
What I like most about Ortto is how easy it makes it to manage customer data and run campaigns all in one place. What I dislike about Ortto is that it can feel a bit complex at first, especially when I’m trying to set up more advanced journeys. Some features have a noticeable learning curve, and the platform can also slow down when I’m working with larger datasets, which makes the overall experience feel less smooth at times.
