What I like best about Intiveo is how seamlessly it integrates with our patient management software. It automates appointment reminders and follow-ups, which saves me and my staff a lot of time. Overall, we have been very happy with Intiveo, from back when it was called EasyMarkit! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are no particular downsides, but sometimes the wait times on calls are long and sending a ticket in takes a while to receive a response. I usually call for some urgent matters (mostly newsletter related). The program is unfortunately not compatible for Paradigm (through no fault on Intiveo's end), which makes using some of the features difficult. We use a different program for our forms, but it would be helpful in the future if forms are integrated with Paradigm so we don't have to manually download and upload them.
