## Weflow Reviews
 ### 1. Weflow changed how I manage my meetings allowing me to focus on the client, not on my notes.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angel Rene L. | Paid Media Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

The absolute best part about Weflow is the peace of mind it gives me. Because I no longer have to worry about taking notes, I can practice truly active listening. It allows me to give 100% of my attention to the client, add more value to the conversation, and make the meetings much more agile.

Beyond that, the AI features are incredible:

Conversational Chat: This is a lifesaver. I can just ask the chat for a summary of pending action items per client for the day or week, and it delivers immediately.

Automated Follow-ups: When you are jumping back-to-back into your 5th meeting of the day, it's so easy to forget the action items from the first one. Weflow completely eliminates this issue by generating tailored follow-up emails based on my specific needs.

Custom Scoring & Methodology: The personalized scoring of our sales approach provides a practical guide that I haven't seen in any other AI tool. It’s an incredibly easy way to scale and standardize the exact type of customer service our company expects.

Prompt Generation: If I need to combine Weflow with other operational AIs, I can just use the transcript or ask the integrated chat to prepare a specific prompt based on the session's comments. It makes my entire workflow significantly faster and easier.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

Everything about Weflow is great. At this time, I don't have anything to dislike.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At Aleph, my days are packed with meetings, and Weflow is solving two major problems for me: heavy back-office work and information retention.

Before, keeping track of everything was a manual and tedious process. Now, the seamless integration with Salesforce automatically logs all my meetings and Google emails directly to the corresponding contact or company. This completely eliminates hours of administrative work. Ultimately, Weflow benefits me by acting as a highly efficient assistant—it takes care of the CRM hygiene, task management, and documentation so I can focus on building better relationships with my clients.

 ### 2. No more writing up notes after client calls

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laszlo P. | Marketing Intern, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

The absolute best part about Weflow is that it automatically summarises every single client call and drops the notes straight into Salesforce. I stopped writing up notes manually for the most time.

The workflow is incredibly seamless. the second the call ends, a highly accurate summary is already waiting for me in the CRM. It saves me hours of tedious work every week.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

Limited task filtering.

You can filter by time or owner, but not by Salesforce account or project. Manually scanning through my entire task list when I just want to focus on one specific client is a hassle. An account-level filter would be a huge upgrade.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Because I manage clients across multiple platforms, my number of meetings, thus my to do list is quite busy. Keeping my CRM hygiene up to date used to be a massive administrative burden. Before Weflow, I was constantly struggling to balance back-to-back meetings with the required post-call data entry. Weflow efficiently solves this bottleneck. Having the AI handle the summaries means I can stay totally on top of my heavy client load without drowning in the admin work. I can finally just focus on the client conversation, knowing the documentation is handled.

 ### 3. Coaching scorecards make my Center of Excellence work data-driven

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Md. Fuad H. | Manager, Strategy & Performance, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

I like that Weflow scores every client conversation against our sales methodology and aggregates the patterns across the team. As Global Performance Lead, I need to see how teams in different regions are actually executing, not what their managers report.

The scorecards tell me which regions are sharp on discovery, which are dropping the close, where coaching is needed. That's the data layer that lets me build enablement programs around real gaps, not anecdote.

I also like that the data persists. I can compare how a region was performing three months ago to today, which lets me measure whether enablement is actually working.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

- App Crashes most of the time on First Login of the day
- Need to Link Salesforce Every single day.
- While Chatting on AI, the app Freezes a bit.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Weflow replaced the old version of CoE work where I was relying on what managers chose to tell me. Half the time their read was wrong because they were too close to the work or too busy to notice patterns. Now I have direct data on what's happening across the global team and where to focus.

The biggest benefit is that I prioritize enablement based on what's actually broken.

 ### 4. Every email and meeting logged to Salesforce automatically

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leslie P. | Director of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

I like that Weflow logs our client emails and meetings straight into Salesforce on its own. Nobody on the team has to remember to log anything, the activity is just there.

That matters a lot in my role because I am rolling this out to people who have close to zero Salesforce experience. With Weflow they do not have to learn the CRM to get their work captured, it happens in the background.

It also means I can see the last time we actually talked to an account without chasing anyone for an update. For an ops person that is a small thing that saves a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

The system does not include standard reportable fields such as "Last Email Date" or "Last Meeting Date" out of the box, which required us to build custom Salesforce flows to capture this data. As system complexity increases, reliability tends to decrease, and we have experienced issues with inconsistent data capture as a result. Additionally, the "Last Open Date" field only functions when the Outlook plugin is used. This represents a required behavior change for the team, and adoption has been low, limiting its usefulness.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Weflow we relied on Einstein Activity capture to log activity in Salesforce, which was in consistent. Our account records were never a reliable picture of what was really going on with a client.

Now the activity capture just runs on its own and our Salesforce data reflects reality. As Director of Operations that is a real time saver, I am not piecing together account history out of inboxes and calendars anymore. I do also like that the data is reportable (after adding in the custom fields and flows).

 ### 5. Instant Account Insights and AI Call Summaries

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** sovershaev . | Client Solutions Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

I appreciate that I can instantly ask Weflow for the latest, comprehensive information on any account and receive it in seconds. This goes beyond mere data logging; it's a complete automation that eliminates the need for manual record-keeping. Weflow automatically captures and syncs all relevant emails and meetings from Google Workspace directly to Salesforce, ensuring the entire account context is always current and immediately accessible.

