Best is integrations with Shopify Platform. Marketing automation from product to abaondon cart, with multi channel targeting from emails to sms and whatsapp. Easy to use and implement. Okayish customer support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Klaviyo is the most popular email tool in my opinion. Very easy to use, schedule, analyze, and so much reporting. Anyone can pick it up quickly bc it is so intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It provides easy-to-use templates for automations and campaigns. For a beginner, this would be the perfect free email marketing app anyone could consider. As long as your email lsit is below 500 emails per month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The one thing I dislike about Klaviyo is that they have a monthly limit to the amount of emails a user can send per month. If they increased this or just got rid of it entirely, this would be a lot more benificial to faster growing companies who are not ready to pay for a business plan with Klaviyo yet. Recent price increase is making it hard for smaller businesses to enjoy Klaviyo's services. Many smaller eComm businesses find Klaviyo too expensive.
Update: Klaviyo's customer service has disappeared. Over the past year, the level of service has declined. It takes forever to get a response from anyone in any dept. about any question. Klaviyo does not take accountability for mistakes. They brush it off and clients run around looking for answers. This has definitely made us lose trust in Klaviyo and as a results we have looked into other ESPs as more reliable options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
