I like how simple the interface is for not only the admin / managers but also for the users, the employees. Not only are the employees able to put their time-off requests in Deputy, but they're also able to view their weekly timecards as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Given the amount of employees that we have nationwide, it would've been great if the system was able to recognize the different states that the employees were in and that we would be able to assign managers per employees rather than create locations. We have over 20 locations in our system because we have managers that oversee different timezones, one that has every timezone, so he has multiple locations that he has to view. Because the Gusto integration seem to have issues though, we have to manually set-up accounts which is preferred as previously, it would automatically send invitations to personal emails that were in Gusto even when they haven't fully started. The downside also is that employees aren't able to see their time-off request balance and so they often put in requests when they have 0 hours pending for usage.
