## TUNE Reviews
  ### 1. Powerful Data Management with a Steep Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas B. | Commercial Writer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2025

**What do you like best about TUNE?**

I like TUNE's filtering options as they make it easy to dig deep into different traffic sources and datasets, allowing me to get a granular picture of my business operations. This really helps us at an affiliate level to understand where our clicks and revenue are coming from and how things are looking. I also really like that I can set up different automated rules and alerts, which notify me if something might be going wrong or if something seems off. These alerts save a lot of time and potential aggravation. The setup was easy for us, thanks to TUNE's enterprise support, which was really good.

**What do you dislike about TUNE?**

TUNE does have a bit of a steep learning curve, especially if you're integrating it with a lot of data or you're pulling in a lot of data. I did find that it was tricky to learn, and it took a couple of weeks at least to really understand how to use it. It just takes a while to learn the UI, and you really have to spend some time playing around with it to feel comfortable with it. So expect at least a couple of weeks, I would say, to really feel comfortable using TUNE if you have a lot of data on it.

**What problems is TUNE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use TUNE to centralize my affiliate data, providing a single source of truth. It simplifies data analysis with deep filtering and automated alerts, saving time and preventing issues.

  ### 2. One of the oldest tracking platforms that exists in the affiliate world

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arie W. | Affiliate Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2023

**What do you like best about TUNE?**

It has been with us for a long time, it's providing a tracking solution with many options to include in the tracking subids, other parameters, pixels/postbacks and more. You can let your affiliates enter billing information for invoice purposes, download reports with valid and reversed conversions and more.

**What do you dislike about TUNE?**

Firstly the price seems a bit steep in comparison to other affiliate tracking platforms such as Affise and Everflow. I do feel they give you too many options and that makes it a bit difficult to control an offer you want to add into the platform. So removing some options is ideal which in my case I simply ignore such options.

**What problems is TUNE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TUNE is allowing you to manage offers you run through other affiliates using their platform, which provides a solution for tracking, reports, billing and anything that is related to affiliation. It's bridging between advertisers and affiliates and making the integration between them easier.

  ### 3. Helpful Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Iftekher M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2024

**What do you like best about TUNE?**

the ability to get multiple offers at once, but their support is the best

**What do you dislike about TUNE?**

a lot of the reports don't have any simple explanation within the reporting page or what each filters do

**What problems is TUNE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

conversion tracking

  ### 4. Excellent Assistance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wyclif D. | Media Buyer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 20, 2022

**What do you like best about TUNE?**

It gives you a comprehensive report on what you really want to check on any campaigns you set in TUNE! It also save reports so it will be easier to access the month to month traffic and data flow and performance.

**What do you dislike about TUNE?**

Conversion, Fraud, Partner and Offer report is a bit the same function with only less difference. Is there any other way that we can merge this functions and name it as Campaign Report in general? I think it would best to merge them and add the other functions in one access only see 1 report instead of generating different reports and create many files? Your thoughts on this. please. Thank you.

**What problems is TUNE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No idea.

  ### 5. Tune - the platform with a bright future, being eclipsed by 2nd rate platforms

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2019

**What do you like best about TUNE?**

the tracking, mobile technology. The support had always been great and the company culture stellar. It's a great platform with awesome API's. I'm interested to see what is next for the team - which is first rate - but I have a hunch from afar, that the changes to leadership have implemented and I'd also look to hire people who can push the company along into new growth areas for the business - partnerships, thought leadership Postback for HasOffers would have been HUGE and product development.

**What do you dislike about TUNE?**

Lack of product development - ecommerce and also influencers seem to be 2 categories that Tune could have been more prominent in. Things like mobile re-directs based on device should be standard as they are with attribution providers, having to set up 2 campaigns for mobile app campaigns seems dated. I dislike companies like Impact taking the lead in UK and APAC on industry leadership - it feels to me that Tune used to lead the industry but now it's playing catch up (in terms of perception). The platform seems very similar and the product releases feel like iterations instead of launches. The 'partnership' ecosystem is something that Tune has led for years, but now it feels that other companies have taken this.

I think the new pricing structures of 1 year commitments on pro feels like a cash grab - i'd just reduce support for Pro and have alerts go out to Pro users via SMS/email when their click volumes are going over their pro-rata - no one like bill shock and pricing on clicks also seems a little dated.

It's still the best platform - but work needs to be done to make sure everyone understands and realises that - companies like PHG and Cake are still hanging in there and perhaps thats HO was late to the party on advertisers (not networks)

**Recommendations to others considering TUNE:**

Tune is the #1 platform for enterprises looking to run their own performance marketing program. Tune's API' lead the industry and make it accessible for in-house teams to build on top of the platform to customise for their requirements. Support is global and first rate.

