What do you like best about Intiveo?

What I like best about Intiveo is how seamlessly it integrates with our patient management software. It automates appointment reminders and follow-ups, which saves me and my staff a lot of time. What do you dislike about Intiveo?

The one thing I dislike about Intiveo is that it sometimes has limited customization options for automated messages, which can make them feel a bit generic. A bit more flexibility in tailoring communications would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Intiveo is solving several problems, including reducing no-shows by automating appointment reminders and follow-ups. What do you like best about Intiveo?

What do you dislike about Intiveo?

The fact that you scroll down to view the unread messages annoys me. It would be preferable if such messages appeared at the top as they did before to intevio's modifications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Intiveo?

We used to have to call all our patients and tie up our phones for hours. Now our patients get texted and we only have to take incoming calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Intiveo?

Intiveo integrates with our practice management software. We can send new patient paperwork, forms, texts, reminders, surveys, and more directly to our patients. It functions automatically and saves us so much time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intiveo?

This is a hard one. Currently, the platform does not accept images via text, but they are working on adding this feature. Customer support is fast and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Intiveo allows us to have patients complete their intake paperwork before coming into the office. This makes patients happy and saves so much time. We utilize the chat feature for so many things! What do you like best about Intiveo?

Easy to communicate with patients and get information. Like that we can receive pictures now so that patients can send their insuance card to us and other information that we need from them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Intiveo?

What do you like best about Intiveo?

-Userfriendly with an accessible interface

-Convenient chat features, especially during COVID-19 for patient communication

-Newsletter customization is effective and straightforward

Overall, we have been very happy with Intiveo, from back when it was called EasyMarkit! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intiveo?

There are no particular downsides, but sometimes the wait times on calls are long and sending a ticket in takes a while to receive a response. I usually call for some urgent matters (mostly newsletter related). The program is unfortunately not compatible for Paradigm (through no fault on Intiveo's end), which makes using some of the features difficult. We use a different program for our forms, but it would be helpful in the future if forms are integrated with Paradigm so we don't have to manually download and upload them.
