Also, I want to mention some usefull benefits for your organization are easy of the implementation and fantastic support form Zinfi teams in any phase while implemention or using. Like all partner portals, Zinfi also displays the partner information and helps to automate streamlined processes, but whats different about Zinfi is that it helps you go through the knowledge base, partner news, articles and reports to get a detailed understanding about the products. Moreover we can share them with the end customer to make work easy and they can trust these documents coming directly from the authorized partner portal. **What do you dislike about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM)?** Zinfi can work their UI and UX. The exisiting themes and web apperance is simple and basic. They can work on making the website more appealing thereby enhancing the look and feel of the app. **What problems is ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM) solving and how is that benefiting you?** Since Zinfi has the stored database of the partner products, services, related resources, etc. which can be directly shared with the customer for them to review and understand the details.