A critical feature is Conversation Intelligence: immediately after calls (within 2-3 minutes), I receive a concise executive summary, key points, and a ready-to-send follow-up email draft. Crucially, these reports include clear, specific action items (Next Steps), which guarantees that no point is missed and allows me to walk into every subsequent meeting fully prepared. I can also leverage the Weflow AI Agent for deeper analytics, such as assessing the "client trust pulse" based on recordings or analyzing my pipeline.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

would like to see further expanding the capabilities to edit data directly within Weflow

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I manage strategic relationships across multiple markets, where the context per client is both extensive and complex. Previously, this crucial information was fragmented across notes or stored solely in my memory, which significantly slowed down my workflow. Weflow solves this by acting as an indispensable AI assistant. It consolidates all data into a single, searchable repository, providing me with an immediate, holistic view of deal status and account activity.

This radically cuts down on administrative work and meeting preparation time. With automated data capture and post-meeting summaries, I spend less time inputting data and more time focusing on client engagement. This leads to much sharper and more effective conversations, which is vital for managing large, high-profile accounts.

 ### 6. WeFlow Makes Context Switching Across 50+ Client Accounts Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Péter Dávid S. | Vice President, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

I manage 50+ international client accounts. The context switching between them is where things fall through the cracks. Showing up to a call without a clear picture of what we tested last quarter, or what's still open from the previous conversation.
WeFlow fixed this. I ask it for a brief on any account and get back what we last discussed, what we ran, what's unresolved, pulled from my actual calls and emails in seconds. I don't reconstruct the history before each meeting; I just read it.
Across 50+ accounts, that changes how you operate.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

Task filtering is limited. I can sort by ownership or by time window (today, next 7 days, completed), but there's no way to filter by the Salesforce account or project I'm actually working on. When I'm deep in a specific client and want to see only what's relevant to them, I have to scan through everything manually. A project or account-level filter would fix this.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scattered client history. Before WeFlow, piecing together what was happening with an account meant jumping between Salesforce, Slack, and my own notes, hoping I'd written something down at the right moment. Now I just ask WeFlow and the full conversation history, action points and all, comes back immediately. Across 50+ accounts, that's a meaningful amount of time and mental overhead that's simply gone.

 ### 7. Accurate recordings complete my memory

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jorge O. | Sr. Client Partner @ X.com, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

I like that I can pull up any client call and check what we actually agreed. I have a good memory, but I still miss things sometimes: a quote, something that was said, a number, a date, a budget cap, a brief. In a conversation I can be fully engaged and still let details slip by the next afternoon.
Weflow's recordings, transcripts, follow-ups and evaluations are incredibly valuable. So when I wonder "wait, what did we agree on?" it's never something I have to ask the client.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

Honestly, my only gripe is a small one. The Ask AI feature sometimes pulls in information from my team instead of just my own, and even after flagging it, it keeps doing it. But overall, no major complaints.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Weflow closed the gap between client conversations and what I'd actually remember. My follow-through is much sharper because I can verify, consolidate history and conversations with some or all of my clients. Really useful when you have 4 to 6 months of recordings (or more)
all in one place.

 ### 8. Saves hours of administrative work and streamlines daily workflow

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carolina R. | Client Partner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

Weflow bridges the gap between complex CRM data entry and daily workflow efficiency. Its pipeline view gives me a clear, visual breakdown of my accounts instantly. It's stable, fast, and eliminates the tedious, repetitive clicking that usually comes with updating sales data

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

While the integration is generally great, there are moments when syncing highly customized Salesforce fields or complex validation rules takes a bit of troubleshooting. It would be helpful to have even more flexibility in customizing specific layouts for non-standard revenue operations

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Weflow solves the problem of scattered data and slow account research. It has completely streamlined how I look up and investigate new clients I want to contact. Instead of losing time digging through different places, it centralizes key insights quickly, allowing me to understand a prospect's background faster and approach them with a much more tailored and strategic pitch.

 ### 9. Daily Work Flow with WeFlow - How its helping with my CSM Job

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shafayat R. | Marketing Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

I like how it helps me keep track of everything from my client meetings. On days when I have back-to-back meetings, it can be hard to remember and track all the details. This makes it easier for me to review the recordings later and take notes on the key discussions.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

The only issue I think that exists is that it not completely automated.
1. Meeting requests that come from clients on other platforms are not recording
2. I have to log in everytime I want it to track and click on the manual Recording button
3. The Updates don't entirely seem accurate in terms of recording Meeting quantity and number of emails - I have seen a discrepancy of 6+ meetings

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Solving the issue for recording meetings
2. Keeping track of everything
3. Managing team members and their discussions

 ### 10. Accurate Meeting Summaries and Coaching That Keep Me on Track

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Henry K. | Client Partner Lead & Regional Agency Head, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

The feature I like the most is the meeting recording which afterwards give me an accurate summary and coaching more my next meetings. It helps to recap what points that I missed out on or that require my most urgent actions.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

There is no option to delete a recording meeting that never really took off because the client didn't join after having waited for 10 minutes so I think there must be an option to keep or delete the recording if the client fails to join once the meeting has been joined internally.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The AI Ask Weflow has helped me analyse my opportunities as well as compare the products within my ad unit which would the best perform for different verticals. It also which deals in my pipeline have a better chance of closing.

