My only "negative" would be on us and not MaintainX. The system is originally designed for PM at a facility. We are using it for both PM and Reactive; and at this point we have WAY more reactive.

Since we switched to MaintainX, we've managed to do away with paper work orders entirely, which has really helped us streamline our maintenance operations and keep comprehensive records for all our equipment. The platform's reporting features have also made it much simpler to present data and visuals when we're seeking approval for new equipment purchases. Additionally, the recent advancements in AI integration are quite impressive. The only downside, for me, is the fact that there is no long term visual for workorders on the calendar. I would like to see a workorder show visually (like a diminishing "bar" for as long as the W.O. is open, until it's due date.)
