impact.com is consistently reliable. I have used a variety of tracking platforms for affiliate marketing partnerships and impact.com is very much my preference. It is easy to use and navigate, the customer support team is great and responsive. They have a robost blog so you are able to quickly look up tips and tricks for enhancing your partnship or fixing a tracking nuance and the amount of partners available to partner with is large. I've switched to Impact for my commissions for a year now. It's clear what drives our revenue, what doesn't work, and what we should focus on. We are finding that our customers would rather provide warm referrals by giving sales reps contact info directly compared to using the links that SaaSquatch provides. This makes it tedious to work around the program so that their rewards are still automated. It doesn't seem like customers really want to use this new product often which is discouraging, but I think that is related to how our team pushes the product with their clients. impact.com's Performance product has the most advanced partner attribution and commission options on the market. Its the only platform that allows you to create crediting rules based on customer interactions with paid media and affiliates. We have found that when we implement the Enterprise version or the Optize add-on, that we have clients 15% in partner commissions for non-incremental traffic.