 ### 11. Perfect Integration and Optimization for Sales Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oscar E. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

I love how easy it is to link Weflow with the entire corporate ecosystem, such as email, Salesforce, Meets, and Teams, in a simple and intuitive way. The session recording and transcription feature captures every detail, making it easy to evaluate and review meetings considering each client's history. Additionally, after meetings, the coaching or follow-up email option allows for rating and improving client management by listing tasks and pending items clearly and assertively. Weflow is also excellent for constructing follow-up emails that include specific details in a professional and natural manner, which enhances the way we manage each client. The integration with Salesforce is particularly straightforward, making it an ideal complement for AI-driven sales management. The onboarding process was clear and really simplifies the use of the tool.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

On some occasions with very specific client meetings that are not mapped in the day-to-day management, details can be missed by not being able to include the notetaker.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Weflow facilitates sales management by easily integrating with Salesforce and other services, recording and transcribing meetings to evaluate every detail. Improve clarity in management and follow-up with clients, allowing for more efficient work as a sales executive.

 ### 12. Meeting follow-up drafts let me run more client calls per week

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

The follow-up draft after every call—that’s honestly the whole thing. I used to spend 20–30 minutes after each meeting writing the recap email; now Weflow drafts it for me, and I just review it and hit send. That bottleneck was quietly killing my day, and this has made a noticeable difference.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

Sometimes when I ask for context on a specific call, it pulls in information from other conversations and mixes things up. It doesn't happen all the time, but when it does you have to double-check everything manually — which defeats the point a little.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In sales, the number of real conversations you have per week is everything. My problem was never the calls themselves — it was the admin between them. Notes, Salesforce updates, follow-ups. Weflow takes all of that off my plate, so I can run more calls without my pipeline falling apart. My Salesforce is actually up to date now, which feels like a small miracle.

 ### 13. Streamlined Sales and Meeting Management, Needs Language Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anete A. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

I use Weflow primarily for managing my sales pipeline and ensuring a smooth workflow for my team. I like that Weflow can record the calls and provides transcripts, making them very valuable. It helps me a lot when I need to recall details from my meetings, as I don't need to remember or note them down manually. I can just go back in Weflow and see all the details, which is really helpful. The setup was pretty easy too, as I just logged in with my Google credentials, and everything was clear for me.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

Sometimes the Latvian language is not working so well. I would suggest improving support not only for English, but also for smaller country languages.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Weflow to manage my sales pipeline and ensure a smooth workflow for my team. It automatically tracks my activities, eliminating the need for manual work.

 ### 14. Ask Weflow Makes Meeting Recordings and Action Points Easy to Search

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Barnabás K. | Client Solutions Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

I like the Ask Weflow feature the most. Because it keeps all my meeting recordings and transcripts in its database, I can quickly search for the action points I need to follow up on after a strategic discussion, prepare for upcoming meetings, or look up specific details that were discussed.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

Weflow sometimes struggles with transcripts - Hungarian, in particular, still seems to be a tough one for it. It's pretty confident with English, though.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I tend to be forgetful, so I rely heavily on my notes. With Weflow, I can focus more on the actual discussion with the client and stay present, since it saves me from having to create notes myself.

 ### 15. Weflow: recorded calls and AI transcriptions that make it easy to remember agreements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mairem M. | Analista de medios, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

I like that Weflow records all calls with clients and that the transcription can be searched with the AI assistant. I'm not very good at remembering details, so when a client asks me if we reached an agreement two weeks ago, I simply check it.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

few automations have character limits

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solve my forgetfulness problem. The action points, the commitments, the things we agreed to try, everything remains accurate because it's in the recordings, not in my head. As a result, my follow-up with clients is much more effective.

 ### 16. Great Meeting Recording with Clear, Readable Summaries

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pauls P. | CEE X Performance Director, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

The meeting recording feature is great, especially the ability for a client who joins the meeting to revoke consent. It makes recording sessions simple, and the recordings are then summarized in a clear, readable format for easy review.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

Sometimes the connection breaks if multiple salesforce accounts are used at the same time.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- summarizing meetings for a brief overview
- giving insights as to what could be improved in sales employees
- giving an easy overview of what meetings have been recorded, with filtering options by platform or employee

 ### 17. Fast and Easy to Use, but Meeting Context Can Limit Insight Quality

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ludomir W. | Senior Client Partner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

speed combined with accuracy, easy to use, good panel

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

biggest issue is tat it has problem with reading the right context of the meeting and therefore quality of insights and coaching offered is dubious.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can watch my meetings and analyze them in almost real time; helps to find thing fast and easily withing my organization

 ### 18. Great call recording, but the AI still needs a lot of work

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

I like that Weflow records every client call. I used to be a furious note-taker and miss half the conversation. Now I just stay in the call. The transcript catches everything.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

AI is not good, needs a lot of work from the engeneers to make it useful

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Weflow gave me back attention. Less time looking at my notes, more time looking at the client.