**What problems is TUNE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking and campaign management. It's fast to set up and the support is still great.

  ### 6. Easy to use and a great team support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joel T. | Account Junior, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2021

**What do you like best about TUNE?**

It is a self-service platform, which has good explanations of each functionality. It serves for all phases of affiliate marketing. I work mainly in email marketing, in which we vitally need everything to track correctly. I recommend the support team because by writing to them from anywhere in the world, you will have a response in a short time.

**What do you dislike about TUNE?**

It is still a long way from being an intuitive and self-guided tool. You must have experience managing other digital marketing platforms, so that in the beginning you can understand it. It is missing that you can send a preview of the email to the client from the same platform. Or that you can perform tracking tests easily and quickly.

**Recommendations to others considering TUNE:**

Read all documentatiRead all the documentation possible when you start using TUNE. Explore the platform and see all the reports they have. They are handy.on

**What problems is TUNE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The event tracer, postback log, and report section are the best of Tune.

  ### 7. Partner Database Ease!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Salina L. | Partner Event Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2021

**What do you like best about TUNE?**

I like that it is easy to manage our partners especially when they have payouts that are owed to them. We can easily show them how much they are going to be paid out. Also there is direct deposit which makes it flawless when sending them what we owe!

**What do you dislike about TUNE?**

The thing that I do not like is when you do delete a partner, it is still left in the database. I understand that is has to be in there just in case, but it can get messy if you have multiple partners.

**Recommendations to others considering TUNE:**

It is easy to get started with this and very user-friendly.

**What problems is TUNE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the payout problems where we can easily direct deposit. We had sent out checks before making it where partners had not received their checks. With this it is flawless and keeps things organized.

  ### 8. used to be cheap and easy to use, now its neither.

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2021

**What do you like best about TUNE?**

There isnt much to like about this software. Support is barely there or misunderstands most requests. Software is expensive for the features. Very slow and buggy. You will get offers showing as invalid and have to refresh the page to get them to show up.

**What do you dislike about TUNE?**

Software is very expensive compared to others in the same category. They are also not friendly like other providers. Most people work to get you as a client, not these people.

**Recommendations to others considering TUNE:**

I would make sure to look at all the other options out there. None of them are perfect, but some are less are less perfect than others.

**What problems is TUNE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None. I had to cancel it after paying my final months and move to another software. I got sick of dealing with the delays and bugs.

**Recommendations to others considering TUNE:**

This platform is easy and comfortable to use. I could learn it by myself with no problem, but always I needed some help the supporting team was preppared to hear me and help me.

**What problems is TUNE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have integrated my whole card of partners and clients with no problems, It has varied options of postbacks and the supporting team is everything I need. Vicente Romero is always available for me and my team.

  ### 16. Best Tracking Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Newtorn M. | Integration Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2020

**What do you like best about TUNE?**

I like the UI & the UX of the program. The best thing i like about it is its enormous features that enable successful campaigns, mostly tracking online campaigns and conversions for both web & mobile. This tool is mind-blowing and their support team is super active.

**What do you dislike about TUNE?**

I don't like the fact that Postbacks to affiliates are only fired on approved conversions yet we as a network, its best to have conversions pending and fired to publishers in real time. No need to wait for approval status to be changed since advertisers may take 3weeks to 2months to approve conversions

**What problems is TUNE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We as Arabclicks Network, we have managed to get from small to big grounds because of the tracking capabilities Tune has. We have on loaded almost all GCC big online shops and tracking is amazing.

  ### 17. account manager

**Recommendations to others considering TUNE:**

no

**What problems is TUNE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

lead generation

  ### 18. Useful tool to carry out the follow-up of the whole marketing process.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olive M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about TUNE?**

Customer service platform is great to provide excellent training to understand how to use the tool in an effective and practical. it gives you very dynamic functions which allows you to keep track of the entire process that involves marketing.

**What do you dislike about TUNE?**

Some functions are a little limited at the time of handling it because they make it a little difficult to use and manage, is the only inconvenience that had.

**What problems is TUNE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Practical and versatile tool, which allows you to carry out a proper management and monitoring of the entire process that involves the marketing manages to improve the way in which these processes are developed.

  ### 19. Great tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Catherine F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2020

**What do you like best about TUNE?**

Tune tracking tool is very efficient, you can customise your reports to have the best vision of your performances. You can track directly your clicks and easily use pixels provided to track your conversions. You can add as many landing pages (URL) as you want, you can create as many partners as you want and you have a perfect overview of each partner results. The tool is powerful and very fast. I am using it for now more than 5 years in different companies and I never saw any bug on it. Tune offers the best price of the market as far as I know. The support is very good too.

