**What do you like best about ISL Online?**

I really like the versatility of ISL Online and how easily clients can connect. It is very smooth and simple for a client to run the application and allow remote desktop access. Tools like the pen and arrow are useful for pointing things out to the end client. Additionally, the security it offers surpasses other solutions we used before like TeamViewer and AnyDesk. The initial setup was very easy thanks to its quite intuitive and user-friendly interface.

**What do you dislike about ISL Online?**

It's difficult to find anything negative about ISLOnline since it has supported us in many moments where the security of our clients is at stake.

**What problems is ISL Online solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ISL Online for remote support, ensuring secure connections without impacting the parties involved. The tool enhances security in companies and its versatility, such as the use of pen and arrow, facilitates presentations and easy remote access for clients.

**What do you like best about ISL Online?**

I find ISL Online to be a great tool for our access needs, especially with its chat function, which is good for communicating with clients. I also like the file transfer connections and the way it can be deployed by GPO or script base, which is handy when pushing out via Intune or domain controllers. The connection is fairly quick, and it supports ad hoc sessions effectively. Another thing I appreciate is the ability to elevate the account to admin rights if possible. It's a really good tool that we rely on heavily for our business operations. I find it easy to deploy and connect to end user devices, and there's no real limit on the devices you can include. Remote access is a key feature that we use to connect and support around 700 Windows devices, both client and server. It also offers MFA, which is crucial for our cyber essentials plus certification. Additionally, the setup process is very straightforward, especially for technicians, and there are guides for deployment by group policy and Intune. We'll continue to use ISL Online for many years.

**What do you dislike about ISL Online?**

If it was more of a remote multi management, script-based that you can run against devices and patching would be good. But, again, that seems to be a separate product entirely rather than just what ISL is key to.

**What problems is ISL Online solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find ISL Online essential for remote connection, supporting about 700 devices. It's easy to deploy, has no limit on devices, and features like chat and file transfer enhance our service. The quick connection and ability to elevate admin rights are crucial for our operations.

**What do you like best about ISL Online?**

Simple and quick installation of the product, regular updates as well as a range of very useful features. Very efficient product, never breaks down, even though I use it every day for several years to connect to a network of machines. Works properly on Windows and MAC. The customer service is also responsive for the license issues I have encountered. The interface evolves in the right direction over time, which is a good thing.

**What do you dislike about ISL Online?**

Nothing to criticize about the product itself, and it gains features over time. The aesthetic aspect doesn't necessarily please me (this green/yellow isn't pretty) but it's still better than before.

**What problems is ISL Online solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ISL allows us to remotely solve the majority of our clients' problems with ease. Some clients also use it as a remote office for telecommuting. The software also allows me to perform small troubleshooting tasks from my car with my Android smartphone.

**What do you like best about ISL Online?**

My experience with ISL Online can be summed up in one sentence: it is a tool that makes the complicated easy. This is especially valuable in technology and support environments.

Easy to use. You don't need to waste time learning how to use it. Clear and easy-to-understand interface. A very useful aspect when you're in the middle of an incident and need to act quickly.

Performance, excellent. Stable and fast connections, even on networks that are not perfect. Remote control is smooth and there are no delays.

It offers real value. Time-saving, fewer incidents, and more productivity. The return on investment is quick, especially if you do technical support or manage multiple teams.

In summary, ISL Online is a tool that, once you use it, makes you wonder how you could work without it. It is reliable, fast, easy to use, and designed for professionals. If you are looking for a remote access solution that works without complications and with real results, I think ISL Online is a good option.

What bothers me about ISL Online is that its ecosystem is more limited than other options. It offers integrations, but it doesn't seem as open or as customizable as other larger platforms.

The interface is functional, but not very modern. The user experience is good in practical terms, but it is not very visually appealing. Overall, it seems more like a classic professional tool than a modern product with impressive design. If visual design matters a lot to you, it may seem a bit simple.

ISL Online is not just "remote access".

It is a tool that eliminates friction, accelerates decisions, and gives you immediate control.

