What do you like best about Klaviyo?

Analytics capabilities. It allows us to deep dive into the strength as well as areas of improvement to help us understand what needs to done right. It's super easy to use as well as the drag and drop feature to create campaigns is awesome.

Easier to setup complicated Flows as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Klaviyo?

It's a bit on the expensive side and sometimes it's get overwhelming for the beginners. Sometimes the very often UI changes roll-outs creates confusion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