**What do you dislike about TUNE?**

The limit of 100 offers included in the price is the only small bad point I can see on Tune.

**What problems is TUNE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Tune every single day to track all my campaigns. I could not work without it.

  ### 20. A powerful platform for attribution and customer journeys

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** George M. | Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2020

**What do you like best about TUNE?**

I've used Tune for a variety of products. Most people I've spoken with on the advertising side use them to provide attribution for their campaigns. In that sense it does a good job, but it can be used for much more. What I like best is the level of control you have over every event and where it can be sent to. I can send events to my publishing partners, but I can also send events to my data warehouse for further analysis and correlation to the rest of my data. With that, I'm able to link my customers' journey through my product, towards engagement and revenue generation, and determine where those customers came from.

**What do you dislike about TUNE?**

I would improve the internal reporting capabilities as well as better seamless integrations with more BI platforms.

**Recommendations to others considering TUNE:**

Do lots of testing before launching. It's easy to get the implementation wrong and then not have your attribution properly covered, which will burn your publishing partners.

**What problems is TUNE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First and foremost, we use it to track our ad campaign performance and attribute that back to partners. We use their data as well as additional information we collect as a way to combat fraud. These two factors have enabled us a better position while negotiating with different ad platforms. Finally, we've seen some ability in determining which campaigns and platforms not only get us the best acquisition, but longer term user engagement.

  ### 21. My Daily Meeting

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luc L. | Head Of Mediabuy, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2019

**What do you like best about TUNE?**

Tune (Hasoffers) is really helpful in my daily life and friendly user for affiliate managers and/or media buyers.
As Media buyers, you can find easily all the important stats that you need and can use the filters as you want to extract the meaningful data. The interface is really clear and it's easy to find offers, create your daily reports...
Regarding the advertiser part or account manager part, it's easy to set up an offer for A to Z, the payout, postback... you can do it in only a few minutes. If you are an affiliates Manager, all the important information about the affiliates you manage are provide and it's really easy to filter per affiliate to see which of your affiliates is performing good today.
The support is really active and helpful and evolves a lot this last year to provide a really good user experience. And Moreover, it's really easy to connect API or postback to HasOffers.

**What do you dislike about TUNE?**

Sometimes the speed to load some pages can take a wild even if it's way better than in the past at the moment.

**Recommendations to others considering TUNE:**

I would really recommend Tune (Hasoffers) for everyone currently working in the affiliation field. Whether for
as mediabuyer, affiliate manager, or account manager.

**What problems is TUNE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm using it daily as media buyer and I am in a relationship with a lot of account managers using this product. Like I said, all the important data are properly tracked which helps me to have an overview of my daily profit to optimize my campaigns. Moreover? I just started using the SmartLink which allows me to optimize my campaign sending traffic to the best offer (best CR), so it's really helpful to increase my ROI (Return on investment).

  ### 22. Quick and easy to setup and integrate. Useful data reporting.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Phalogenics S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2019

**What do you like best about TUNE?**

Adding exiting funnels into the system is quick and easy. We also use the API to pull information into our own custom reporting, the API is great to work with and the testing options are quick and simple to use.

We also make extensive use of the event tracer, giving us clear data with a plethora of filtering options.

I should also add that the customer support are very helpful and polite explaining the problems and pointing out the docs required so we can not only see why something was solved, but also how.

**What do you dislike about TUNE?**

The user is separate from the partner account, so sometimes when the partner signs up it get rejected as they didn't set their user correctly.

Reporting can be a bit slow having to jump between conversion reports, event tracer logs, and other pages, but this has been partly addressed with the conversion data now available with a click in the reports.

The datalog time restrictions can be annoying, but we setup an auto download of the zips, so we can store that data offline.

**Recommendations to others considering TUNE:**

It is easy and quick to setup, you could just add a simple trigger on your conversion page, and be up and running in minutes.

**What problems is TUNE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The API is very useful, we have it auto posting into our CRM to give us as much data as possible as to how our leads are generated.
The partner invoice generation keeps everything in one place, any conversion adjustments get taken into account.

  ### 23. Makes it easy to manage affiliate offers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zach B. | Senior Media Buyer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2019

**What do you like best about TUNE?**

Once you get familiar with building offers and adding parters then it's pretty strait forward and easy to manage.

**What do you dislike about TUNE?**

The only downside would be from the most recent UI update. The partners report used to have all the totals at the bottom, but now only the current page totals are at the bottom. Bring that back and it'll be 5 stars all the way!

**Recommendations to others considering TUNE:**

I've been some masterminds with very high level companies at scale. I would say a large portion use Tune (HasOffers) and have great things to day about it.

