Hiro needs to imporve a bit more, Adding candidates in bulk without any job specified is not possible.

Keka provide My finances, my teams, organization, performance functions which is easy to use and review, additionally it also comes with Android and iOS application which is easy to use, keka provide Dashboards as well which shows latest news, team informations, notes which is very useful. Android application and iOS application doesn't comes with all the functions which available in the website, which is downside for the user who use the keka in application.

What do you like best about Keka?

Everything. It is so easy to use, onboarding is great. Customer support is great as well. I have used it at two organisations now and have implemented it from scratch. Very very easy to integrate with other softwares as well. And Keka is the only HRMS that our employees are using frequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keka?

There is nothing that I dislike. In terms of what can be improved further is the delays in communication at peak times which is understandable and I think can be improved easily. In the payroll part, KEKA fails to take into account some tax policies/standards statewide and it also needs manual adjustments when it comes to overriding the ESIC of employees. What do you like best about Keka?

I have been using Keka HR for the last 3 years

Keka HR is simple to use HRIS software and also provides a lot of reports that are very useful for HR professionals like Attendance reports, Probation completion pendency reports, Web clock In clock Out, Exit management, Onboarding, exit reports, etc reports

Also, we are using Helpdesk, assets & expense management on Keka which is quite friendly

It is very easy to implement for us it took 20-25 days to implement, during this time Keka HR team was so supportive they provided support quickly all the time

In my current organization, every employee uses Keka daily also we have integrated biometrics and Tally with Keka Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With the analytics provided by Keka, we were able to take strategic steps for the organization, such as attrition control, surveys, NPS, and more. One of the best payroll management software solutions is an all-in-one employee management tool. It manages IT returns, stores the entire history of salary slips, and allows employees/manageer to set up one on one meetings directly in Keka or through integrated Microsoft Teams feature. What do you dislike about Keka?

Many times, the performance of Web Keka suddenly drops, making it inaccessible during office hours. In my experience, the mobile app is to consume more data and often runs slowly on mobile networks. I believe one of the main advantages of this HRMS compared to others I've used in my previous organizations is that it’s entirely cloud-based which eliminating the need for an in house server. This helps save on infrastructure, internet, and maintenance costs. Additionally, one or two people from the HR team can easily manage all employee data, including personal details, medical and educational qualifications, medical history, and any current or upcoming job openings—all thing in one location.
