MaintainX has a user interface that is intuitive and easy to learn. They have a knowledge base that is similarly easy to navigate and drives the self-training process for new administrators, end-users and technicians alike. The features of the software ensure that it is a powerful solution, that can scale to meet an organizations growing asset heirarchy.

Implementaion is also a breeze if you opt to be guided by one of their expert resources. They will come up with a solid action plan and guide you through the implementation phase, with regular progress check-ins. The expert will also continously ask if you require any further assistance, have any issues or need any additiona information. The only gripe I would have about MaintainX is that they do not have a graphical representation of the asset heirarchy, either in the form of a virtual plant/location layout or diagram.

The thing I like the most about using MaintainX daily besides it's easy navigation, stability, and practicality, is that help is always less than one minute away. I encountered a login issue where I was unable to access the system. My inquiry received a response within one minute and they immediately began work trying to solve my issue. So far I have seen virtually no downside to MaintainX. The system has always worked quickly, efficiently, and has always operated with stability, which equals zero down time. Coming into a company that was still using a carbonfiber filled out form for WO and no real PM work order process, this system has definetly been easy to learn. The ease of implementation is great. Having the great customer support has also made the process extremly happy. Very occasionally, the app will crash while uploading photographs using the smartphone camera, this may well be a device issue though as my field engineers have not raised this issue with me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

MaintainX is great for a lot of reasons that make my job easier. The work order, asset, and procedure management allows my team to do 5 times the work because we are organized. Maybe the best "feature" is the customer service and development team. They are constantly updating the software to make it better for the user. Everytime I notice a feature that could be improved, it seems to get improved with the new update almost everytime. Also, every person I speak with is extremely nice and helpful. Honestly, I cannot think of one downside. If I had to say one thing, I wish the lower levels of the pricing had more of the enterprise features but I understand that there has to be a difference and this does not actually bother me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With MaintainX, all of our operational procedures, assets, parts, repair, prevenative maintenance and training documents are housed here. Has cut down signifigant time for our teams in communication and status of repairs. Helps us schedule our recurring maintenance and assignment of work orders. Completing WO's is a little time consuming. I don't always use Inventoried parts, just my time and some shop misc. stuff that I don't keep track of.