We personally use it at scale and have nothing but good things to say about it. The only thing that would be helpful, like I mentioned earlier in this review, would be bringing back the totals at the bottom of the partners report. Having to go page to page and adding up the totals adds extra time and seems to be a step backwards for the reporting.

If you have any questions while using the software simply hop on a chat with the support and they help you out. If you haven't tried Tune (HasOffers) yet I highly recommend just TRYING it out!

**What problems is TUNE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing payouts for partners and managing our company's promotions.

  ### 24. Tune.com is on a good path to become a good product.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Viktorija A. | Chief Revenue Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2019

**What do you like best about TUNE?**

User interface is rather easy to understand, ease of access, variety of reports as well as variety of filters. As a user of many other Affiliate management platforms, I can navigate rather easily and I understand the logic behind the structure.

**What do you dislike about TUNE?**

No auto-payments is a big disadvantage - if we have more clients, it takes a lot of manpower to do manual work every month to generate payments. Bugs in reports and payments - data sometimes is duplicated for no reason, payments can't be generated for the needed period - and the issue is not being fixed for a while. Data export is rather limited in regards to the formats. Navigation could be more user friendly in a way that clicking on certain fields would give more info, and not an empty or error page. Partner view is a bit unclear and you have to make at least few clicks to get what you need. Recent update removed certain date filters, which complicates analysis

**Recommendations to others considering TUNE:**

Have a good onboarding for everyone who will be working with TUNE - the tool is great, but you have to understand how to get what you need, so it would be useful tool to work with. Make sure you are happy with the payments and invoicing, and that all the data is always represented correctly. You are getting a rather good tool for a reasonable price - work with your POC for the improvements.

**What problems is TUNE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking customers performance and identifying optimisation points is made easier with a wide selection of filters. I see enough data options to dig deep and make business decisions based on that. Snapshot report gives a good high level overview of whats happening.

  ### 25. Intelligent, modern tracking platform.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joel G. | Co-owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2019

**What do you like best about TUNE?**

The feature set is very complete and able to accomplish the needs of a wide variety of customers. The flexibility for providing a wide array of offers to partners is great. I am very impressed with the fraud monitoring capabilities, something completely absent in other networks. TUNE provides support for more creative types than other networks, offering video and javascript creatives among all of the other standards.

**What do you dislike about TUNE?**

Reporting is awkward. It can be cumbersome to jump between conversion reports, event tracer logs, and other report pages. Perhaps this can be corrected by saving some custom reports, but there should be some better default templates built-in.
We have not yet figured out if TUNE offers split attribution or leap-frog attribution (first click attribution).
There is no existing partner discovery tool. It would be advantageous to provide access to publishers already participating in TUNE partnerships.

**Recommendations to others considering TUNE:**

Make thorough use of TUNE support and the community of experts. It is worth the expense to find experienced help for your integration.

**What problems is TUNE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am pleased that TUNE can operate using cookie-less tracking. This is a feature many other networks have struggled with to date. We are using TUNE to track both mobile and desktop installs. We are also tracking multiple conversion goals so that we can identify installs as well as subscription purchases.

  ### 26. A one-stop shop that keeps improving

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua T. | Member Board Of Directors, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2019

**What do you like best about TUNE?**

The support is exceptional; in the rare times you can't figure something out or understand, they are there to help. However, I want to stress: the setup and management of the platform is frankly robust and easy (two things that rarely go together), so it's rare you need support.

**What do you dislike about TUNE?**

While TUNE is robust, it will require shifting over to the API for customization features. That's not a knock: as long as you are happy with the basics, you should be fine. But if you want customized organization of creatives, for instance, even to the point of just choosing the display order, you are in the API.

**Recommendations to others considering TUNE:**

With their recent additions of the Marketplace and TUNEPay, they are definitely stepping up their game to compete with other platforms. Honestly, they are great: much better than you'd expect for the price point.

**What problems is TUNE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We run our entire multimillion dollar partner program on TUNE. Prior to TUNE, we used a homegrown system that required multiple days per month of headaches; TUNE eliminated those.

  ### 27. Best affiliate platform out there?

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Iggy H. | Performance Marketing Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2019

**What do you like best about TUNE?**

I am happy with account managers. Straight forward and seamless integration. TUNE Co works perfectly with all other programs and platforms out there. Easy to integrate with the publishers tracking systems, no matter what they are using. Simple API access and more.

**What do you dislike about TUNE?**

I dislike not the very best user experience. Reports are lacking details and usually graphs (Getting better with recent updates). Not that easy to filter data and similar.

**Recommendations to others considering TUNE:**

My recommendation would be to not to chase for the most marketed program. If you are looking for the best all around program that meets all affiliate marketing requirements and are following the latest trends, HasOffers are the way to go. It is a great platform indeed, with the super helpful account managers that are always there for you to answer all the questions you might have. Also, they started adding their own publishers on board, with the direct implementation capabilities, so you have nothing to worry about and can be sure, that you will have some partners joining you right after the start of your program, before even starting with an outreach.

