I m using Keka HRMS software since 6 months. For management, the streamlined processes save time and reduce headaches. From simplifying management tasks to empowering employees with easy access to their information.
HR tasks like day to day attendnace regularisation, leave approvals, pending task, Bday and Anniversary announcement, On boarding and exit formalities, Poll ,documentations as per intire employees life cycle, payroll,taxation and revisions are very easy to conduct. Plus, the analytics and reporting features are like having a personal data wizard at your disposal.
For team, Very easy to check and approve as per defined goals/objectives in performance module and as per their performance they can praise their also praise teammates to boost their efforts.
As for employees, they're some self-service options. Whether it's checking in on their leave balances or accessing important documents, it's all right there at their fingertips. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As per short span of time I observed several modules or feature than need to develop like when we add any task into objectives we manually need to adjust define values which may be right or wrong as human calculation.
Also some time it taking time to show real time, activities or actions which is already done or taken and we need to refresh the page.

Keka is perhaps a new nova in the world of HRMS which is actively evolving however the UI of the keka is the best and that is the single most important reason to opt for Keka even after an extensive span of 4 years of hands-on experience. The customer support was from another world with only extra milers. We have been using this for more than 4 years and the features keep improving based on the market needs the implementation was smooth and the icing on the cake was the seamless integration. KeKa is User Friendly, we have been using for Attendance , Leave records, employee database and now for Payroll. Dint expect Payroll would be that easy. Thanks to KEKA Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
