplane companies. But other than that, all fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?

Ease of use. Navan imports information it already has from your transactions, making it that much faster to complete expense reports. It also integrates seamlessly with your preffered rewards clubs (Marriott Bonvoy, Delta, etc...), making booking and managing your travel seamless. I've used the customer support team in a pinch when needing to make last minute changes to flights and car rentals... and their ability to make the edits I needed saved me from missing my reservations. What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?

Using the map to find your hotel is not very easy to navigate. I don't think they've figured out the UI for that quite yet, but I'm not sure anyone else has done it better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Easy to suspend or cancel cards and to request new cards.

2. Easy to give access to different roles.

3. Excellent help articles.

1. Downloading the rebate report is complex

It provides data on all applicable flights from multiple airlines. You can also segment based on departure/arrival time, non-stop, and add on hotels right from one view. It lowers the stress of business travel when you already have a lot on your plate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
