What do you like best about Mend?

Very simple to use and quick while at work, which helps my life greatly when in the middle of a busy clinic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mend?

Not being able to connect with a patient when wanting to go into a visit at the time I'm able to. It can be tough to navigate if the patient is late or doesn't know how to use it well and gets disconnected; I cannot get them back on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mend solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mend solves the problem of patients being unable to reach our clinics or too ill to come into the office. It benefits us by bringing us closer to our patients and allowing us to help those who may not have any other ways of getting the help they need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mend?

Mend allows me to stay in the comfort of my home. I can clearly communicate with my doctor just as if I was sitting in her office. There is no lagg or interference during the call and theres always a clear picture. It is extremely easy to use. It gives you clear instructions to follow for testing your device. I've used Mend many times and it's always been wonderful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mend?

When you click on the link to log in it asks for your DOB to verify who you are. Sometimes, even though I entered it correctly it tells me the DOB doesn't match their records. I'm always able to close out of it and click back on the link and get logged in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mend solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mend saves me money as it is free and I don't have to spend money on fuel. Mend also helps keep my family safe from viruses because you can use Mend to see a physician even for urgent care. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