**What do you like best about ISL Online?**

I use it to help my customers on Windows, Apple, and Android. It’s safe, fast, and reliable. I can also connect with an agent to control servers or workstations, with access protected by a password. I even use it on my phone to connect to customers; it’s not always easy, but it’s doable. It’s my main remote support tool.

I tried AnyDesk, but it’s not for me—I read that it’s too easy to hack. TeamViewer is too expensive. With ISL Online, I install it, log in, and use it. Simple and easy.

**What do you dislike about ISL Online?**

When I’m on my phone, controlling the other device is somewhat difficult. Also, when you’re supporting an iPhone, many people don’t know how to grant access, which makes it harder to get started.

**What do you like best about ISL Online?**

I like that ISL Online is quick, easy to use, and can be installed on almost every system. I have used it on mobile phones, Macs, and Windows, and it's been incredibly useful in every scenario. I appreciate being able to demonstrate to customers how to use software or processes, and enjoy being able to resolve issues expediently while letting customers relax. The support from the ISL Online team was much better than I experienced with previous products, and their assistance made our migration easy. The initial setup was always smooth with scripted installations, allowing us to inject passwords and group setups efficiently, ensuring we knew exactly where everything was in our list of computers.

**What do you dislike about ISL Online?**

Sometimes the connections to Mac systems are glitchy. They have to be reconnected once or twice. But once completed, the connection is stable and ready to use.

ISL Light is an amazing replacement to other remote software as at the price it comes at, it does everything other main players do but with the personal touch.  They really do look after you when you need it and have a passion to help, even when its out of their comfort zone.

**What do you like best about ISL Online?**

What I value most about ISL Online is its strong focus on security. Features like one-time on-demand connections give me a lot of peace of mind, as they prevent leaving sessions open on users' devices.

Ease of use is another strong point. From the operator's side, the visualization of remote screens is clear and smooth, making support intuitive and efficient. In fact, we generate a high frequency of use and so far we have not encountered any difficulties.

I also highlight its ease of integration with other tools in the area, which allows us to provide a more complete and organized follow-up for each case.

Overall, it is a tool I trust for its robust security, simple implementation, and customer support that always responds when we need it.

**What do you dislike about ISL Online?**

As an improvement idea, adding a hardware inventory to the unattended agent would be very useful. It would centralize key information for technical support, making the processes even more efficient.

**What do you like best about ISL Online?**

The ease of remotely accessing computer-controlled equipment, the desktop link that we adapt with the company's image is very easy to install and offers a very good support image. It allows us to track issues even if the sessions are very long by pausing them and reconnecting when necessary as long as the connection hasn't been lost. Clients perceive the security of the connection and only a few do not authorize that platform.

**What do you dislike about ISL Online?**

It does not allow two technicians to connect at the same time unless each one starts their session separately.

**What problems is ISL Online solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to quickly access the equipment to help users without having to travel, and even to assist several at the same time. During the warranty period of the equipment, it saves us a lot of time and costs by being able to address issues without the need for travel; in most cases, it is not necessary, and when it is necessary, it allows us to diagnose the problem to solve it on the first visit.

With a piece of software this useful, and at a great price, it's hard to choose something to dislike about the product. Even after thinking as hard as I can I can't think of anything for another year.

The ability to be working on a machine the other side of the country like it was right in front of you. It saves me going out to situations that would previously have meant and hours drive or more.

It’s simple to use and it just works. I work with a lot of older people, and ISLOnline is much easier for them to set up than most other tools.

**What do you dislike about ISL Online?**

It’s not really a dislike, but I do wish it offered a way to access the backend. For example, being able to get to the task manager or view the processes that are running without having to take control of the screen. Sometimes a client just needs me to stop a process, and being able to do that behind the scenes would be a big benefit.

ISL helps me with ad-hoc support. When someone needs remote help but isn’t already on my managed services plan, I can simply use ISL Online to get one-time access to their computer.

