Moosend Pros and Cons

From where I sit, Moosend has one of the best campaign editors, ease of use, feature sets, and ease of intgrations of any of the email sending systems I've tried and I've had subscriptions to most. I love their reporting dashboard too. Their customer service is via email but the support is quick , helpful and instructive and I've kept this subscription longer than any other. I'm not being myopic, I really can't think of anything I dislike. If I were to nit pik, I would prefer contact management where instead of having one contact replicated in multiple lists, it would be one list of contacts where each contact would be assigned to multiple "campaigns" or "Groups". Also, trying to use the reporting features on tablet or phone is difficult. I think Moosend could improve mobile dashboard compatibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
