Its email campaigns are easy to learn, set up, design, and analyze.

Domain setup is quick, and the audience segmentation is helpful when building email automation drip campaigns.

The AI integration could be improved, and the output could be more helpful overall.

This isn’t a major dislike, but having more direct AI features built into the dashboard—especially while designing emails and creating campaigns—would make the experience smoother and more useful.

The performance tracking interface of the campaigns can be better and more explained.

The platforms makes it easy to execute and track outbound marketing efforts within few clicks.

The setup is easy and the features are well traversable.
The pricing makes it a more better tool with a lot of integrations available to connect along with exports and analysis of the data.

For me it is making my schedule more easier with the campaign scheduling, easy designing and simple tracking of the campaign that saves a lot of my time with priority support that listens and help in terms of any fault.

What I like most about Brevo Tool is how it balances ease of use with powerful functionality. The user interface is very clean and intuitive, especially the drag-and-drop email builder. It genuinely saves time when creating campaigns.

Another big plus is the integrations. It connects smoothly with tools we already use, which makes syncing contacts and tracking performance much easier without relying heavily on developers. In terms of performance, image deliverability has been reliable, and the analytics dashboard gives clear insights into open rates, CTR, and conversions.

From a pricing perspective, it offers solid value compared to other platforms, especially considering the features like email + sms marketing in one place. Also, their onboarding experience is straightforward, and support has been responsive whenever we needed help. 

What stands out additionally is Brevo's AI / Intelligence capabilities. The AI-powered content suggestions and subject line recommendations help speed up campaign creation and improve open rates.

**What do you dislike about Brevo Marketing Platform?**

One drawback of Brevo is that, while the platform is simple to use, several advanced functions (particularly in automation and segmentation) feel constrained when compared to larger enterprise-level technologies. The reporting is adequate, but it might be more thorough for further study.
When working with a huge database, there may be intermittent email sending delays or UI latency. Finally, while the AI elements are useful, they feel basic and should be improved for better personalisation and prediction.

Brevo solves the problem of managing and scaling communication across numerous channels from a single location. Previously, managing email campaigns, SMS, and contact segmentation independently was time-consuming and inefficient. This has helped us save time, improve targeting, and increase engagement rates. We can send more relevant, timely communications instead of generic campaigns, which have resulted in higher open rates, conversions, and overall marketing effectiveness.

I really like that the Brevo Marketing Platform is very easy to use and intuitive. All of the options are listed along the left-hand panel, so I'm easily able to find what I'm doing. None of the options or features are hidden, and I don't have to dig for them. Everything is right on the front page, making it easy to find and easy to use. Also, the initial setup was very easy, and I was able to set it up and send our first email within an hour.

I do feel like designing emails is a little bit clunky. Sometimes the drag and drop doesn't work so well, but that's really my only complaint.

Brevo nails the balance between cost, simplicity, and performance. It’s easy to use, quick to learn, and powerful enough to run serious campaigns without the bloated price tag. Everything just works—and it makes marketing feel a lot less complicated and a lot more effective.

One downside was the initial setup and deliverability requirements. I had to create and authenticate a domain before campaigns would send properly, and early on I ran into rejected statuses and approval delays. While I understand this is for security and sender reputation, it can be a bit confusing and time-consuming if you’re not familiar with domain setup. Once everything was configured correctly, it worked much more smoothly.

From the first moment, I was struck by how intuitive the entire platform was, combined with the power it offers in terms of functionalities. Additionally, it is also offered in Spanish from Spain, and the support as well. And without a doubt, it also has very good prices for everything it offers. The possibility of SMTP gives us the ability to integrate it with another tool we use. It works quickly and is reliable. Its AI services have helped me at times, especially in support, where it has helped me find the information I needed without having to navigate through all the help.

So far, I haven't found anything that has made us regret the decision to use this platform.

What I like most about Brevo is the way it balances simplicity with real functionality. It’s easy to launch campaigns quickly, yet it still offers the depth you need for segmentation, automation, and performance tracking. It doesn’t feel overly technical, so it stays accessible, but it’s also powerful enough to support more complex marketing workflows.

I also really appreciate that it’s an all-in-one platform. Being able to manage email, SMS, automation, and contact data in one place makes a huge difference compared to juggling multiple tools. It streamlines our workflow and keeps everything more organized across campaigns and audiences.

One of the main drawbacks is the design editor. It works well for standard emails, but it can feel a bit limiting when you’re trying to create more custom or highly branded layouts. You sometimes have to use workarounds or switch to HTML to get things exactly how you want.

Reporting is another area that could be stronger. The core metrics are there, but the dashboards aren’t as visual or flexible as some other platforms, especially if you’re trying to quickly pull insights or present performance to a team.

