What do you like best about Keka?

It has a great user interface that's easy to understand. The workflows are configurable by even the most non tech-savy person. It encompases most of HR ops into one platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keka?

This isn't a dislike but there isn't a module for training and talent development. If this was part of the HRMS, it would make it 100% HR friendly tool. Another thing that could make it better is integration with slack. That would make it a lot easier to drive adoption. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Keka solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ATS is solving the problems of managing the candidate experience and making it a seamless process for all stake holders involved. The Core HR platform solves most of my trasactional HR activity challenges and helps me spend as little time as possible to managing these. What do you like best about Keka?

The UI is awesome.

All the configurations are at the front-end and can be implemented very easily

Very Userfriendly to use.

None as of now and they are just increasing the number of features to make the work of HR easier day by day Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Keka solving and how is that benefiting you?

It provides the Employee Self Service portal where I as an employee can track everything from the Mobile itself be it Attendance, Leave Balance, Payslip even the IT Declaration can be done from my Mobile.

The very first thing about Keka HR, it has an attractive and user-friendly Interface. Keka helps to track attendance, Manage leaves, Payroll’s and Tax. We can easily use in mobile as well. It is easy to use. Keka has number of features like Attendance Management, Leave Management, Payroll Processing, Performance Management ETC. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