 ### 19. Never lose track of what a client said

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

Weflow records every client call and the transcript is searchable using Weflow Ask AI. When I need to check what we agreed, I just look it up.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

AI coach sometimes doesn't work well, especially in internal meetins

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to rely on my own notes and miss things. Now the detail is in the recording, not in my memory.

 ### 20. Excellent for Post-Meeting Structure, Scoring, and Client Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

I like the way it helps structure the information after a meeting, along with the scoring and the support it provides for client interactions.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

Nothing to report—it's working just fine. We’re curious to see what new features are coming next.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeps tracking of all the clients onboarding process, keeps all the details in one place and helps me saving time

 ### 21. A Personal Work Assistant That Streamlines Meetings and CRM Sync

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

It’s a really great tool that works like a personal work assistant for me. It helps keep track of all my meetings, syncs everything seamlessly with our CRM system, and automatically creates detailed meeting summaries and follow-ups. It saves a lot of time on admin tasks, helps me stay organized, and makes communication and workflow management much more efficient throughout the day.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

Sometimes, when we have meetings in Latvian, there are some mismatches.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time optimization- this is exactly what we’re looking for to free up more time, and Weflow really helps with that.

 ### 22. Client-Ready Meeting Summaries and Instant Notes

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kamil G. | European Programmatic Lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

The strongest part is the meeting summary, which captures the most important topics, areas, and insights. It’s almost ready to send to the client. My notes are also ready right after I finish the meeting.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

Well, the coaching timing isn’t really appropriate, especially for strong technical meetings.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Now I can save much mor time!

 ### 23. Empowers Salesforce with AI & Seamless Follow-Ups

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

I use Weflow for understanding lead potential, managing my pipelines, learning from meetings, making follow-ups, and coaching. What I really like is using the AI chat for summarizing activities, pipelines, and follow-ups. I also appreciate sharing meetings with my team and the tool is an amazing asset for follow-up emails and AI chat.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

Sometimes it was buggy, but that's part of the game, I believe.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Weflow helps me oversee all activities in the pipeline, speeds up follow-up processes, and allows for sharing meetings with my team.

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

It is helping us be more time efficient by creating meeting notes, recording meetings for transparency and logging emails.

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

the call recordings and seeing how long each one spoke

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

that it can feel intrusive sometimes like it tracks all of your activity

its making sales strategy refining much easier, faster, and helps to learn from call to call how to communicate better

 ### 28. Weflow - Simplifying Salesforce Administration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert V. | Director of Sales - Utilities, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

As a Sales Director, Weflow has helped me forecast more reliably while saving a significant amount of time. Besides that, in enabled me to always have an overview over the pipeline without having to deal with Salesforce’s displeasing interface. WeFlow also adds a number of useful views that help me better identify risks early on. Overall, it has saved me a tremendous amount of time in updating forecasts and tracking changes through their google extension and the two-way integration with Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

SO far my experience with Weflow has been an exercise in satisfaction. I can't think of any "must-have" items that it is missing today.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Weflow's seamless integration with Salesforce ensures that our data is always up-to-date and accurate. This has been a game-changer for us, especially in the realm of forecasting. Before using WeFlow, tracking and analyzing forecasts could be time-consuming and burdensome. Further, due to incomplete or outdated data, managing large numbers of complex, enterprise-scale opportunities was a challenge, leaving me conserned that something would be missed. Weflow has simplified this process, and provided me with real-time insights that enable me to make the right decisions in the right moment.

**Official Response from Janis Zech:**

> Hi Robert,

Happy to hear that WeFlow helps you identifying risks and save time. Let us know if features come to your mind that you would like to see.

Thanks for your feedback!
Janis

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Forecasting it's always hard to track and analised if the data it's incomplete or up to date, we flow help us keep this up to date on a very simple way.

Pipeline Management was hard to get it right since the visibility into deals was not accurate and up to date, we flow really stands out with their auomation tracking and seemless updated options on a deal level with our CRM.

 ### 30. Connecting Sales and Revenue Teams - Ensuring Effective Workflows from A-Z

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

As a founder, I found that WeFlow combines the best of Sales enablement, management tools and forecasting in one tool, which helped our sales / revenue team connect way better. The Sales reps update contact/ deal data much more now as it goes seamless and quick for them, which means that data hygiene improved tremendously.

This makes it easier for revenue to have an overview over the pipeline, be aware where opportunities and risks lie and make way more accurate forecasts, also directly through the forecasting in WeFlow. All in all, streamlines a seamless workflow from A-Z for Revenue and Sales. Great UX and UI, especially in comparison to salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

Our sales reps would like to see an embedded dialing feature in the extension.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fixed gaps in pipeline overview/forecasting caused by outdated or missing deal and contact details. Now, all important data is always up-to-date and all in one place (in Weflow but also Salesforce at the same time). Pipeline overview and accurate forecasting with ease.

**Official Response from Janis Zech:**

> Good to hear that you could improve data hygiene and make more accurate forecasts! 🙌 Stay posted for what else is to come.

 ### 31. Saves tons of time on admin

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alisson C. | GTM UK team - Senior Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

It's really easy to use, and has considerably reduced my admin time. We use Salesforce internally, and updating opportunities, forecasts and accounts always takes ages, you don't always have edit rights on lists, and it's frankly unintuitive! We implemented WeFlow and integrated it with SF and I can now update all my opps interactively, instantly, and have a really clean view of all of my opps.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

There is a small lag when a new field is created on Salesforce, it doesn't instantly sync with WeFlow. But it hasn't been a massive issue and it's the only dislike I can think of ...