I love the ease of use of ISL Online and the cloud platform it offers. The multi-user access feature is very useful for my team, and session recording is a feature I value. Additionally, the access security gives me a lot of confidence. With ISL Online, I have everything I need to manage my remote support in a single tool. The initial setup was excellent, and I had dedicated technical support.

Transfer of files between local and remote equipment, it would be nice if you could copy and paste, like in an RDP.

**What do you like best about ISL Online?**

I like the simplicity of its interface and the different connection possibilities it offers. The remote control is quite smooth and you can also modify whether to prioritize visual quality or fluidity. The interface is very easy to understand and you can configure different connection options like using RDP, although it works very well by default.

**What do you dislike about ISL Online?**

At first, it failed to connect, but it was due to a security issue and not a malfunction. Also, the initial setup was a bit confusing because I didn't understand which was better in each situation, but it's a matter of trying things out.

**What do you like best about ISL Online?**

ISL is a very easy to use remote software. My favorite thing is the Custom Deployment Link. You can customize the link you send so that even the least tech savvy can just open the file and you have access. This link even allows it to be put into groups so that you do not have to go back into the portal later to organize. Another feature I really like is saving links to my desktop. I just name a link that I frequently use like Accounting Desk 1. I can just double click that shortcut to access. I do not have to log into ISL and find it in my lists of computers. It has every feature you could want in a remote desktop support tool. It is also far below the cost of the competition so it is a win win.

**What do you dislike about ISL Online?**

The only thing you could consider a downside in my opinion is you download a shortcut for each remote desktop you are accessing. This could be annoying if they are not frequent you just end up deleting these.

**What problems is ISL Online solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ISL gave us a very easy to use product for a great price. When training new IT it is not complicated and easy to remember functions. The end user side is the easiest yet when using a custom deployment link.

**What do you like best about ISL Online?**

The software is very easy to use, has practical options, and provides real security for the support team members as well as the users. The ability to add the request for validation by the assisted user before connection is perfect for VIP and IRP profiles. Moreover, the integrated system blocking the display of the user's wallpaper is very well thought out and allows us to keep our colleagues' confidentiality untouched. The installation and implementation of the application is also surprisingly easy, and a plus for customer support. I use this software daily as part of my customer support missions, and it allows me to connect to the company's workstations, personal computers, and mobile phones.

**What do you dislike about ISL Online?**

The WOL option can sometimes malfunction depending on the quality of the user's network.

**What problems is ISL Online solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Huge time savings compared to other remote desktop software, and above all, it allows you to have admin rights on the workstation, which is completely necessary for customer support.

**What do you like best about ISL Online?**

It is easy to use. The lightweight client that needs to be downloaded is practically weightless, and most importantly, if the user has local administrator privileges, the "restart and reconnect" mode can be activated, which will allow us to perform reboots without having to worry about launching a new session.

**What do you dislike about ISL Online?**

As a disadvantage, say that the saved teams manager could be clearer, but it still fulfills its function. It is also true that it consumes quite a lot of resources and it would be good to make it lighter.

I haven't encountered any problems with ISL and that is very much appreciated.

**What do you like best about ISL Online?**

I like ISL Online because it offers a cheaper and simpler solution to set up compared to the software we used before. The interface is easy, and with Aloys ON, we are sure that it is easy to access the machines, especially with the client running in the background on Windows. The ease of setting up the client is a fundamental part of the process for us. Additionally, the commercial support is very good in Brazil, which was a difficulty with the previous German suppliers. I think the link you create to associate that client, that device with your company, we could already leave it somewhat parameterized, and we don't have this option, so we always need to re-parameterize and put them there. And if you use Microsoft 365 with Intune managing deployment, this type of installation is even more difficult because you have to create 2 scripts, 1 to install and 1 to configure. So if ISL provided this option, it would be quite interesting.

I like the way the IT administrator can access the equipment remotely. As a support technician, I can quickly connect to a device without needing to install anything; just generate a link to start the connection. I also like the way to deploy and integrate the software into the network, as it gives us the possibility to do it massively. It has great support, fast with an optimal response time. Additionally, the cost is favorable compared to other software that performs similar functions.

