One of the best things about Keka HR is its intuitive interface, which makes it easy for even non-technical users to navigate and use. It has got everything including attendance management, payroll info, Tax management and a lot more at one place. Keka HRMS is very user friendly. Has been of great help for a start-up company like ours. Helped us streamline our Payroll, Attendance management and Application tracking for hiring. It Integrates well will other complementing applications like Teams & Zoho Books. Implementation of the module has also been simple as well as effective. We use Keka on a daily basis. The App for the employees is also very handy to document logins. Coming to the customer support offered by Keka, they have always been cordial and responsive based on the severity of the concern/escalation. It has only improved for the better over the past 2 yrs of us using it. I'd definitely recommend Keka to all start-ups that are looking to streamline their HR department & payroll. Customization as per the industry to the best extend will help. For a startup or someone who has moved from manual process to automated once will need much more time and support from your end to understand. Keka is easy to use and easy to implement. customer support is really good we are satisfied with services of keka and they have numbers of features too and it was easy to integrate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A couple of things are there :
1/ Keka should customized a few essesntial features for the firm, like for eg- if the company require keka to send an automated mail to every employee when he or she is completing 6 months in order to remind them of their appraisal process.

Keka support and services are really very fine and the frequency of support team is really good CSM Samaksh is always avilable on calls whnever we try to reach him he answer our calls and help us to resolve the quiry and at the time of implementation everything was going fine and the process was smooth they have end number of features in portal. The Core HR modules such as the competency mapping, KPI tracking/Goals and subtasks could use more time in the oven as currently the ideas are there but the execution could do better.

Keka ki a hidden gem in the macOS world of file compression, which has a smooth and clean interface. What makes it unique is its capability of performing trivial as well as highly advanced tasks at the same time being lightweight. Users like the ability to deal with various formats such as 7z, ZIP, and TAR without being bombarded by unnecessary features. Moreover, it is open source so there is nothing to hide. Although Keka is good in the area of speed and usability, some users experienced lagging of large files on their devices. According to Keka’s developers, they prefer to keep it simple and one downside is that it might not be as suitable fro power users, at least the default settings might be limiting for handling complex archives. Some users have also experienced some issues with stability when large files are extracted, noting the occasional crash or slow extraction speeds. Finally, although Keka's design is simple, it does not provide users with much information during file compression which can be frustrating when they are unsure of the current status of the program. Finally, Keka is only compatible with macOS operating systems and thus is not a good fit for those who intend to use a multi-platform application. It has Limited Customization - It lacks flexibility in customizing workflows, reports, and dashboards to suit specific organizational needs, it lacks in customizing access to specific things only to HR Team mates.
The Customer Support is really slow - Ticketing thing does not work that great, rather one POC who just answers the call & solves queries is easy instead of raising tickets for every query.
The Mobile App Limitations - the mobile application is not as feature-rich or user-friendly as the desktop version, which can affect usability for employees on the go.