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reducing admin, streamlining workflows. I can spend more time working on meaningful and impact full activities

**Official Response from Janis Zech:**

> Hey Alisson,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! 🌟 Great to hear that you could drastically reduce the time for admin tasks and find the experience intuitive and clean. Of course, our engineering team is constantly working to decrease the time needed for syncing.

We hope we can keep making your life easier!

 ### 32. Considerably reduced my admin time

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam F. | Mid Market Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

Hands down it has to be how much time it saves me spent updating Salesforce. As an AE I've usually got back to back meetings and calls all day, the few hours a week Weflow gives back to me is so valuable. No more wasting time toggling between salesforce and other sheets to keep my pipeline organised and CRM up to date.

I also appreciate the simplicity of the UI - its just brilliant and love the ease at which I can view and fly through any required updates. Super easy to connect an get started with. I understood and took to it in minutes. Overall it just helps me operate with much more focus and efficiency - to the point where I now actually enjoy updating my pipeline. I hardly use Salesforce directly at all nowadays.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

Honestly there's not much, but if I had to stretch to find something, I wish the mobile app worked a bit snappier. But that's really nitpicking - it still gets the job done from anywhere. And I know they're constantly improving based on user feedback, so it's bound to get even better.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an account executive, my top priority is closing deals and hitting my sales targets. However, I was finding it really challenging to keep on top of all the admin that entails, like updating opportunity stages and deal notes in our CRM.

Weflow has solved this problem for me in a few key ways:

It integrates seamlessly with my CRM (Salesforce in my case) to automatically sync updates. This saves me hours each week that I can now spend actually selling.

The templates and guided fields mean I can capture all necessary deal info quickly without wasting time reformatting.

Signals and alerts highlight any risks or changes to deals so I can proactively address issues rather than being caught off guard.

Insights into how my pipeline and performance compare over time help me optimize my process.

With Weflow taking care of the admin burden behind the scenes, I now have the time, data and visibility to focus my efforts where it really counts - managing deals from opportunity to close.

**Official Response from Janis Zech:**

> Hi Sam,

Great to hear your feedback! 🙏
We're glad that WeFlow can save you several hours a week and was super easy to implement, integrating seamlessly with Salesforce. We appreciate your feedback on the mobile app and are continuously working to improve it. Thanks again!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen L. | Managing Principal, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

In my daily practice I can easily create new contacts, tasks and opportunities, as well as update records - all without leaving the app or website I am focused on.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

I have not found a flaw in this product as of this moment.
I'll keep you posted!

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Continuous flow of work tasks across multiple platforms, apps and websites is a breeze. Weflow sits in the background, eagerly waiting for important customer and account contact information to be properly placed in my CRM.

 ### 34. Time reducing for admin actions !

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexis K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

This software is very easy to use and has greatly reduced the time I spend on administrative tasks. Internally, we use Salesforce, but updating opportunities, forecasts, and accounts is often time-consuming, in addition to problems with write access and a lack of intuitiveness. We decided to use WeFlow and connect it with Salesforce. We also use it every day to automate the task creation based on activities sent from Gmail.
We also receive some explanation on 'How to use' from the Customer support.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

At this time there is nothing that I dislike for the available functionalities.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The email activities logging as record in Salesforce is not available with standard feature. Weflow allow us to bypass this

**Official Response from Janis Zech:**

> Hi Alexis,

Happy that you like the email activities logging feature and also had a good experience with our support. Keep us posted on functionalities you are missing! Thanks for taking the time to give us feedback.

Cheers,
Janis

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

While WeFlow offers an impressive array of features and benefits, there are a few areas that some users might find less appealing or could potentially be improved upon:

Learning Curve: For users who are new to task management and workflow tools, WeFlow's initial learning curve might feel a bit steep. The abundance of features and customization options could be overwhelming at first, leading to some confusion and requiring time to become fully accustomed to the platform.
Mobile App Experience: While WeFlow's web interface is robust and well-designed, the mobile app experience might be less polished in comparison. Some users have reported occasional glitches, slower performance, or a slightly less intuitive user interface on mobile devices.
Pricing Structure: WeFlow offers different pricing tiers with varying features, which is common among similar software. However, some users might find the pricing slightly higher compared to competing tools, especially if they require advanced features that are only available in higher-priced plans.
Limited Offline Access: WeFlow's dependency on an internet connection could be a drawback for users who need to access their tasks and workflows while offline. A more robust offline mode or synchronization functionality could be beneficial for those working in environments with intermittent internet connectivity.
Integration Depth: While WeFlow boasts integrations with several popular apps and services, some users might find that certain integrations lack depth or customization options. Improving the depth and flexibility of integrations could make the platform even more versatile for a broader range of users.
Customer Support: While WeFlow offers customer support, some users have reported mixed experiences with response times and issue resolution. Enhancing the responsiveness and effectiveness of customer support could lead to a more positive overall user experience.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Task and Pipeline Management: Sales managers often have to juggle multiple leads, deals, and tasks simultaneously. WeFlow's task management and pipeline tracking features help sales managers organize and prioritize their workload. This ensures that no opportunities fall through the cracks, leading to improved sales conversion rates and revenue.
Collaboration and Communication: Sales is a collaborative effort involving various team members, from sales representatives to marketing and support. WeFlow's collaboration tools allow sales managers to seamlessly communicate with team members, share updates, assign tasks, and provide real-time feedback. This streamlines the sales process, enhances teamwork, and accelerates deal closures.
Time Management and Productivity: Sales managers often face time constraints and the pressure to meet targets. WeFlow's time management features, including task prioritization, scheduling, and productivity insights, help sales managers allocate their time effectively. This results in improved productivity, better use of resources, and the ability to focus on high-impact activities.
Analytics and Reporting: WeFlow's analytics capabilities offer sales managers valuable insights into their team's performance, deal progression, and individual contributions. This data-driven approach allows sales managers to identify strengths, weaknesses, and bottlenecks in the sales process. By leveraging these insights, sales managers can make informed decisions to optimize sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
Workflow Customization: Every sales team operates differently, and customization is crucial. WeFlow's ability to tailor workflows and processes to the specific needs of a sales team is highly beneficial. Sales managers can configure WeFlow to mirror their unique sales process, ensuring that the platform aligns seamlessly with their team's workflow