**What problems is TUNE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving most of the affiliate tracking problems, including visuals impression tracking, clicks, sales and everything in between. Also doing partner performance analysis within the HasOffers. Publishers are using it for their metrics tracking as well as reporting stats directly to their platforms. It is a great all around program, with the super helpful account managers that are always there for you to answer all the questions.

  ### 28. Solid System for Affiliate Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hope W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2019

**What do you like best about TUNE?**

I like that you can have users create their own links and be able to view their own reporting, without having to get a direct feed from a marketer, freeing up valuable time for other activities. It also helps us manage different types of pixels from different vendors, and place pixels on different parts of our funnel so we can see exactly where dropoff occurs so that we can implement edits to make the funnel perform better at it's weakest spots.

**What do you dislike about TUNE?**

I dislike that there's always some sort of discrepancy. While we use these numbers as a guideline for affiliates, we do not use it for official payout numbers, as they are rarely one-to-one. This could be based on different systems integrations. It's been much more accurate at my current company than my last. I also dislike that you can only get some fields in some reports and some fields in others. This makes reporting a little tricky.

**Recommendations to others considering TUNE:**

Create a plan with the key players on your team when setting up your account. There's a lot of different ways to use TUNE and a clean, concise start is the best way to stay organized in larger institutions. Also to make sure to consider how any external vendors will need to interact with the system so that they can get the best and most accurate data on their own, that way your team has the time to focus on other money-making projects.

**What problems is TUNE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to have affiliates do a lot of keeping an eye on their own progress. It also gives us the ability to add in multiple pixels from different sources onto a promotion without forcing us to put the pixel directly on the page.

  ### 29. Great Platform! Very useful

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jose F. | Manager, Publisher Relations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2019

**What do you like best about TUNE?**

The ability to see what we have done over several years. Data collection over several years. The informative modular reporting. I am able to quickly create links for publishers. Also publishers are able to create an account and can quickly integrate within our system. Lastly, Tune allows multiple ways to track offers that are made within the system. Also if you are ever having an issue, Tune has tons of different guides that you can look up to solve any potential issues that have appeared. Overall really helpful.

**What do you dislike about TUNE?**

Some of the changes made were not properly shared with users. When you are used to using the same reporting over several weeks if not months, and then all the sudden it is changed. This is only a slight problem as you eventually get used to the reporting.

Also I wish each separate account allowed for customization. I personally enjoy dark mode in 99% of the platforms I use on a daily basis. I wish that Tune had the ability for you to select your homepage as well. I personally would love that if as soon I log in, there is already a specific report that is loaded. Right now I have to take about 3 extra steps to find the correct reporting. Just a simple quality of life thing that would be that little push to greatness.

Last little thing is related to the event tracer. Just wish that some data was available for the last 2 or 3 months. Sometimes I have to go back and take a look at something that happened last week and I just barely miss out.

**Recommendations to others considering TUNE:**

Great platform that allows users to track a large amount of data. Creating tracking links that expedites the publisher integration process

**What problems is TUNE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Postback issues and tracking issues. Also allows our publisher to properly track all the relevant information. Also publishers can pull a lot of offer information very quickly. Intuitive platform.

  ### 30. Has Offers (Now Tune) lags far behind other Affiliate Tracking Platforms

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2019

**What do you like best about TUNE?**

Hard to say. Probably the snapshot screen with all of the latest notifications and happenings. That's useful and easy to navigate. Appreciate the daily stats breakdown as well. I also like that I can generate a conversion through testing the affiliates postback in Has Offers, opposed to having to use a real or fake credit card to process a sale through an funnel. This is probably the most helpful feature in Has Offers.

**What do you dislike about TUNE?**

A lot. First off, Has Offers/Tune is the only affiliate portal I'm aware of where you can't simply login as an affiliate through their portal, without logging you out of the Admin portal. It's archaic. Generally, the affiliate portal just starts a new user session and you remain logged into the admin side, but in the case of Has Offers, it doesn't and forces you to use the affiliate portal instead. This should be fixed.

The search function for publishers is terrible. It's not keyword specific, so it doesn't pull the right publishers. For instance, if I search our publisher W4, it pops up any affiliates with W or 4 in their name.

Every other affiliate portal I've used (Hitpath, Cake, Impact Radius) simply allow you to increase publisher payouts manually by issuing payout overrides. Has Offers is the only system where you can't do that. You have to create an offer goal, and that's tied to a bunch of other stipulations. It's so far from user friendly it's ridiculous. This is a huge issue for us.

