We are a global company with many unique needs. Jobvite doesn't have a lot of red tape when it comes to creating custom solutions or tailoring the product to our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They don't typically have a lot of proactive product updates that are exciting or innovative- they also don't have an amazing integration with LinkedIn so we have to do our outbound reporting outside of Jobvite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the reporting capabilities within JobVite and the options to turn them into different tables/charts. It has strong capabilities to tie into our current HRIS system which makes processing someone for hire quick and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having used Jobvite from a candidate experience, it was very easy to apply and navigate through onboarding items.
From an emloyer perspective, I really love how user friendly Jobvite is. It's an easy app to learn as navigating the app is self-explanatory. Onboarding/Onboarding Admin makes the whole process very simple.

I like the ease of use, the library of learning modules, and the ability to have multiple users interact with the application and assign roles according to their jobs and needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is not a downside of the application, per se, but I wish updating configurations would be a little bit easier. We learned all these steps during the implementation process with the support of the implementation team, but remembering how to do things, even with notes, feels a bit confusing 🫤. I wish there was an AI search bar to ask questions and it would direct me to the right module or list the steps to follow for my specific issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have used several ATS platforms, and I like that Jobvite captures all the basics and creates opportunity for customizability within areas such as offer templates, attachments, integrations with DocuSign for signed documents, etc. It has worked well for my team since the implementation. You can do everything in one spot. Hiring managers can see candidates, candidates can get updates, offer letters can go out, every email someone responds to on their outlook is all logged into Jobvite.At first it was complicated for me, but the team walked me through multiple features such as job req approval process and all the different workflows you can do with Jobvite. It is easy to create and update requisitions and job postings. It gives us insight into how our recruiting efforts are working. I love that Jobvite keeps us aware of all the upgrades in a visually appealing way. Our customer success person is pretty responsive when we have any questions. The system itself is easy to use and our users have given positive feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