 ### 36. Productivity Boost for Salesforce-Ninjas!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter M. | Enterprise Account Director DACH, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

I am impressed by the great usability and speed at which Salesforce lists can be updated & edited. There is everything I need from Salesforce without the hassle of building cumbersome reports or dashboards.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

There is still some areas within Salesforce that provide a better overview - like stages in opportunities or for lead management that could be visualised better.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Weflow provides an unmatched usability when it comes to creating editable salesforce lists/reports to handle opportunities, leads & prospects, but also existing accounts and contacts. My weekly activity and pipeline update has never been so easy.

 ### 37. Great product, super helpful team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ian U. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

The interface is so easy to use. I save so much time using Weflow rather than Salesforce directly.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

Some very minor workflow tweaks I would like to see. I've shared the feedback and the team has been incredibly responsive in responding and fixing.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Weflow primarily helps me save a few hours a week by being a much cleaner, faster alternative to Salesforce. SF is so slow and clunky.

The Deal Quality/Forecast/Signals features also allow me to better understand my company's deals, evaluate pipeline and flag missing info, ultimately leading to better performance.

**Official Response from Janis Zech:**

> Hey Ian,

Good to hear that you are happy with the product and our support 😇 We're glad that you could improve forecasting and better see signals while saving time using WeFlow.

Thanks again for taking time to share your feedback 🙏🏻 It helps us a lot.

Cheers,
Janis

 ### 38. Great Tool to help having a Salesforce updated!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kamel K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

I like the UI and the UX. It is intuitive and straight to the point. Moreover, you can have dashboards, reports prepared from the admin and let the Account Executive focused on their business.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

For a Salesforce expert that know the platform very well, you can feel frustated because you can't obviously and intentionnally do everything you can do within the main interface.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Make any Sales reps completing information with emails, notes, and more, automatically uploaded in the CRM. You don't waste time in repetitive tasks, Weflow does it for you.

 ### 39. fast and easy to use

the easy UI, where I am able to do everything I need

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

so far nothing, I will definetly let you know if there is a problem

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Weflow is solving the problem of not being able have a clear visibility of my current deals

 ### 40. A game-changing tool that helps streamline your sales process!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kole S. | Growth Account Executive 2, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

Its automated logging, updates, and processes streamline everything, saving me valuable time. The platform's automated insights increase visibility, empowering me to make informed decisions. With Weflow, I close more deals efficiently. Also, the UI is beautiful. It's a game-changer!

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

While it's difficult to find anything to dislike about this platform, if I had to mention a minor aspect, it would be that WeFlow is newer, so there are some bugs. However, WeFlow always catches them in a timely manner.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Weflow effectively solves the problem of inefficient sales processes by streamlining tasks, automating logging and updates, providing automated insights, and saving time. It addresses the challenges of manual data entry, time-consuming analysis, and lack of visibility, ultimately helping me increase productivity, make informed decisions, and close more deals.

**Official Response from Janis Zech:**

> "With Weflow, I close more deals efficiently." - we love that! ✨

Thanks for your fantastic review and feedback, Kole.

 ### 41. Weflow combines many of my favorite features from its competitors into one

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zachary H. | Director of Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

I like that they give you special categories not found in SF designed to help you understand more about your pipeline. I wish they had more; it's the competitive advantage of using something like Weflow.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

I don't like that their significant tenet is connecting email. And that you need your office admin to approve it. My office admin doesn't want to approve non-corporate items, and if I'm trying to get ahead, I need to be able to work independently of them and leverage all the tools I can.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Viewing the pipeline as a spreadsheet helps move through deals quickly and efficiently. It makes me much more productive because I can do things a lot faster than in SFDC.

**Official Response from Janis Zech:**

> Hey Zachary,

Thanks for your valuable feedback.🙏

We're glad to see that our Weflow fields help you understand more about your pipeline. We'll soon introduce new features for even more pipeline insights. Excited to hear your feedback once launched.

