What do you like best about MaintainX?

Maintenance X has been a game-changer for staying organized and on top of work orders. The platform is extremely easy to use, even for someone who isn’t super tech-savvy. Everything is laid out clearly, which makes creating, tracking, and closing work orders simple and stress-free. I especially love how it helps me keep up with tasks in a timely fashion—no more missed requests or forgotten follow-ups. Notifications and updates keep everyone on the same page, which improves communication and efficiency. Overall, Maintenance X has made managing maintenance smoother, faster, and far more reliable. MaintainX gives us immediate visibility into the performance of our equipment, maintenance employees, and all our assets. While our initial goal was to address a single issue, tracking the workload and workflow of our Maintenance Department, we have also managed to solve several other challenges. This tool addresses the issue of not knowing the status of our commercial real estate work orders. With real-time updates, we can stay informed, and the ability to review closed work orders—complete with pictures, receipts, and notes for the maintenance tech—is extremely helpful when following up with tenants. We are hopeful that, in the long term, we will be able to identify all recurring work orders, which should help us prepare a more accurate budget for next year and plan larger projects more effectively.