Creatives are not easy to locate/download. For us, we're a network, and we need be able to batch download creatives. With Has Offers this feature is not accessible. You can only download all of the creatives for each advertiser 1 by 1.

Hitpath and other affiliate tracking platforms all offer capabilities for the above features. Has Offers needs to get with the times.

**What problems is TUNE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not a lot. Mainly just utilizing reporting to ensure attribution numbers are correct.

  ### 31. Great affordable platform for low maintenance programs!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2019

**What do you like best about TUNE?**

The Tune platform is straightforward and can satisfy programs with basic needs. You can't beat the price and what you get for it. The reporting tool provides enough options to get me the information I need to help me manage my programs. The fraud tool is easy and gives me piece of mind knowing that there's one less thing to worry about with regards to optimization.

**What do you dislike about TUNE?**

There are a lot of administrative things that could be improved. I get a lot of requests from legal and accounting teams regarding certain aspects of my program. I find that fulfilling these requests is less than ideal using the current UI of the Tune platform. For example, accounting wants a historical record of payout changes for partners (for auditing purposes). I find that this is hard to provide although I know CJ has a good system to provide that information so I know it is possible.

**Recommendations to others considering TUNE:**

Tune is a good option for new programs that are starting out. The combination of reporting features and monthly cost make this a pretty good platform for the value.

**What problems is TUNE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Because of the integration with Tune and our internal system, it is very easy to onboard new traffic sources if we want to do any testing. Working direct with some of these sources can take a much longer process and sometimes I find it easier to run it through Tune.

  ### 32. The tool that affiliates as well as vendor trust for tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2019

**What do you like best about TUNE?**

I like Hasoffers because of how easy it is to set up. Also, most of it is intuitive and most of the affiliates are already familiar and trust this platform. So no need to train them or argue with them about the no of sales.
Other features like Direct Pixel tracking, their API are some of the reasons why I like this tool even more.
Didn't use TunePay yet but one more reason why Affiliates will like this tool and it will make Vendors/Merchants life easier

**What do you dislike about TUNE?**

I wish its integrated with more CRM in in the industry like Infusionsoft, Konnektive, ClickFunnels , Shopify and Fraud tooks like Kount. Right now we need to do extra integration to make these work together.

**Recommendations to others considering TUNE:**

Tune is heading in the right direction and is constantly re-tooling itself to fit the market needs as it evolves. I highly recommend this product for anyone who is starting their own affiliate program in-house

**What problems is TUNE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Affiliate Tracking and Attribution

  ### 33. Easy to optimize best results for your business

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2019

**What do you like best about TUNE?**

I like how easy it is to pull reports via spreadsheets to send to partners. I also like how easy it is for partners to sign up. Everything is pretty straight forward for them and it is nice how we can easily send them our sign up link. Approving them and what they do is helpful because things can get done super fast.

**What do you dislike about TUNE?**

I dislike how the chat support is only available 2 days a week. I also dislike how once a pixel is placed, sometimes you have to wait before testing it with a test link. I have ran into this problem before

**Recommendations to others considering TUNE:**

Take advantage of their provided classes, demos, and tips they are really helpful! Also upgrading to premium to have advantage of the chat feature on the two days they are available is very helpful

**What problems is TUNE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems are pixel placement, sometimes there is a misunderstanding between partners on which pixel to place where if they are unfamiliar with TUNE. Benefits are how easy the problems are to fix because you can go right in there and see what they are doing.

  ### 34. Great Customer Service, Some Usability Issues

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2019

**What do you like best about TUNE?**

Any time I have had questions or needed technical support, the TUNE team has been incredibly helpful. We had to set up a couple of integrations, on board over 10 third party vendors and become personally accustomed to the platform. It went about as smoothly as it could have gone. It is quite easy to manage partners and view reports.

**What do you dislike about TUNE?**

One of the major things I wish TUNE had available was an automatically emailed scheduled report. We have processors that grab spreadsheets from emails that integrate them into our internal reports, but with TUNE you need to manually download reports. I also would like to see some easier functionality with the Conversion reports. I'd like to be able to narrow down lead searches by time and partner, and sort by various other parameters that are not currently available. Really in the grand scheme of things these are manageable issues, but fixing them would make the platform even easier to use.

**What problems is TUNE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use TUNE as an integration between 3rd party vendors and our client. It is a common ground for all parties to look at and evaluate conversions.

  ### 35. Tune is the go to affiliate platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

Also the built in fraud detection is a great help.

Access to account manager is great always on hand.

**What do you dislike about TUNE?**

New features are hard to find at first, and not advertised straight away

**Recommendations to others considering TUNE:**

all i can say is do it. Setup up Tune and you won’t regret it. its the best solution

**What problems is TUNE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Tune has allowed us to grow as a company and become one of the leaders in this field.