Also thanks for pinpointing areas for improvement. The email and calendar integrations are certainly an essential part of Weflow that not only make activity logging faster but also ensure better Salesforce data hygiene. We understand that some teams require admin approval to make it work so if there's any way to support you (or your admin), please let us know via hello@getweflow.com 👈

Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience.

 ### 42. Get and stay in your sales flow!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

We all want to have frictionless workflows that allow us to work how we work best. To get into our flow state. But how often do you hear sellers say Salesforce supports this? Likely never. Inevitably you're subject to the "sales police" that constantly keep an orderly Salesforce instance by reminding sellers to work in a certain way. If this is your reality, then Weflow is your solution. Weflow allows sellers to work how they work best. If a person is visual, then they can view their pipeline in a Kanban view. If they prefer to email directly from Gmail, no problem. The activity can automatically be logged in Salesforce. Weflow creates an almost ambient/ubiquitous interface for Salesforce that, at least for me, has dramatically increased the amount of data I store within Salesforce. It's also allowed me to manage my pipeline in a much more efficient way.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

I'd like to see more browser extension support. I believe it only supports Chrome browsers at the moment.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As already noted, Weflow embeds Salesforce within the tools and services that I use to get work done. No longer do I have to context switch out of an app, log into Salesforce, click through a bunch of screens - all just to update an opportunity.

**Official Response from Janis Zech:**

> Awesome review, thank you! 🙏

Many teams that implemented Weflow report the same before-and-after pipeline management experience. Glad to see how we were able to help you update Salesforce faster and foster better data hygiene.

 ### 43. Helpful add on to your Salesforce ecosystem

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pablo G. | Senior Director of Sales Operations, Computer Software, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

Weflow absolutely has added value in that it brings a cleaner UX to all things Pipeline management. A more modern, sleek, UI with tabular list views is helpful.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

I ultimately ended up not pursuing this in my org for a couple of reasons: the cost, relative to the benefit is a bit high and we have a ton of validations in opportunity fields making some of the updates through the Weflow UI unviable. I am still a fan and encourage the team t continue developing this - particularly interested to see AI capabilites in the conversation itelligence realm.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Beneficial to simplify, modernize , and augment user interaction and adoption with CRM.

**Official Response from Janis Zech:**

> Hi Pablo!

Great to hear that WeFlow could help you increase Salesforce adoption and improve pipeline management.🙌
Thanks for your open feedback in regards to the validations. WeFlow does support validations, but if there is anything in specific you are missing to make this feature more seamless, we would be happy if you would let us know via hello@getweflow.com.

Feel free to follow us on LinkedIn and Co. to hear about updates and new features coming! 🚀

 ### 44. A powerful tool to get SFDC work done & gain deal visibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leora B. | VP Marketing, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

Weflow cuts down the number of hours I spend in SFDC. Being able to intuitively create pipeline views and different templates (notes, sidebar, etc.) is one of my favorite features. Rather than having to navigate back and forth between different SFDC pages and reports, I can quickly filter down and organize the views with the fields I need. Super helpful for opportunity management or doing pipeline reviews. On top, the different Weflow fields (waning fields, activities, etc.) give me better visibility into deals.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

I would not say that there is something that I dislike. As a young company, they are super quick in personal customer service and have time to walk you through different features

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Weflow amplifies opportunity management in Salesforce and allows for better pipeline and deal visibility. It elevates my daily work as it allows me to update my pipeline faster (through note or sidebar templates or by using the Chrome Extension, etc.).

**Official Response from Janis Zech:**

> Hey Leora,

Thanks for your fantastic review. Great to see how Weflow helps you with opportunity management and deal visibility. 🔭

If there's any way we can help, let us know at hello@getweflow.com

Thanks again!

 ### 45. Easy to use opportunity management and SFDC workflows

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Etienne S. | Head of Customer Success, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

I have all my SFDC opportunities, notes, activities in one place and can easily create filter views that coverexactly my needs. Also being able to edit everything in-line is massively useful for me and saves me and my team a ton of work.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

It's less of off a dislike and more a feature request. I believe complex oppty workflows/playbooks are not yet being included such as MEDDIC playbook e.g. which would add addditional value

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Main problem being solves is that my team and I do not need to login into SFDC anymore to update our opportunities and accounts. Everything is in one place and easy to edit and usable for forecasting.

**Official Response from Janis Zech:**

> Hi Etienne,

Thanks for your awesome feedback. Great to see how you use Weflow to swiftly manage your opportunities, create different views, and prepare your forecasting. 🙌

Regarding your point on reflecting MEDDIC (or any other sales methodology) with Weflow: most of our users actually do so! For instance, you can set up different templates (notes, pipeline view, side panel) that entail the relevant MEDDIC fields. Setting this up only takes a few minutes and allows you to quickly update and observe MEDDIC fields. Of course, we're constantly improving the use of playbooks with Wefow - stay tuned for what's to come.

If you have questions about the setup, let us know at hello@getweflow.com.

Again, thanks for your feedback.🙏

 ### 46. Manage your Salesforce Data 10x Easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brett J. | Senior Business Development Rep , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

Able to do bulk updates that used to take half a day; now, it is done in under a minute. Considerable savings in time.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

Tools like outreach and inContact are not integrated into Weflow, so you have to go back to Salesforce to contact the customer. In addition, I would like to have the Home page be a dashboard to show contacts, tasks, and accounts, which are my priority.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving me time in processes that take hours in Salesforce can be done within seconds on Weflow. I can customize the data I need to see quickly to be efficient at my job.

