There is nothing negative I can say about Maintain X. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability to use my phone in the field to update my work orders is a plus. If something goes wrong, I can attach a picture and easily communicate what is wrong. All user's inputs are consolidated on the cloud. Can assign QR codes for inventory labels, so the app can be used to automatically pull up info on it and create a related work order for it. No way to book a job as "the first day of the month". Repeating projects must be scheduled as days, weeks, months, or years apart, so they can accidentally slip into non-work days.
Would like to have nested options on forms (like grayed-out checkboxes linked to a boolean Y/N button Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