There’s also a bit of a learning curve when it comes to setting up more advanced automations. It’s not overly complicated, but it’s not always as intuitive as it could be when you’re building more complex workflows.

Brevo helps us solve one of the biggest challenges in marketing operations: keeping campaigns, data, and workflows connected without creating more manual work.

Before using Brevo, a lot of our effort went into managing lists, scheduling campaigns, and trying to keep everything aligned across tools. Now, we’re able to centralize email, contact management, and automation in one place, which makes execution much more efficient and consistent.

A big part of that is automation. We can build workflows based on user behavior, engagement, or campaign activity, which allows us to stay responsive without constantly managing every touchpoint manually. It’s especially helpful when running high volumes of campaigns or working across multiple audiences.

Integrations have also made a huge difference. Using tools like Zapier, we’re able to connect Brevo to the rest of our stack and automate processes end-to-end. For example, we can automatically bring in leads from forms or other platforms, sync contact data, and trigger campaigns based on real-time actions—all without manual intervention. Nope, it has largely stayed the same. I have not noticed any new updates recently.

**What do you dislike about Brevo Marketing Platform?**

Just a note saying that I was promise a $50 visa card from Brevo if I completed this survey. So, I spend around 30 minutes of my workday filling out this extensive review, and never heard from Brevo again...Not sure if it was a hoax, or misleading, or what, but I was slightly disappointed by that. 
Otherwise, my experience with the platform remains great. One nice change would be more detailed analytics in automated journeys as far as over all open, click, view, and unsubscribe rates as various points in the journey. You can kinda see it now, but it takes a lot of work digging through everything.

Brevo allows us to build out complex nurture and sales journeys for our cold audiences to engage them and warm them up to our products and services. With the preferences and subcription forms, our customers are able to stay subscribed to certain mailing lists while only getting the emails they care about.

I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist and help manage a small homeopathy clinic. For some time, I used Brevo to send basic email updates like clinic timings, follow-up guidance, and short wellness tips to people who had contacted us.
What I liked most was being able to keep contacts in one place and send the same update to many people at once. Earlier, I had to reply one by one, which took time and sometimes people were missed. With Brevo, I could prepare one clear email and send it to a selected list. This saved time and made communication more consistent. Customer support is Quick and helpful. 

The email editor felt easy for simple clinic messages. I did not need much learning to write and format a basic email. After using it a few times, creating a new email and choosing the right list became quick. This helped when I was handling clinic work and content tasks together.
Another useful part was being able to prepare messages in advance. On busy days, having a ready draft helped me send updates without rushing. This was helpful for weekly wellness tips and common clinic information like timings or follow-up guidance.

Overall, Brevo helped make clinic communication more planned instead of random. It reduced repeated typing, saved time on follow-ups, and helped me share health content in a more organized way through email.

For simple clinic updates and wellness messages, a more direct “quick start” layout for routine email drafts could save time and make everyday use even smoother. Otherwise, the main features work well.

Queries about clinic timings, appointment process, and post-consultation guidance used to stay in different places, and it was easy to miss a follow up. Brevo brings contacts, lists, and campaigns into one place, so I can clearly see who I am sending updates to and when.

The price is also very affordable because we're a nonprofit company. I also appreciate the feature where Brevo Marketing Platform lets you duplicate an email, which is useful if I need to resend something with a similar style. Brevo has strong marketing performance by combining email, SMS, and automation all in one platform, which makes it easy to engage audiences at the right time with the right message. It's built in AI enhances campaigns through smart segmentation and helps us drive better results with less manual effort. I was not with the company during the onboarding but was told it was very easy and quick to be onboarded.

The platform’s UI is engaging and easy to understand, and it integrates smoothly with a WordPress website. The backend is straightforward to manage, and overall performance has been up to the mark. The best part is its quicker self-onboarding flow setup; no assistance or tutorial video is required for me to set up email subscription and push notifications on my website.

After using Brevo for some time now and having tried several other platforms for sending my newsletter before, I have to say: I am absolutely thrilled!

It's not just that the operation is intuitive and easy to understand and that the support has always been friendly and competent, but also the ability to choose a tariff option that suits me and my project, which excites me.

Even the free offering is powerful and simply includes everything needed to start the adventure of newsletter marketing.

For this reason, Brevo is far more than just a simple email marketing tool for me. It is a loyal companion that helps me stay in touch with my readers and thus an indispensable tool that I no longer want to do without!

For anyone looking for a solution that is suitable for both beginners and advanced users, offers first-class support, and includes plenty of great and useful features, I can only recommend Brevo.

The only thing that I personally don't quite like is that Brevo (currently) cannot be connected with the sales platform Digistore24. Other newsletter platforms like Mailchimp, for example, can be integrated there for customers at the time of purchase. However, this is not really a negative point, just something I would personally wish for and it would represent an additional plus point.

