It is a very good toll which helps me designing some marketing things and this is the best software helping me Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of setting it up, the visual journey builder, the AMAZING customer support (their response time via live-chat is literally 2 min which is just unheard of for SAAS companies). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's not a 'dislike' but if you have a large customer base, you need to be using email channel fairly frequently to get the best ROI from it as they charge per contact (as opposed to per email sent). Easy to use, very user friendly UI.

Journeys still have some limitations, not as evolved as other tools.
Some of the functions avaiable are not connected to each other.
i.e. Can't use a journey to automate a modal, or create a multi-step modal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm a bit new to the platform and whenever I have questions, the service team is ready to help, no matter how silly my question might be, they're always very friendly, too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customer service is the worst part of the program; it is slow and unresponsive, which is not what I need from a software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If you're a marketer or marketing team that is looking for a marketing platform that can handle emails, custom email journeys, capture forms and a lot lot more then this really is a great product to consider. We used Pardot as our previous system and we have found Ortto a lot easier to use, and some of the features we get with Ortto (like subject headline analyser) just don't exist in Pardot.

One thing that Ortto doesn't provide is Landing Pages (preferring to do capture widgets) which is fine, but it would be really useful if it was able to provide this. That said it's not really a bit negative for us as we just create a landing page on our website and put the capture widget onto that.
