Impact has a lot of great reporting tools. If a client is willing to integrate a large amount of data then these reports are even more effective. If you're assigned a strong impact rep they are extremely responsive. Their tech and support team are also responsive via email or through instant chats on the platform. There is also a new scheduling tool in the program for contract changes like promo code exceptions and CPA increases that make scheduling these changes more seamless. Setting up challenging contracts and exceptions are not as intuitive. Some impact reps are slower to respond than others so the agency experience really depends on the rep you are assigned to. Their marketplace can be challenging as a lot of low quality partners are 'verified' so more vetting has to fall on the brand or agency side to ensure high quality partners enter the program. The platform is very user friendly and offers a variety of add-ons and tools for scaling clients' programs. I also like when a brand has a dedicated CSM at Impact. This open communication streamlines efforts very effectively. I use Impact daily and if I can't find something right away, Impact support and/or a dedicated CSM is very timely with responses and helpfulness.
Integration and implementation is very easy with the Shopify Plug In and other Plug In options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The dashboard is specific to the user. Depending on the brand, I will update the dashboard and/or pin reports or build reports. However, when I update these things, the client or other users on the account do not see them and have to go find the build reports or update their dashboard similarly if they'd like. It would be nice if these updates were for the program overall rather than per user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One things impact will improve as a affiliate marketer when we apply to promote any product or service then we can't apply easily we apply individually that network. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Impact.com provides an intuitive platform for managing affiliate campaigns. The ability to create custom links quickly and efficiently is a huge plus. I also appreciate the wide range of well-known brands available to work with, many of which align perfectly with my niche as a content creator. The platform’s analytics features make it easy to track performance and optimise campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While the platform is robust, the approval process for certain brand applications can feel slow at times. It would be helpful if more brands offered instant approval for smaller publishers. Additionally, the dashboard could benefit from more customisation options to better suit individual user needs. Creatives are few and far between and please offer more sponsored opportunities as a lot of them are based around influencing via social media Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that impact.com/performance has a dashboard on the home page that helps you see how well your links are performing via analytics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a new user of the platform I don't find it the clearest to navigate initially. I think it would be helpful to have prompts and clear pathways to customer support especially for those who check and use the site frequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform has the best user interface out of all the affiliate networks
It is the most intuative for new hires to learn
They have very detailed reports such as detailed referral url reports where you can see exactly which of your partner's articles have generated sales
Very easy reverals process with also an option for bulk upload reversals
The terms are extremely customizable. I have set up highly complex commissioning tiers and never felt limited by the set up. Including individual product sku commissioning, multi step funnel commissioning stages, coupon code/product exclusions, new vs return, tiered payouts, % and flat fee, as well as hybrid with minimums and maximums.
Recruitment is easy with their marketplace of publishers as well as being able to search outside of Impact for new publishers.
Influencer tracking is more accurate than most other networks due to the coupon codes being able to automatically track anytime they are used. Since certain social media platforms like insta and tiktok don't have direct links in posts the coupon code is a great way to ensure all sales are tracked.
They aquired Affluent quite awhile back and that has led to them having a really sweet data lab where you can build fully customized reporting dashboards which make reporting to c-suite a breeze.
Detailed transaction tracking that shows every single click along their purchase journey with date and time as well as every publisher that was apart of their sale path.
Their service team is real people helping you with support tickets, you get an account manager to help guide you on best ways to use Impact, they have a nice education platform for those unfamiliar with affiliate/Impact to learn the ins and outs, and also live webinars that are fun and often share all the cool new updates they are doing.
Implementation is straighforward for those familiar with Google Tag Manager or that have a tech resource in-house/avaliable.
Integrates well with our company reporting (Google Analytics, PowerBI, and Appsflyer).
While I was working at an affiliate agency I had clients across every single affiliate network. I learned them all front to back and I used all of them daily. Impact was by far my favorite to use and always my first recommendation to clients shopping around. When I switched over from the agency side to a brand my main requirement when selecting my next job was that their affiliate program must be in Impact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish it was more user friendly to bulk add publishers to groups. Often I am wanting to bulk add them in the marketplace filtering, approved application page, or publisher reporting. Exporting the publisher's ids and importing to the group is easy but not the fastest flow.
I wish that there was a place to look at all past recruitment emails (like how there is for newsletters) and a way to save recruitment email templates.
I'd love to get a quarterly top publishers in your industry report that shows average program commissioning, top revenue generation publishers in the industry by publisher type, and highest new performers that have grown the most QoQ. Cj does this and I really enjoyed it.
Mobile app tracking can be a bit trickier than web. Perhaps Impact could develop a closer relationship with Appsflyer support in regards to fixing tracking issues as the customer tends to be the middle man between the two networks when trying to fix an issue. The platform is incredibly comprehensive. The features are extensive, so much so that we only take advantage of a small portion. The implementation was straightforward, so that made it easy. We use the platform hundreds of times a day and the reporting continues to improve in detail level. But the absolute best part of Impact is their account management and support: they are like an extension of the team and incredibly proactive. We could not be happier. Their reporting can be a bit overwhelming, but manageable. As they introduce new features, the costs are a little prohibitive, but for their core service, it's a bargain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our team relies on Impact daily. I appreciate that they have developed a suite of tools that helps us manage our brand’s online presence in more than just affiliate marketing. One being the Creator platform which has increased our visibility and organization of our influencer campaigns. Prior to using Impact Creator, we were manually managing these with a bit of scattered procedures and content storage. Creator discoverability is also another huge tool in our proverbial belt. Within Impact, I’ve enjoyed seeing constant improvements to the platform, especially in the reporting area. Benchmark reports has helped us gain insight into our partner presence and others in our industry. Having been with Impact for over 5 years now, I can say that I am pleased with everyone who has been a part of our dedicated Impact team. Our suggestions are always acknowledged and we see improvements based on our feedback quite often. The team support is beyond any other platform I’ve worked with. At times our program has been negatively effected by new features not being fully tested in action at their launch. That being said, the Impact team is always receptive to our feedback and works through the hiccups with us closely, and even at times offered credits for our disruption in paid features. It's great for making connections with brands for affiliate deals and tracking the connected sales. All clicks and sales are properly tracked and can be viewed, and payments are made for those on a regular basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform's technology regarding messaging, brand content creator partnerships, and any form of conversation is a complete disaster.
Example: You go to the message center, and instead of being a full screen, it's a tiny window that shows one message at a time and doesn't allow you to go to older messages. It's clear that have put all the money into developing the affiliate side, not the partnerships program or messaging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As an approved publisher, the affiliate dashboard is excellent with all the features that we can imagine. There is transparency with affiliate sales recorded and updated accurately. The response by customer support through tickets is within minutes once we raise any query. For advertisers, they have launched a free learning platform on how to manage affiliate campaigns. I have observed while on LInkedin that Impact Radius is also great for its employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Till now, I have no complaints. Yes, they do charge 860 INR or so whenever actual payment processed to affiliates but any software company has to generate revenue in order to operate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
