I didn't know anything about autoresponders or email marketing until about a month ago. I found Moosend to be very user-friendly for a newbie. Support was accessible whenever I needed it. Some pros that have been helping me have complimented how I was able to pick up the integration and design aspects so quickly. I think it has a lot to do with the above-mentioned points. This software has mostly everything covered but my favourite feature is the newsletter builder which helps me easily create newsletter templates with just dragging and dropping. I wish the trial period was slightly longer because for me to try this out with our webinars, I'd need atleast two months.
