The biggest thing that stands out to me is their customer service. This is something I have had issues with when using competitors. Of course, the platform has the majority of what we need and we couldnt grow without it. There are many glitches with the software that you don't realize unti you are working in the platform frequently - for example you have to reupload the creative bulksheet with the term "landing page" instead of click through URL.
