It has a web application as well as a phone app. Both present the same information, but in proper ways for each device.

Not much, I have to use it because my company chose it. It's pretty fast to reimburse, but the input is so painful I'd rather be reimbursed later

What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?

There are a million different services that solve this problem. Navan has zero authority with airlines, is subjected to the same wait times as individuals, refuses to process refunds, and has awful customer service. If you're looking to speak with a real person, good luck. Introduces on necessary complexity into company travel with minimal benefits. Do not reccomend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?

The app and the services have been designed keeping in mind the traveler. In today's dynamic world plans are made on short notice, and having an application that empowers your to control your travel and thereby your life is extremely important. Overall it reduces the time required to plan a trip, manage the trip and manage expenses. There are number of features that offer flexibility in activities like uploading receipts or looking for travel options. Extremely mobile friendly and app is made to be used on the go. What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?

I don't dislike anyting specific, however, the app could add more features that allow to modify or correct certain aspects of expense reports. It could also provide some options to report on expenses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ease of use and reducing the amount of time it takes to plan and expense a trip. The mobile interface allows to do these activities on the go, and hence I can do this at times where I am waiting on something or use other unproductive periods into completing these tasks. What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?

Sometimes the price is higher than in other websites - would be nice to see an integration with websites like hotels.com or expedia to earn points on those sites as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?

More than any other platform, or combination of platforms I've used in my career, I find that Navan provides a really accessible and streamlined experience for managing my work trips, and related expensing. Additionally, Navan's rewards program provides really great incentives, and the redemption process couldn't be easier. I've been so pleased with the user experience from end-to-end. What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?

I haven't been successful in having emailed receipts show up as available for attachment. I've also run into issues with my digital Navan card not reflecting reversed charges or authorizations that don't fall off for many weeks (for hotel incidentals for example). I've used Navan now at 2 different organizations and it is the most seamless and easy to use corporate trip planning solution. One of the easiest onboardings and usefulness and navigation of the platform are incredible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Support during trips can be challenging but ultimtely they get the job done. Using the AI agent was very challenging when I was trying to change a flight to avoid a winter storm and it took far too many attempts to reach a real person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