It has all the features you could wish for from an affiliates marketing tool. For managing your advertisers & partners.

Diverse options regarding the offers

  ### 36. Great for in-house program

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ryan d. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2019

**What do you like best about TUNE?**

A great tool that is simple to use but can accomplish some fairly complex problems. It is a great solution for building an in-house performance marketing program.

**What do you dislike about TUNE?**

Their reporting is a bit limited in terms of how granular you can get. It's impossible to isolate specific sub Id's, which can be frustrating when you're working with large networks.

**Recommendations to others considering TUNE:**

As a lot of decisions in my organization are made because based on data, it would be great to have a more robust reporting tool in order to get extremely granular and be able to isolate specific things.

**What problems is TUNE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to bring outsource management in house, which allows us to cut costs.

  ### 37. Tune is a leading affiliate platform

  ### 38. Powerful Platform for managing Ambassadors

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2019

**What do you like best about TUNE?**

The depth and broad capabilities of the platform in managing ambassadors. Also how much information is provided to our partners for tracking their conversions and payouts. Seems like there isn't anything TUNE cannot do.

**What do you dislike about TUNE?**

The platform isn't as intuitive as I'd like. I've had to provide a lot of support and custom video resources to our large team of ambassadors in order for them to be able to navigate their dashboard effectively.

**Recommendations to others considering TUNE:**

Great platform, has a learning curve

**What problems is TUNE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing a large amount of ambassadors without error. Very easy way to manually add and adjust conversions.

  ### 39. good platform that works well and reporting is the most used and most helpful feature

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kailey T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2019

**What do you like best about TUNE?**

The reporting tools and dashboard is the best. It makes it very easy to narrow in on data that I need to pull or to simply see how performance is looking for certain offers.

**What do you dislike about TUNE?**

Event logs only pull the last 30 days of data. Would be super helpful if this could include an additional 30-60 days.

**Recommendations to others considering TUNE:**

If you are looking for an easy platform to navigate, report and provide attribution then I would definitely consider Tune!

**What problems is TUNE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Conversion and click tracking are all reported by TUNE and help us to track performance of our campaigns.

  ### 40. Easy to use with great customer support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lyle V. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2019

**What do you like best about TUNE?**

I like how intuitive, quick and easy the platform is, and also how responsive and helpful the customer support is.

**What do you dislike about TUNE?**

The site is not mobile optimised!

Also I think the support files could use a facelift with maybe adding pics with certain concepts in tracking

**Recommendations to others considering TUNE:**

Tune is a solid platform that is easy to navigate and use once you get the basics down. Whenever you get stuck, support is very quick to reply and has resolved all my problems and questions

**What problems is TUNE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Just everything around tracking, exactly what it’s meant to do

  ### 41. Been a Client for Years

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** William H. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2019

**What do you like best about TUNE?**

I have been with HasOffer "Tune" for about five years. The system is scalable and great for networks who want to manage large affiliate sales networks.

**What do you dislike about TUNE?**

The only complaint I have ever had is that they did go down during an upgrade this year, and was not notified of the issue. We should have been notified prior to running any updates.

**What problems is TUNE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficiently managing all my channels in a single format and providing a simple interface for them to use.

  ### 42. Good value for tracking and measuring

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2019

**What do you like best about TUNE?**

I love how easy Tune has made it to performance marketing agencies to implement and keep track of our campaigns. The platform is intuitive, easy to use (not only by our agency but also by our clients). Of course, sometimes there are some glitches - but they are rare and to be fair: I've never lost track of a campaign because Tune was offline. I really don't have much negative things to say about Tune.

**What do you dislike about TUNE?**

The least helpful aspect is that Tune sometimes glitches. Nothing big. Nothing that will affect your business. But sometimes the platform just won't accept to install a pixel, or won't show you a specific report correctly. The silver lining is that it eventually comes back to normal. As I've said before: I have never lost track of a campaign because Tune was experiencing malfunction. All our data was kept safe and we resumed operations normally as soon as Tune was back on its feet.

**Recommendations to others considering TUNE:**

So far, I think Tune is probably the most complete tool on the market. I like that they are constantly trying to improve the platform. Also, the platform is completely safe and all data is tracked and kept in your account.

**What problems is TUNE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently we are 98% benefits and 2% problems. Tune has allowed my performing marketing agency to create transparency and trust through our affiliate program. We couldn't be more pleased. Our affiliates feel safe knowing they can keep track of their performance properly and we as an agency profit from all the aspects this tool can offer.

