From my previous of using Klaviyo one thing I can say is that dashboard is very fairly designed and informative at the same time. It's data projection like potential sales, subscribers, etc. have helped me out to analyse the performance. The auto segmentation of your customers based on the data and attributes is another great feature , it's subtle but it certainly helps in the data collected in the CRM. It's customer support is top notch I have contacted every time I faced any problems during the onboarding process and they have helped me out every time promptly. I believe it can be a task for a beginner to learn its working and processes easily and he/she has to go through various articles and tuitorials to be fluent with it. Also it's plans are on the expensive side and one might not even use all of the feature it offers wasting a part of their plan. It also needs to work out it's campaign automation features as I faced several issues while sequencing them. Otherwise it's a great platform and must have for e- commerce stores. 1. It is a must-have for every e-commerce platform since it can help generate really good revenue with its marketing tools and campaigns. The customer feedback is really great. I had some initial issues and the customer support was on its toes to help me out.
2. The categorization of the platform is top-notch. it categorised various categories like potential sales, engaged subscribers and more into subcategories which made the dashboard appear clean.

1. One of the shortcomings I faced was that while creating a sequence I had issues with the automation of the campaigns which somehow broke the flow of marketing.
2. The learning curve of the platform is really steep. Before using the platform seamlessly and getting effective data outputs for analysis, I had spent good enough time understanding the platform by going through different videos and document files related to it.
