There are ALOT of times that our work schedule becomes hectic and things do slip our minds to complete the reprts everyday. With the customer support to remind all of us that certain reports are due or over due for completion helps up with less breakdowns on our machinery. Creating work orders is a breeze. The templates are what I like best and everything is customizable. Cutomer support is reliable and gets back to us in less than an hour. I don't like that we need the enterprise plane to do downtime reports. I also would like it if limiting access to part creation, asset creation, etc. was available without the Enterprise plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
MaintainX's ability to customize procedures to cater to the specific needs of our company, while being extremely adaptive to help us comply with the ever-changing regulations in affordable housing, has been an integral part in our success in maintaining a smooth and efficient operation. The user interface is extremely easy to use and is a huge bonus for our staff that are not the most technologically inclined because they find it easy to use. There is not much, if even anything, to dislike about MaintainX. The only thing I would like different is another tier in between the premium and enterprise plans, to satisfy the need for slightly more features without having to pay the much higher price for enterprise when a majority of those features aren't applicable to us. I started using MaintainX when I was the shop manager at a small landscaping company. I quickly fell in love with the ease of use and inventory tracking very quickly. The owners liked the reporting features and that it was super easy to set up and get using. We didn't have a previous solution so this was an absolute game changer for us. After leaving that company I came to a larger construction company and brought MaintainX with me in my position as Inventory and Equipment Manager. I use it numerous times during the day to set up parts purchasing, inventory usage and asset tracking for preventitive maintenace. Using some custom zaps customer support showed me and API calls we were able to tie it into our main accounting software. I highly, highly recommend this, especially for shop and equipment managers! Very user friendly and clear to use. Support team are availabe all the time and are most helpful. There are loads of different functions and can make it a one stop for everything maintenance.
