Marin saves me a lot of time when I need to edit or duplicate multiple campaigns, ads or ad sets. There are also a lot of useful parameters I can put in place to help optimize campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The reporting suite and automated reports makes client management easier and faster. The social Onboarding team we’re leagues in front of the search team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The cost and account impact is far lower than the sales team would have you believe. Marin is better suited for marginal gain campaigns that need very little interaction. The search onboarding team were difficult to work with and far out stripped by their counterparts on the social team.
The sales team will over sell the product so I would suggest making sure they include earlier break clauses in your agreement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Marin offers a level of management that I've not seen before with other bid management platforms. Its incredibly granular and the system actually makes bid adjustments at the keyword level, instead of assigning default values across entire campaigns or ad groups. The reporting isn't the nicest looking out there for end-clients. For internal reports and alerts, its incredibly robust though. Certainly an area where Marin falls short. However, the reporting feature isn't why you'd use this system. You can easily pair this with a dedicated reporting platform like Report Garden, and turn out INCREDIBLE end client reports, if thats what you need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UI is extremely intuitive, making it simple to find all the data we need. Set up is rather straight-forward and the account team is very helpful and responds quickly. The search functionality can help you identify new opportunities for added revenue and can streamline your daily workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Like most software, there are sometimes glitches unfortunately, or super slow load times - while this doesn't occur often, it does present a burden at times when trying to get data quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their tool is very useful for bidding, however there are far superior tools out there can do even better for your bidding needs and much, much more! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their support was almost non-existent, especially for a customer who was spending as much as we were. Also, their reporting, UI, and Social tools are behind in this industry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