To be honest, I don't see any negative points. If anything, at the beginning —on the entry platform when entering the tenant— the structure seems somewhat unfriendly to me compared to the competition, as the menus appear with certain names and with an organization that leaves part of the functionality somewhat hidden.

One slight issue is when there's no spare sessions left, it can kick other people off sessions to start a new one. It's limited to the sessions, which is good, but it could be more flexible. It would be great if it allowed for an additional session temporarily in an emergency, with a nominal charge on top of the existing bought sessions. A little bit of flexibility there would be great.

We had used other tools previously (including the leading tool) and although generally good, when wanting to have good traceability of who connected to which device, when, for how long, and that the record was unalterable, practically all of them fall short.

Additionally, we have users with privileged information who do not want software running permanently that could allow a third party to access their device without their knowledge due to a breach of trust or accident.

And the rest of us, as systems, wanted to have the option of unattended access to other devices.

All of the above with a tool that is easy to use, stable even on low-speed connections, and with the usual conveniences we find in other software.

Oh, and personalized with our company's logo.

And at a competitive price.

In ISL we found all of the above...

**What do you dislike about ISL Online?**

It's a difficult question, because in terms of use we don't have major complaints; they are rather small details:

Despite working excellently on Mac, if the management application is updated, the keychain access permissions are reset, so it asks for the Mac user's password again to read the keychain connection by connection. On the other hand, the keychain seems to be local; if a user has 2 Macs with the same iCloud account, with the keychain synchronized, saving the password on one does not reflect it on the other, and since the password for each device can be different, it's not something that can be remembered by heart. In a hurry, this could complicate things.

The other issue is that when all connections are in use and I want to see which ones are active to close one, I can't do it from the application; I have to enter the portal, which involves more steps and takes time, but it works...

I would like to be able to send a configuration policy to the clients from the console and have no user be able to modify it... currently, we have to do it at the time of installation (I'm not sure if this last point is due to our ignorance).

**What problems is ISL Online solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to support a wide variety of users with very different requirements, those who expect us to connect without asking them anything (neither the ID nor the password), those who want to first authorize access on their device, and those who don't want anything installed permanently. Much more secure than almost any other application we have used and it is not like others, an open door for another user to use just by knowing some data that can be seen when opening the application, it is something more "enterprise", but sufficiently simple.

Whilst we are still using the On Premise licensing model, the version upgrades are still incredibly easy to roll out and everything just works. It's one of the better remote tools we use.

We still can't store credentials at server/database level which would be much better from a security perspective.

**What do you like best about ISL Online?**

I like the simplicity of ISL Online. The interface is very easy to use, quite fluid and straightforward. This makes using the software very simple. Additionally, the initial setup was very smooth and easy, which was great for my team.

**What do you dislike about ISL Online?**

Perhaps the pencil tools and the arrow directions could be better. The arrow is kind of ugly and big. I would prefer a simpler arrow, just with a line and a tip, not that huge arrow on the screen.

ISL Online helps in our IT department by allowing easy, fast, and secure remote access to computers, which enables us to provide support more frequently.

Yes, most of the incidents are addressed or we address them remotely through ISL, which facilitates our work with each user personally in a group manner.

**What do you like best about ISL Online?**

I use ISL Online for remote control of PCs, and I find that remote work is made easier with this software. I appreciate the time savings as well as the quick response it offers. I really like the price of ISL Online, which is one of the reasons why I chose to switch from TeamViewer to this product. The installation was very easy, and everything works well for my needs.

I work on Windows, I would like to be able to have more compatibility with MAC OS users.
Maybe it's already possible, but I would like to be able to restart the computer from distance without loosing the session

Take control of customer computer easily, having multiple instances open at once (one on a server, one on a customer computer).

I use ISL Online for remote access and it works very well for me. I don't experience crashes like I did with other applications, and it's much faster. I like its construction and agility, and I find it very easy to access. The initial setup was very easy and I had no problems at all. I'm very likely to recommend ISL Online to a friend or colleague, I’d even give it a 10.