I think the best part of Brevo Marketing Platform is the journey builder. It allows me to create conditions and automations, such as running different triggers based on specific conditions like a certain date occurrence. The incoming webhook feature is also great as it automatically includes someone in the journey or opts them out of it yearly. I find Brevo's analytics very useful, providing deep insights like the number of times someone has opened an email or clicked it, along with the inbox type. The initial setup was very easy too.

**What do you like best about Brevo Marketing Platform?**

We're not regular users; we are a little shop, usually using the email campaign part once a year. We started to think about using it more to increase our interaction with our customers by sending newsletters. 
After a while on it, we start to understand how to use it (even if I think it's not really instinctive- it's sometimes difficult for us to understand how it works but we're still practicing) and it's comfortable to let Brevo manage the unsubscribe.
We appreciate connecting Canva to it; it's pretty interesting for us, but for now we didn't try any other integration.
I have nothing to say about performance; it's going well. We don't have a big use, so the performance is good for us.
We are on FreePlan; it's enough for us. Like I said, it's a really little company. We appreciate the possibility to buy SMS credit. It's the only part of our purchase; it's good that we can buy only what we need.
To use the sms campaign we asked for help about it, the person who answered us was clear we understood. I did't know a training part exist I will have a look.
We didn't use the AI features. I can't talk about it.

It's complicate to use sometimes. To find what we want to do and how use it. I spend a lot of time on it before to find my way. Like I said before, it's not so intuitive (to us, maybe it's just us and it's just because we're not regular users).
The part to create a template is also not intuitive some times. It look complete but not easy to use. I don't know if it exist but it could be great to have the possibilities to separately managed the computer and mobile view.

We particularly appreciate the fact Brevo manage the unsubscribe part. I don't know if we're using it correctly but at least for that it's safe.

Sendinblue is the best automation tool for sending emails to a list of contacts. SIB is a user-friendly tool and a time management tool; that is we can schedule the emails whatever time and date before itself, which makes the work goal easier, it's making the work very simple. We can add many subscribers to the list of contacts. A simple and easy-to-use tool for emails, we can add more contacts to send the emails out and also adding extra images, CTA button looks really neat.

The clarity in the menu navigation, making it easy to use. Easily understandable, non-overloaded statistics for campaign evaluation. Few clicks overall until I reach my goal. However, I must say that I haven't tried any other platform before. Brevo was recommended to me and I immediately liked the "tidy" interface. I find everything very intuitive.

For what I need, Brevo is perfect. Therefore, I have not encountered any limits and have nothing to criticize.

How they present pricing feels deceptive. In multiple places, their copy says that with the Standard plan you get up to "1M email sends" and "Up to 500k contacts," but once you sign up you find out you actually only get 5,000 email sends and 2,000 contacts. After that, you have to pay for those extra emails and contacts. They need to scrub their flow and ensure it's very clear to the buyer what the extra costs are going to be upfront and they should update the limits on all their pages. A disappointing experience despite having a good onboarding flow.

We had a very frustrating experience with Brevo Marketing Platform. Right from the start, the UI was not very user-friendly compared to other ESPs we've used in the past. Then it turned out that their delivery rate for our warm subscriber list is terrible - dropping to 68% from Mailchimp's average 97%, even though everything was set up correctly on our end, including domain authentication, etc. On top of that, the reporting features are very basic and minimal.

**What problems is Brevo Marketing Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Brevo Marketing Platform did not solve any problems for us, but instead created them. We wasted a lot of time and energy setting everything up on Brevo just to find out that their delivery rate is so awful that we have to use another ESP just to finish sending out this month's newsletter, so all our subscribers could receive it.

I like the automations of Brevo Marketing Platform because when I create a form, and, for example, when going to a presentation, I can put a QR code, fill out the form, and automatically send an email with the product, like a PDF or a gift I wanted to give. This is not usually done by other services, which I find very valuable. Also, the initial setup was very easy, there was practically no learning curve.

Well, I talked about how I would like to automate automations, I think they can still be improved more, and connected to many more APIs, although I like it a lot, but I would improve that. That and perhaps enhance brand creation more.

It's great that our small marketing and operations team, which doesn't have a legal background, can rely on this feature to turn compliance from a stressful, manual task into a set-it-and-forget-it process. I don't worry about accidentally re-messaging unsubscribed contacts or non-compliant SMS opt-ins because Brevo locks these rules into the tool, making human error impossible. This peace of mind is priceless for our regulated industrial and A&D business. Also, the initial setup of Brevo was surprisingly fast and low-effort for our lean team.

The initial setup was quite easy, and having an account manager to help made it even smoother.
