I like how Impact.com handles all the payments and partners, as well as the tracking. It allows us to manage our affiliate marketing channel in one central platform, which is really beneficial for a big company like ours, especially since our accounting department couldn't manage all the one-to-one relationships and track all the invoicing and billing. The PPV and contract process feels outdated, like it's stuck in the 90's. When trying to increase our scope and PPV mid-contract, we're told we can't do it unless we buy out the full-year contract, which doesn't give us the flexibility we need. In the past, we could adjust these, but something changed. I want the ability to adjust PPV on demand within the platform without having to accept additional tools or contact anyone, like how we can increase email volume easily with Klaviyo.
