Kluster Pros and Cons

- Syncs up well with our CRM (Hubspot) with good break down of attainment.

- Ability to add notes for forecast submissions.

- We use a Hybrid Model, and I think the layout facilitates the 2-pronged forecast very well. It's clear.

I would love for Kluster to be more customizable in terms of dashboards to view my statistics. It is good now, I also like the improvement since I started using Kluster. With our setup, we use color-schemes to code how urgent it is to work on certain deals. I don't know exactly what the colors in Kluster mean, but would love to have a guide on that, and the layout in general. Maybe some help to understand inside the dashboards. Forecasting tool is easy to use and intuitive.
