What do you like best about Invoca?

First and foremost, their customer service is second to none. As a client, my company's specific needs must be met. Invoca's representatives worked with my team to ensure every last item was checked off our to-do list, and they were an absolute pleasure to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Invoca?

I haven't come across any major discrepancies in their product or service. If anything, it's frustrating seeing their incredible potential and having to wait for the next great update or release. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Invoca solving and how is that benefiting you?

Invoca is our direct reporting platform for Call Center QA and Coaching. We also utilize their platform to measure Marketing Campaign Inbound Call performance. Their service has helped my company to better understand the success/failure of our AdSpend and provides vital feedback to Sales Managers when the customer calls in. What do you like best about Invoca?

Switched to invoca one year ago, and has been great. Easy to use and set up , track + report on large scale call volumes.

What do you dislike about Invoca?

Support forums could be improved. Hard to find an answer if trying to do self support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Invoca solving and how is that benefiting you?

Setting up and routing numbers with our old provider was tedious and took forever. It involved manual data entry and back and forth with the privider.

With invoca, I can set up a TFN for tracking in seconds. It's boosted my efficiency and those around me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Invoca?

Get end to end insights on a customer interaction all the way from a Google search, through the contact center, and back into the Invoca platform to get real analytics on customer interactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Invoca's cutting-edge technology allows organizations to tie calls to online and offline touchpoints to illustrate the customer journey better. They also have the best customer success managers and technical support around! Always willing to help and customize solutions to your unique's company's needs. What do you dislike about Invoca?

Invoca's functionality is limited outside of the United States, which makes it difficult to scale with the platform. From an integrations standpoint, I have encountered issues with low match rates when trying to pass data from Five9 into Invoca. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Invoca solving and how is that benefiting you?

Invoca has enhanced our reporting and analytics through accurate marketing and sales call attribution. We can tie calls to orders through their Salesforce integration, and then tie those orders back to the original marketing channel and campaign that drove the initial call. What do you like best about Invoca?

Invoca has been one of the critical elements that our company uses for tracking and is part of our primary KPI. We have hundreds of hospitals and call centers that we need tracking in one central location, and Invoca is able to provide that for us. What do you dislike about Invoca?

The tracking and reporting can take a bit of time to initially set up. Having such a large volume of numbers and locations that need to be tracked can be somewhat of a logistics nightmare, but that pain is only initial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
