Miro has been an incredible tool for organizing and managing the workflows I use on a daily basis at work. Its user-friendly interface and seamless navigation make it easy to stay on top of everything. I’ve been able to keep my tasks, processes, and ideas clearly structured, which significantly boosts my productivity. The platform’s ability to easily move and manipulate content within the app has been a huge help in ensuring that my work remains organized and efficient every day. Overall, Miro is a fantastic platform that has greatly improved how I approach my work tasks and workflow management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far, I haven’t found anything I don’t like about Miro. It has everything I need and is incredibly easy to use. Overall, Miro is a fantastic platform that has greatly improved the way I handle my work tasks and workflow management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The thing(s) that I like most about Miro are the intuitive nature of the experience. The layout and tools sets provided are easily navigable and "just make sense". This is no clearer than when I have a workshop for clients and invite them to participate on the board for various exercises and they don't have questions about how they get started. They just do it. This is such an incredible advantage to other whiteboarding tools that I have used in the past. Additionally, Miro is continuously evolving and improving the capabilities and interactive tools to make the experience for strategists like myself as well as the other people within my company as we work together to solve problems. Miro makes it SO much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There really has not been a "downside" to using Miro. The only issue I have faced was getting our company to understand the need and benefit of us expanding to an enterprise account and not individual accounts. I highly recommend anyone in any company sign on to an enterprise account. The additional access and useability acrosss your organization will be a welcome addition to your communications. Miro allows for easy collaboration between team members. This is the best part of Miro. We recently held a work session that involved a variety of team members all whose input was needed to make the work session a success. The Miro platform allowed for everyone to contribute ahead of time and during the work session. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The lack of ability to print specific selections within the Miro board. This might be an option that I just have not figured out how to work yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Miro is, at its core, a whiteboard designed for remote, collaborative work. I have used it to conduct collaborative workshops with students and colleagues who are widely distributed around the world. It has a wide range of features for capturing, debating, and discussing insights into real-world challenges and developing group insights. The built in tools support effective facilitation even in challenging circumstances, with the option to turn off tracking of comments and allowing anonymous feedback on items. Not a dislike but keep in mind that Miro is not a modelling/mapping tool--I've seen people try to use it as a replacement for tools such as Visio and it doesn't do that well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Miro has always been a great tool for me and my friends in sharing our ideas and references in our film prdouction projects we've been doing at college in Canada. Miro always has all the neccessary tools and collaborative features as it offers. In simple words I would say Miro is a powerful tool that can help you in bringing your vision to life, even if it's for creative projects or business, or even help in individual small projects. Plus, the free feature in the software opens a way for user to try it and see what and how it is, plus if needs an upgrade for the paid features. Plus, if there is any issues, I haven't had anything so far, but if you come across anything the customer service provides the most efficient help you could ask for. And In my case, I use it very frequently and has been helping me in many ways. Also the implementation of easily manageable tools and interface is a great addition. And the factor that the Miro allows us for collboratin over different devices are a great ease fo integation factor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn't anything that I dislike about Miro, Miro offers the best service at it's finest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You can quickly jot down ideas using cards, discuss them with your team, or create timelines for a sprint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. There’s a persistent bug with resizing lines.
2. Layer management is confusing and inconvenient. Using shortcuts or the “bring to front” button often doesn’t work as expected.
3. Importing layouts from Figma and drawing prototypes is cumbersome.
4. Arrow settings don’t retain the previous adjustments, so I constantly have to reconfigure them.
5. I keep pressing Command + R to rename layers, but instead, the page refreshes—even though I’m in the desktop app, not the web version.
6. It lacks screen templates (for web/mobile) to make brainstorming ideas easier.
7. Grouping and ungrouping layers is inconsistent. Sometimes grouping isn’t allowed; other times, it works. Ungrouping always breaks down the entire group into individual elements.
8. During collaborative ideation, if someone accidentally moves a layer and I try to fix it, they can’t undo my adjustment because Command + Z doesn’t work in such cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In my daily work Miro is the number 1 tool for designing workshops, team conversations and collaboration tools.
It's super easy to use, even for first time users. For me as facilitator it offers everything that is needed to design engaging and efficient team workshops. From integrated dot voting, polls, AI features for clustering of data and ideation, it has everything that is needed to support serious product development in teams. Simply love the tool! Could not live without! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is hard to say what i dislike. I use Miro already for several years and observed its evolution very carefully. It became better and better. I see a slight risk that at a certain point it is packed with too many features and that it looses focus. But we are not there yet and i think miro product innovation will take care of it. What I like most about Miro is that it offers an incredibly versatile whiteboard for every type of collaboration. The intuitive and easy-to-use interface makes it particularly easy to share content with others. I often use it for brainstorming and planning new products and services, as well as for interactive workshops and presentations with clients. As a freelancer, I particularly appreciate the good value for money, which provides me with an affordable way to collaborate professionally and efficiently with others. Additionally, I am impressed by the simplicity of implementation, which allows even complex ideas and processes to be quickly visualized and organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I don't like about Miro is the license management. It is somewhat too easy to accidentally incur additional costs, for example by adding team members without having a full overview of the resulting fees. However, the customer support helped very quickly and kindly to resolve the issue, which I really appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Miro has an amazing interface that is intuitive and easy to use, even for first time users. I used Miro in my degree at University and now at our company as well. I have done the Miro courses as well, which provided a lot of insight on feutures that I was not aware of. The drag and drop functionality, templates and collaboration features stand out the most for me. Miro also allows for integration with Jira, which is a software we use for our development and project management team which has created the addition of tickets to the boards of great use and allows us to streamline our workflow. We use it with our clients as well in order to visualise ideas in real time and brainstorm with the client as well as internally. I use Miro daily and it always pinned to my taskbar. I have not yet used the customer support, which is a comment on how well the platform works. Our company has easily been able to implement Miro into our daily functions and meetings. Miro frequently changes the interface and where things are situated on the tabs. An icon or functionality that used to be on the top bar will sometimes move to the side-bar. This has hindered efficiency on occasions. Otherwise, very happy with Miro 99.99% of the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
