What do you like best about Connecteam?

So far with inplimenting connecteam into our everyday scheduling and team communication we've seen a significant increase in available time... even less headache to find out whose available and not... now no more msg tag or phone tag. I love it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Connecteam?

Theres really not too much about connecteam i dont like... maybe how on the app you cant set multiple calendar entries in a group they have to be done individually but on the browers version you can... id like to see multiple date entries on the schedule able to be made and set duration across the days for the work instead of creating them for the individual days one at a time if the job is reocurring unyil complete... you can set it that it continues but it only allows you to put a break in for the evening not stop the days work and commence again the following day... we can only put breaks in for jobs running longer than one day or just enter them in individually Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Connecteam?

I find the separate time clock function the most useful along with the request function. Communication between my employees has never been so simple. They can send me a message to adjust or query anything whilst out on the road which ensures issues aren't forgotten. Separating the timeclocks for the different areas and times that teams work keeps monitoring working hours much easier. I use the system multiple times a day for communication and monitoring reasons. What do you dislike about Connecteam?

I haven't come across anything that has hindered the use of the system. Customer support sends emails and updates to ensure modifications are explained. Although I am unable to comment on the ease of integration at this point as we use a niche software system that we run payroll through so can not use the integration function. What do you like best about Connecteam?

I like that I can schedule certain photographers to different locations. It's been nicer to help keep things written down. I have also loved being able to have my photographer use the clock in function while mobile. We don't have a location so they need to be able to clock in and out wherever they are. What do you dislike about Connecteam?

The integration into Google Calendar is rough. Yes, it is there, but it's not reliably quick. It takes a long while for things to transfer over. I may be using it incorrectly, but I don't think so. A seamless and smooth integration is a must for freelancers like me with multiple jobs pouring into one schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Connecteam solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to schedule photographers to go to different locations is what I like. We are rarely at the same location twice and certainly not in a way that creates a pattern. What do you like best about Connecteam?

When using connect team I am able to keep all our information in one place and can choose who has access to each feature. It keeps everything connected and organized. I love the chat option as well because it gives you information on who viewed each message and allows you to edit the message as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Connecteam?

I was not a big fan of the scheduling aspect of the system only because for my line of work we need something that is more visually organized. We had completely different platforms we were using for each aspect of our business including: messaging, scheduling, clocking in and out. Now it is all on one system and easy to use. One downside of Connecteam is that notifications are limited to the business you’re currently logged into. Since we manage multiple businesses on the platform, it would be helpful to receive notifications for all locations without having to switch between them manually. I've been using Connecteam for managing my team, and it’s been great. It’s simple to use, and I can assign tasks, track progress, and keep everyone on the same page. What do you like best about Connecteam?

I like the part where I can give the updates to all the users on time and I can also track how many users have seen my update as well as users can comment on my update! And also I can create a feedback hub with many inbuilt templates! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Connecteam?

When I assign the task anyone can close it. I particularly assign the task to the users but still, any of the members can close the task. And while updating the status the photo doesn't show until unless the user clicks on the read more option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Connecteam:

I recommend this because of the easy user Interface. Anyone who doesn't have a background in IT can also implement this application and also users can use it without any struggles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Connecteam?

I like the access it gives me as a business owner. Information about the scheduling of employees to stay organized, communication function to communicate with individual employees, or group announcements to keep my entire team updated on what is happening in our world. What do you dislike about Connecteam?

There isn't much I don't like. If I am nitpicking, I would say the minimum of 10 users for free (maybe allow two owners not to count toward the 10). My wife and I need access and count toward the 10 employees. As owners, it would be nice to have that feature to allow us a little extra break in cost. It's not a huge deal to be honest, but as a business owner, costs rise quickly and add up toward monthly expenses, but that is business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

it allows my business which is mobile, meaning we go where our customers need us, to have ease of communication and allow our employees to know when they are scheduled to work and where they are scheduled. The ability to view and programme work schedules. The ease and adaptability of the administration fucntion. The ability to view help videos when trying to create new forms and processes. The platform has improved the efficiency and streamlined the business. The chat function and messaging system is briliant. Especially when there is an important message to communicate to the business. Its great to be able to export files and use them as we wish.The support of your staff has been imperative to its success and have always been on hand to resolve any issues.
