What do you like best about ISL Online?

Allows me as IT manager to remote into to servers and client devices very easily. and also allows me to host a session for my users who do not have the app installed locally.

Very easy to rollout to my devices and supports Windows and Macs.

being able to use this 24/4 is brilliant, as working out of hours is a must for IT administrators

Screen size is a little small and is a little hard to get the right size to match my monitors.

The ability to remote in to either a server or laptops allows me to be an effective IT administrator providing remote support to staff. without ISL I would struggle to provide such support.

What do you like best about ISL Online?

Licensing structure is far and away better than the competition. The customer support is very quick and responsive, either giving solutions within minutes or taking new features in to consideration.

It's easy to install and distribute across all our users PCs, especially using Intune. It's fast in use and has a number of useful features to ensure that it remains usable regardless of the client machines setup.

What do you dislike about ISL Online?

There's a few features lacking that would be nice to have - remote management of the file system or registry without having to initiate a full remote session with the user and device. What do you like best about ISL Online?

It is easy to use and has a lot of features that are great for providing remote assistance to our clients. Unattended access works great. It meets the highest security standards. It has features that other similar programs lack, such as viewing the remote team's screen while it restarts, file transfer, viewing resource usage, Android device support, user management, etc. Great for both helpdesk and unattended access to equipment. ISL Online is an excellent, easy to use and very quick access to your admin panel with all computers and networks

everything also works efficiently in their mobile app ISL Light

and ISL AlwaysON is a must for reliable instant connectivity to your remote computer

it could have simpler logins (with fewer steps) when logging inside the app

file transfer options or the upper panel (for transferring) could also be easier/more practical to use

Instant online remote controlling when not on the work location (work at home when your sick or absent),

using it constantly because of the newest work implementation of time-checking at work (at start and end of work) - you do it online and it's nice to do it in a mobile app while away from computer but still at work,

The installation is super simple and allows me to use it every day. It has a very large variety of functions and integrating it into the organization has been easy. Regarding the duplicate names of computers, we're planning to introduce a Computers section in the Administration module within the web console in one of our upcoming releases. This will significantly improve the management of computers.

We’ll share your observations about the file transfer with our product development team.

Regarding permissions, we’re not entirely sure what issue you are describing. Once the remote agent is set up, you can access unattended computers without requiring additional permissions. However, ISL AlwaysOn can also be configured so that the remote user must approve your access before you take control. This allows you to support your remote clients without requiring a session code while still giving them control over when to grant access. What do you like best about ISL Online?

What do you like best about ISL Online?

Fonctionnel et stable. Jamais aucun soucis pour se connecter sur les postes utilisateurs pour prise de main à distance (pas de déconnexion, pas de freezing, etc...).

Permet d'accéder à une variété d'appareil / OS et c'est vraiment très appréciable.

Facilité pour administrer les postes, montrer des actions à l'écran et installer / désinstaller des logiciels à distance (y compris quand il faut passer avec un compte administrateur ! )

Support multi écran efficace.
