I like the ability to track maintenance and set up recurring tasks and reminders that make it easy for our team to see and complete. I find it's much easier to enter things into MaintainX than to pull out the data. Our team has been able to create reports based on data entered in, but even still, there isn't an easy way to filter the data to what I want to see. It's a bit clunky and time consuming to make sure my team is getting everything done they're supposed to be getting done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

what i like about MaintainX is the way the set up the desktip and mobile phone app access. it is easy for the tech who may not feel smart phone friendly they can pick up the use of the system easy and I get the tracking I need. whan there have been questions my sales rep or the easy hlep liink there is someone there that hleps me quickly or if need they are willin gto set up a online meeting to understan what i need adn hlep me get the result I need. Maintain X has such great features and after doing A LOT of research and testing of other platforms, out performs all that I have found. It is very user friendly (which is helpful for folks who are used to working on the tools and not as much with technology). The support we get is great - from chat to our account manager. They have always tried to work with us to find ways we can utilize the system in a way that works for us. We use it everyday all day for work orders (Reactive), and preventative (PM) and it has been a dream since we implemented it over a year ago now. Pricing is per seat - it would be great if there was a package price for unlimited users or even "up to" 30 or 50 and then after that is X per user etc. It would be nice to be able to access reporting on mobile. For our company, we needed a robust inventory management tool that could function in multiple ways. MaintainX has given us the ability to display information and have accuracy for our product. The system is a very easy to navigate, and provides assistance promptly when an issue arises. With the many cross program functions, our purchasing, Recieving and maintaining has become simpliar. Because every company is different from others, tools that we would need to function a certain way have been adapted. The printing of QR labels is something we would like improved to provide our parts with descriptions and locations printable via sheets of stickers. MaintainX has been able to satisfy all my needs and desires that at a first glance, seemed to be part of a fantasy, but somehow you all managed to make things real. This has satisfied not only myself, as a Head of Maintenance, but also has spread hope in our partners that now, we can have a detailed view and control over our businesses. General ease of use: Extremely mobile friendly and not cumbersome. Incredibly easy to make work orders with a mobile device. Easy to add and edit photos. The fact that MaintainX is so easy to use. It helps me to on know everything that is needed to be done and the level of priority. It also allows me to communicate with my team and other departments. MaintainX has totally changed the way we work. Our shop does custom work for clients and managing all details is crucial to meeting customer expectations. We now collaborate and document all aspects of the job and are able to refer to it anywhere our team is located.

The best thing about MaintainX is the simple and clean presentation of their app and web portal. It is also very customizable. If there are features that you don't need, they can be shut off.