**Official Response from Janis Zech:**

> Hey Brett,

Appreciate your awesome review and your valuable feedback!

It's great to see how Weflow gives you back time to move deals instead of updating Salesforce.🌟

Regarding the home page - you can access your personal home page via:

app.getweflow.app/home

This dashboard currently entails your saved pipeline views, notes, tasks, and inbox. However, we're constantly working on improving it and making it more relevant to your specific needs. Let us take it from here, along with your feedback on the integrations. In any case, feel free to shoot us an email at hello@getweflow.com if you have more feedback or need any help setting up your instance.

Again, thanks for sharing your experience with Weflow!

The ability to edit Salesforce accounts, contacts, and leads directly from the browser view not only saves a lot of time by eliminating the need to access Salesforce separately, but the various reports, dashboards, and views are why I love using Weflow. I have all the information I need about my accounts and leads at any time, and it's much more transparent than in Salesforce itself.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

There is actually nothing I don't like. In the beginning, it took me some time to get used to the new view and the different way of working. However, when I did, after a very short period of time, I haven't found any aspects that I don't like.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working with Weflow saves me from having to access Salesforce directly, which always took a long time due to the large amount of data in Salesforce. Furthermore, I can process several different accounts, opportunities and leads very quickly without being interrupted by loading times. The resulting time savings have already had a significant positive impact on my workload in the first week.

**Official Response from Janis Zech:**

> Hey Niklas,

Appreciate your kind words and feedback.

Cool to see that you got so much out of Weflow in such a short amount of time. Layering reports on top of fast Salesforce updates is certainly a great step to ace your pipeline. 🌟

 ### 49. The best UX experience with the power of Salesforce!

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

As an account manager, I've found that Weflow's Salesforce command centre has been a game changer for me. What I like best is how easy it is to look at my contacts and manage my follow-ups.

Before using Weflow, I was constantly clicking around Salesforce, trying to find the information I needed. It was time-consuming and often frustrating. But with Weflow, everything is laid out clearly and concisely, making it easy to stay on top of my accounts.

One example that comes to mind is when I had a call scheduled with a key account, but I had forgotten to prepare for it. With Weflow, I quickly reviewed my notes and past interactions with the account, as Weflow has a better overview layout, so I felt more prepared for the call. Everything went so smoothly and I felt more confident in my ability to manage the account.

Overall, I highly recommend Weflow to anyone who needs to manage their Salesforce pipeline, notes, and tasks. It's made my job as an account manager much easier and less cluttered.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

While I generally find Weflow to be a very useful tool for managing my Salesforce tasks, notes, and pipeline, there are a few things that I think could be improved. For example, I have noticed that some of the features can be a bit buggy at times, which can be frustrating when I am trying to get work done quickly. Additionally, while the task manager is helpful, I sometimes wish there were more batch edit features so that I could update multiple tasks at once.

One other feature that I would really appreciate is one-click telephony out of the box. As an account manager, I often need to call my contacts, and having a built-in telephony feature would be incredibly convenient. At the moment, I have to juggle around between Weflow and Salesforce to make calls, which can slow me down.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an account manager, one of my biggest challenges is keeping track of all my contacts and managing follow-ups efficiently. Weflow has been a game changer in solving this problem for me. With its powerful command center, I can easily view my pipeline, create notes, manage tasks, and add new records - all synced with Salesforce in real time.

The time-saving benefits of using Weflow are immense. I no longer have to spend hours updating Salesforce manually. Instead, I can easily log emails from Google Workspace/Gmail to Salesforce, use templates to qualify deals, structure meetings, and streamline data capture. Plus, with the ability to make Salesforce updates while writing notes, I can focus on my work without having to switch back and forth between different applications.

Overall, Weflow's ability to simplify Salesforce management has significantly benefited me as an account manager. It allows me to be more productive, efficient, and, ultimately, more successful in my role.

**Official Response from Janis Zech:**

> Hey Andrea,

Thank you so much for taking the time to review Weflow. I wanted to let you know that we just added click-to-call. You can access it via the panel (it's an icon with a telephone). Weflow will automatically scan for phone numbers and use your browser (or any extension you may have configured) to initiate the call.

As for the buggy features, I would love to hear more about this. If you don't mind, we can set up a time for a quick debugging session via hello@getweflow.com.

Thank you for using Weflow! 🙌

As a Revops leader it helps me create stronger bridges between the revenue leadership and sales reps; by removing the friction of getting right data and activity into the CRM. Salesforce, thats lost its charm of being agile and friendly when it comes to interface, weflow come-in with 80% more data accuracy to drive better conversations around pipeline management and forecasting.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

That it's still another widget on salesforce.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Weflow is helping drive accuracy towards pipeline management, data driven -coaching and driving comfort on forecasting conversations that we are not running on sandy surface but solid ground.

**Official Response from Janis Zech:**

> We're happy you could improve the connection between the sales reps and revenue leadership, and at the same time increase data accuracy by 80% 😎 Stay tuned for more to come!