  ### 43. Everyday HO

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Livvie S. | Media Strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2019

**What do you like best about TUNE?**

There are a few things I really like:
-So many filters available on all reporting
-Easy to use format, never questioning what buttons does what or how to do something
-Compatible with my phone for my heavy weekend usage
-Support is usually very quick and there are a lot of resources available

**What do you dislike about TUNE?**

Since I do use Tune SO MUCH, I wish that there was an easier way to submit feedback on new product roll outs or suggestion I (a user who uses this religiously) might have for an additional filter/view/etc

**What problems is TUNE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to monitor trends across campaigns AND affiliates in one spot. My work can't be done without Tune.

  ### 44. Tune (aka Has Offers)

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2019

**What do you like best about TUNE?**

A flexible way to provision offers and attribute traffic. The system allows us to sell our our offers to direct clients as well as take offers from aggregators and netwkorks all within one interface. We can also use it for "house" offers to connect clicks to members and then get implied performance (revenue, retention, etc.) through our internal metrics.

Its very flexible to use and easy to set up multiple placements for individual offers.

**What do you dislike about TUNE?**

Difficult to connect conversions to clicks when using third parties. Reports do not save and schedule as I would expect so analysis takes longer than I would like. Connecting the performance data to our system is sometimes time-consuming because there is not consistency of ids across the platforms. A better way to keep the state of and track /compare to outside metrics would be very useful.

**What problems is TUNE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

provision offers and attributes traffic across four different websites. It allows us to capture performance metrics and attribute these to various placements. This is powerful for running tests as it easily allows business users to p[arse the sources of traffic and pull only those details that are relevant to their needs.

  ### 45. Long Time Partner

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin B. | Manager, Publisher Relations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2019

**What do you like best about TUNE?**

I like the intuitive design and the opportunity to give feedback to the support/tech teams.

**What do you dislike about TUNE?**

I would like the option to remove or change around some of the design updates that have occurred lately because they have removed some features like deleting reports or selecting time intervals

**What problems is TUNE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking all of our performance marketing campaigns. It's really nice that TUNE hasn't had an outage in a long time (knock on wood)

  ### 46. The first* and the best

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tomás E. S. | Business Development Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2019

**What do you like best about TUNE?**

Its easy to use. Simple to create offers and ad links

**What do you dislike about TUNE?**

Lately the new 'features' are a bit non-core. I think the key of an affiliate program should be provide the right assets to the affiliates and not much 'noise'

**What problems is TUNE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Is easy to track the performance of all our products and also to collab with other partners in an open way.

  ### 47. best and most flexible tacking tool in the market

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** andrea c. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2019

**What do you like best about TUNE?**

the flexibility of the tool that allows publishers and advertisers to work on the same platform

**What do you dislike about TUNE?**

it might need some more automation outside the APIs

**Recommendations to others considering TUNE:**

start testing it function by function instead of going live with all the features in one go

**What problems is TUNE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

tracking, attribution and anti fraud system on top of being a standard in the market for about 10 years

  ### 48. Tune product review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yaron T. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 10, 2020

**What do you like best about TUNE?**

Very high stability , Great support, advanced settings.

**What do you dislike about TUNE?**

Less flexibility of the product in terms of development

**Recommendations to others considering TUNE:**

Good partners to work with for partner marketing that is able to provide top market SAAS for advertising and managing ad network

**What problems is TUNE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting efficient between advertisers and publishers, Automation, API

  ### 49. Lot of features for a reasonable price.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yvonne T. | Head of Online Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2019

**What do you like best about TUNE?**

Very good customer support and a huge documentation area, including academy of the product. Lot of features, different goal tracking possible, reports are very flexible, pricing structure is ok, lot of customisations possible, fraud detection solutions, identifying good and bad traffic sources, proper Attribution of the tracking

**What do you dislike about TUNE?**

sometimes a bit too complex. ROI report is missing. Also payment with click limitation can be difficult. So Affiliates with pop traffic you better don't use, UX of the product could be improved, some features that need to be paid extra and it's not quite clear. e.g. integrating banners or using SEO Urls etc.

**What problems is TUNE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

set up a proper Affiliate program, reporting of Affiliate traffic, proper Attribution

  ### 50. Capable platform with a knowledgeable team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2019

**What do you like best about TUNE?**

They have been very helpful during our migration/transition process into their platform. We feel that we've made a great partnership with TUNE, they are industry veterans and it shows. We mutually care about each others businesses and evolving together within the Performance Marketing ecosystem.

**What do you dislike about TUNE?**

I haven't come across any dislikes yet. They are very flexible and accommodating to our business needs.

**What problems is TUNE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're impressed by TUNE's reliability and performance at scale. Having a partner that can handle today's growth plan, and future growth initiatives, gives us peace of mind. That really goes a long way for us!
